I will say one thing, they ship fast. Free shipping and it is out for delivery right now. I ordered on Saturday.
I keep seeing steep times of 2 weeks to 4 weeks.

I asked before and don't know if anyone responded or not because I don't remember where I posted it.

Is 2 weeks a fair amount of time to let this steep to give a fair evaluation of what I get?

I have seen Canadian reports of free samples, but definitely not Australian.

Thanks. :) sounds like prob hasn't changed yet just random as some people have gotten one here, but not all. it would be nice if they did offer to all, id like to try something different to what i think i would like.

these guys should do like other stores do, let you add the sample to the cart so that it calculates the weight into shipping costs and is listed on the order invoice. i don't see how there could be a problem doing it like that unless there is some other reason i can't think of for not offering to international customers.

Give it 2 weeks, taste test - still chemically or perfumey? Steep another 2 weeks. It wouldn't hurt to try them right away too, you never know, some of them might be good enough now.

I've got two eVics -one set for vw and 1 set for vv. I let it detect the atty and set where it's supposed to be, the adjust the ring up, in most cases, it burns. When I let it stay where it detects, it's ok (but I want to go higher like you guys!)

It definitely depends on the juice for me. I usually start at about 6 watts and then go up from there. Most of my juices I usually vape between 6.5 to 7.5 in either Protanks (1 tank with a 2.5 ohm coil, the other with a 1.8 ohm) and EVODs (all currently using 2.5 ohm coils). Some thicker 50/50 juices (I haven't really had anything thicker), I even bring up to 9w sometimes when dripping onto my LR atty. That said, my MBV juices are usually at the lower end of the spectrum and taste best to me

I'm not sure why yours would taste burnt as low as 5 watts though. What kind of battery/mod are you vaping on that's doing this, and if it's an option, make sure you have it set for RMS instead of Mean.

Personally, I can't wait. When I get a juice, I try it. If it doesn't taste right, I let it steep. For example, two weeks in Hawk Sauce definitely became more balanced. I've found higher VG needs more steep time. It takes forever for that stuff to mix around properly. I don't have gallons of juice sitting around, so I need to vape, or I'll be heading to the gas station for some stinkies. ;)

I think a few days for most MBV juices is sufficient. I've only tried Butterscotch, Blue Moo, Hawk Sauce, Caramel Apple and a freebie of Raspberry Lemonade. For me Hawk Sauce is the only one that needed time because the menthol was too much. I think I gave Blue Moo a day with no cap/drip tip to really fall in love.

I found out, the hard way, that adding extra shots without trying the base flavor first almost always results in something unvapable by itself. Too many shots, for me, add up to a taste that doesn't resemble the flavor I ordered. The most I go, except on Ruby Red Grapefruit and Virginia Fire Cured Tobacco (+2 to each), is +1. +1 or 0 seems to be just perfect for me right now.

I vape LR 1.5 single coil cartos in a carto tank most of the time as well as a ProTank, mini Vivi Nova and a VapeOnly BCC (which I really don't like). Currently on eGo Twist batteries. First Vamo/Mod coming this week. :)

I look forward to exploring the world of Wattage. I hope someone can educate me on switching from Volts to Watts, because I see a lot of people very happy with the Watts vs. Volts.
Ohhh you will absolutely fall in love with the vamo!! I rarely use my egos anymore. I also have a anyvape and I love it as well

Just got my Hawk Sauce and of course I had to give it a try. I can tell I'm really going to dig it. The flavors definitely need some time to blend and the mint is a tad overpowering right now, but nothing that makes it unvapeable even right out of the box. I am definitely getting the berry with the mint finish that was described. I am glad I didn't opt for any extra flavor shots because it certainly does not need them.

I think I may order another bottle that is 20/80 (this one is 80/20), same flavor strength, to make it a bit more juicy. (In fact, I think I'm going to do that with all the flavors I've ordered and order 50/50 on any bottles that I order from here on out.) But I love it. I really love it. I've never had a fruit flavor that I liked until this one. Great recommendation all. This is perfect for summer. Light, crisp and fruity. Lots of vapor production and JUST the right amount of throat hit. Yay!

OH, and I wanted to add that before my Hawk Sauce came today I had been alternating between Sticky Bun and Hazelnut Coffee, with about 5 days steep time and they've both become absolutely lovely. Sticky Bun has better vapor production and throat hit than the HC but the flavor of both is really fabulous. I had been adding some old 100% VG to them to smooth them out until they blended, but I went back to leaving that out to see how well they'd steeped.

I'm also digging on the Almond Delight (also about 5 days steep time). It tastes like an Almond Joy. I'll definitely be ordering all of them again, but as I said, with a 50/50 ratio next time instead of 80/20.

(But I'm pretty certain that Hawk Sauce will be my ADV for the summer months!)

I don't have this, but spicy makes me think of adding it to things like Peach, Cinnamon Roll, Sticky Bun, Pumpkin(?), Apple, Butterscotch maybe... Hmm... I think I'll add this one to my next order. I'm wanting some 'spice' flavors. Good luck. Tell us if you have some successes!

I'm out of sticky bun but will try with the butterscotch today. Thanks for the idea! It could be spicy for me because of the flavor shots too (I got a 30 ml bottle with 4 shots - since i normally order 2 shots with a 15 I figured double it for a 30 ml?). Anyways - off to experiment!! Thanks! :)

I asked MBV and they said the shots were proportional. So a 15ml with 1 shot will tase the same as a 30ml or 50ml with one shot.

Are you using a vamo? If yes make sure you have change setup from NO1 to NO2.

Oh that's right, I remember Chaotic was getting her first Vamo soon now that I recall, probably vaping with it at the time she wrote her post about burnt taste at 5 watts.

So as I pointed out initially, and you clarified with the Vamo-specific setting, I'm sure that's where your problem is, Chaotic. Because of the pulse frequency modulation used by these devices, the standard Mean (NO1) setting doesn't report useful values for use in our everyday vaping. :vapor:

Try going higher with some of your thicker juices. I find they need it more. 80/20 blends definitely can't push too high. And I find it's not only the PG/VG ratio that makes a juice thinner or thicker but also the other ingredients. Case in point, I order all my MBV juices at 65/35 but most of the Bakery flavors are still thicker than the Fruit only flavors at that same ratio. Fruit only flavors don't take as kindly to being vaped at higher temps so try it out with the bakery flavors, esp Sticky Bun or Cinnamon Roll. :vapor:

I got an extra bottle, I was going to send them a message but I remembered reading that that happens. I have 21 bottles 15ml bottles.

I am not going to touch them for now. Sometime on Tuesday I will do a 48 hour airing out process and then let the set for a couple of weeks.

I will give them a try then.

I had forgotten about this but I actually have tried MBV, I did a juice swap with someone and there was some MBV in it. They said they had the stuff for a long time so it was well steeped.

I had forgotten all about this. I do remember now that I liked Banana Fosters, I have not had anyone other Banana Foster so I have not thing to compare to but I do remember enough that I would not throw it out.

I also remember Venom, I think it was a little intense for me. Now that it is coming back to me Venom is a border line one, I don't hate it but there are other things I like better so it would not be on my buy list but I would not throw it out either. I think it was on the border of being comfortable. I think it cleared my sinuses when I last tried it.

I don't normally buy small bottles, I usually get at least 30ml and am more likely to get 50ml. I already know I will like Banana Fosters, I need to order the same Flavor from another maker to compare the two. I will be able to compare Key Lime to Parrot head from HHV.

I am really curious about Teaberry, I do remember the gum but have not seen it for a long time. I am not quite as apprehensive about it now remembering Banana Fosters, I don't think that Venom was bad per se, it was just really strong. I hope Cherry Limeaid will be what I imagine it could be.

I got my Vamo today!

I tried playing with the wattage, but I don't know enough about it yet. Right now I'm just using the Voltage settings.

I love it! It's gorgeous, the Vamo V3, with a spiral cut in to the body. Some don't like it, but I think it's pretty and easy to hold. I rcvd 2 18350 batteries and a charger with it. 2 no name small clearos that work really well. A two-bay charger and the small and large extension tubes.

Thanks to Vapor Joe, I got a really good deal before the coupon expired. Heh.

Anyway, loving this. Tested some juices at a higher voltage and they really shined. I'm pretty impressed with the Vamo V3! Can't wait to work through all my juices and find their 'happy place'.

ETA: I also bought 2 Panasonic 18650 batteries for rotation. Just ordered the Nitecore IntelliCharger i4 Charger - 2nd Generation to use as my main charger. Should be here Wednesday.

Congratulations on your Vamo :thumb: I'm glad you bought some quality batteries. If you want to continue with using 18350s, I would suggest buying quality batteries as well...the batteries included in the kit are generally crapola. You'll get the hang of the settings very soon :) Imagine how much MBV you can plow through now with a great vv mod...

You've officially caught the bug...the next stop on the vaping train is RBAs :D
