Just wanted to give a big thanks to the MVS team for providing a truly amazing customer service experience.

I ordered a MVari stick and to my dismay the device stopped working after 15 minutes of use. I contacted them about this issue and after being unable to resolve the problem, they promptly remedied the issue by sending me a new one in lieu of me returning the defective device. I was rocking and rolling with a new one in 2 days. It's been working great for the past two weeks and although the transition from analogs has not been fully completed due to physical habituation (walking past a spot I would always light up at on my way to the train), I am really happy that I don't have to walk out multiple times at home to smoke.

A lot of people rate suppliers based on shipping, but a customer experience encompasses much more than that. Being able to get in contact with them, accuracy and resolving issues are much larger aspects that I take into account when I choose a place to do business with. Sarah at MVS was very accommodating and understanding of this and she was a great help

I referred my girlfriend to MVS and she was pleased with her order as well.

I just got my order today in record time (less then 72HR) and I'm very very happy! They have the (non cracking-plastic) Cartomizers CE2 at a great price.
Also, I took a chance on Myvaporstore.com's 510 High Powered Passthru ...and WOW! I'm so glad I bought two! At $13.50 each, it's the neatest e-cig product I've invested in this year! I believe it's their own idea too b/c it's 901 with a 510 adapter. Elegant genus!
With tobacco killing millions, myvaporstore is another great e-cig products purveyor that I deem a true pubic service.

im waiting on my MVARI, just ordered last night at about 9pm and it shipped a couple of hours ago...This is the 1st time ive ordered from these guys and so far pretty good shipping. Now the waiting part.....UGH!!!!!...lol

I have thier MVari as well and a vivi screw tank from them. i love the TH, waiting on new tips to come in now cause mines about shot. hopefully they will start carrying one of the smoktek rebuild-able genesis style mods soon

Well. . bought a 808 kit for my father inlaw about a month ago and he is really liking it hasn't had an analog since, so I was thinking bout buying a kit for another family member but noticed that the carto's only come in random flav/strength/color. The color of the carto's doesn't bother me but the flavor/Mg does because the person I was going to get the kit for has some allergies and is a 2pad smoker.

While you haven't totally lost my business I will have to go elsware to get these (mini) kits and for that I am sorry

Made my first e-cigg purchase from MVS and smoked my last cigarette the same day my order arrived. I've made several purchases from them since. Reasonable prices, and super fast shipping.

Oh and the fact that I live in the same city where they are located means I often get my orders the
very next day. Very cool!

I've been buying stuff from MVS for the past year. Great company with good prices and selection. And yes...the CS is VERY good there.

I never win their contests no matter how hard I try...so I gave up. I just given 'em my $$$ because I like 'em!! (of course, they reciprocate with great service and stuff...so it's a fair trade off! lol!)
