I'm finding the same thing with my AiV juice, even the Twas Brillig which is one of their stronger flavors (Blackberry Crumble). It's making me wonder if maybe I should stop ordering all my MBV juices with an extra flavor shot. (Well except the butterscotch.)
My recent MBV order received yesterday contained a sample of Ocean Breeze as I requested and that's without the extra shot so I'll give it a whirl after it's steeped and see how I feel. I know the Strawberry Shortcake sample I received with my first order also didn't have the extra shot, at least I don't think it did since it didn't say so on the label, and I thought it was a bit mild and could use a bit more flavoring. So I guess I suppose it all depends on if it's a stronger or more mild flavor to begin with.
That said, I really get what you mean when you said the lack of aftertaste or residue on your tongue because I feel the very same way about my AiV juices. Since I recently purchased from them along with Ahlusion and Indigo though, and ended up caving in to the Halo order last night as well while their 20% off sale was still on, I don't think I'll be trying five pawns anytime soon. At least not until after vacation. I have already been "spoken to" by hubby about all my spending. :\
PS shhh don't tell but i'm gonna try to sneak in that 2nd MBV order though (put on my credit card so hubby doesn't see) now that Cinnamon Roll is back in stock. Wonder what that would be like without the extra flavor shot. Hmmm...

Give the Ocean Breeze a little time, like 2 weeks. The flavor changes drastically and amazingly!!! (at least that is my experience, I didn't like it initially, then after 2 weeks steep time, it became my favorite!!)

I also received some vape mail from MtBaker today, I got Hawk sauce, banana cream pie, banana foster, and fruit stripe, and a freebie called America. So far I've only tried fruit stripe and it's great, I think I'm going to have to order a bigger bottle of this already!

rephrase.. wouldn't want to try syrup in my PV.. we use agave all the time for food
That Hawk Sauce is so nice and refreshing, unlike anything I've vaped. I vape a lot of nutty or bakery juices, as well as DIY those types, but this is something completely different. Did not like it day one, but it's starting to take form now. Will definitely re-order, wish I had some fruit flavors for some experimentation, I think it would go great with a berry or even melon.
It's Friday. They are all probably out at some large vape party and didn't invite us. My feelings are hurt now.
I finally got to try it. I love it.
I mixed a batch at 12.5% and buzzed it in the UC for about 4 hours.
12.5% is perfect and delicious!
I'm in the middle of my own vapefest, trying to nail down perfect %s for about a dozen flavors.
ALL MBV of course!
Yeeha! no nic-fit for me today.
So 1/2 sticky bun and 1/2 apple rings makes a passable 'apple fritter', better than using cinnamon roll and apple rings. Will eventually try it with 'real' apple, probably with next order.....forgot to add plain apple to the one I placed yesterday.

They haven't added the lemonades or limeades yet. Try asking for it in the Live Chat feature of the website. I did that once with Hawk Sauce before they added it to the "menu."

I should mention that James is going to VapeBash in Florida this weekend, but I would guess someone is there to take care of orders while he is gone. I don't know if they will be short staffed, but James and Jesse came to Vapefest in NY this year...
I cannot IMAGINE that they would close up shop without giving folks adequate warning. Someone's gotta be holding down the fort.
