My 1st and LAST order with VAPORSTATION

Good to know that you think I am full of it.

Eric, AFTER THE POSTS HERE, said he would accept ONE bottle of juice, test it and let me know.
He said he would cover the cost of shipping that one bottle.

If he had done that initially, I would have been completely good with it.

I really like how you "going with your gut on this" exonerates Kevin immediately and leads you to believe I am up to something.
If you bothered to read, you would know, I never once asked for anything in return.
Sure sounds greedy and underhanded to me.....

Dunno about you, but it's regularly been in the 80's and 90's out my way for a bit now.
I am SURE that he sent out a great product.
I am also sure that it may have been damaged from heat during the journey from his place to mine.
I in no way blamed him for that.
I let the juices settle.
I refrigerated them upon receipt.
They sat as such until a couple days ago when I opened them for the first time.
I used them in fresh atties, a new one for each one.

There was one flavor that I got as a sample.
IT WAS THE ONE THAT WAS GOOD.
No perfumey or chemical undertone to the smell OR vape.

As for my sending him back a bottle for him to test against his control, I am happy to do that.
If it turns out that it is the way it is supposed to be, so be it.
At that point I will 100% know that VS liquids are not for me.

The entire point of this was not the juice though.

It was how I was responded to. I felt it was rude.
I don't expect anyone to blow sunshine up my a**,
but at least make some show of politeness or "caring" about the situation.
Even if you can't help the problem, you can help how the customer feels about it.

Well glad to hear he is gonna test it for you. How i came to the conclusion that you were full of it was stated in your first post: "Lastly, why the hell would I want to ship back something that is not vapable, just to wait to hear it confirmed?
It isn't like he is going to replace it either way, and I would have to pay to ship it back, so.. No Thanks."

That quote right there set the tone for the entire thread. That showed where you were at on the entire subject. This isnt a battery or another piece of equipment, this is eliquid. If you come onto a public site and claim that you are sold tainted juice, you should send it back to the vendor so he can check and test it. If it really is tainted, then that vendor has all he needs to pull that product off of his website for the good of everyone. If it ends up being just your taste buds and you dont like his eliquid, then that too is fine and at least Eric knows whether or not to pull the entire product line.

By you refusing to send it back, it leads everyone to believe that you just didnt like it and came here calling foul with no proof. Like I said in an earlier post, IF I thought I was sent tainted liquid, I would ship it all back to the vendor for testing, on my dime. Its less than $2 and it would benefit everyone here on the entire forum.

And again, I have a hard time believing its tainted liquid as there is only one thread here about it. I am sure he has shipped others liquid from the same ingredients he mixed yours with and he sent it in the same temps that yours was shipped in. But you ended up with the "tainted" bottle.

As far as Eric paying for one bottle to be returned " AFTER THE POSTS HERE", thats good of Eric, but NOT a requirement for any vendor, especially a liquid vendor.

Edit: Just noticed that the OP said he put the juice in the fridge. I've read quite a few posts on here about refrigerated juices going bad. Could this be the entire issue? I know for my juices, they are put up into a cool cabinet and I've not had one go bad yet.

<removed everything else since I read about the refrigerator>

MuttSRT, you quoted me, again...
Maybe you should wait until your comprehension is up to task before commenting again.
Go through it again and see if you can get past your own attitude long enough to understand me.

Apparently it's the common practice of "Super" members such as yourself to burn a guy for complaining about a perceived lack of customer service...?

I was trying to be nice and offer an option... I don't think it warrants such demonization. I'm not an evil vendor looking to screw people over.

On PIF you don't have to take to give. It was only an idea I was offering him. I was trying to be nice...

I've offered to test the liquids myself.

I know you aren't evil Eric. Nor do I think you are trying to screw anyone over. But if it is bad, for whatever reason, the place for it is not PIF.

Erics a cool dude... I got 10 30ml bottles of juice comming and purchase from him exclusively since I found his site and sampled his juice last month... Just wanted to throw that out there.. :2c:

I am honestly glad things went well for you man. :)
I'm sure he is a decent guy.

I just wish my experience had been better.

It has nothing to do with being a "super" member or not. What you just quoted was from post #59...in your original post (which means your first post), you said:

"Issue was that the product itself was "gone bad" not that I simply did not care for the flavor"...and i ask, how do YOU know its bad? did you test it? send it to a lab? you are claiming its bad, then back it up. Send it back to the vendor, like he asked you to do. No big deal. Dont come on here and cry about getting bad service and having liquid thats "gone bad" without proof.

and again, from your original post ( not post #59)

"Lastly, why the hell would I want to ship back something that is not vapable, just to wait to hear it confirmed?
It isn't like he is going to replace it either way, and I would have to pay to ship it back, so.. No Thanks."

What you wrote there implies that you did get in touch with him and he asked that the liquid be returned. If you do not want to send it back, then his transaction with you should be considered as complete.

No where on this thread have I tried to burn you. I quoted you, I have stated my opinion based on what you posted, but have in no way tried to burn you. From YOUR posts, and going off of what YOU said, you are trying to make it look like he was trying to screw you. and i am just pointing out, from YOUR posts, it looks like he did the right thing.

Now if you want to start with personal attacks and questioning my ability to comprehend the crybaby bull..... you have posted starting from your first post all the way up until this one, then lets rock. All i got is time to kill.

I'm sure....

Let's get this straight man. He didn't make the offer to do that until like the 4th or 5th exchange, and it would have been at my expense.
I am not going to ship a glass vial in an envelope to save money.
If I am shipping it back, it will go out in the same condition in which I received it.
Priority mail, flat rate. $5 from USPS.
Keep in mind that Me sending it back would solely be for confirmation purposes, since nothing was asked for or offered.
So I would at that point be out another $5 bringing my total to $38.

Again, after I posted this, he did contact me and said he would cover the shipping back to him for a bottle.
At this point, I was agreeable to this simply for peace of mind.
Which as you said, was in post #59.
My last post was #29 until I posted again in #59.
He e-mailed me that response during said time.
So, before that point, I was still to understand that I was going to pay to ship something back, and have nothing to show for it but a lighter pocketbook.
See why I was opposed to it?

It's easy to be impartial and pick everything I say apart for anyone reading this for a very simple reason: it didn't happen to them.

I am not upset with you or anyone else here Mutt. I just want my point clearly understood.

THis thread makes me want to order from Vaporstation :D

The fact that you did not like the juice and he is willing to pay for you to ship it back and check it out and he openly addressed you in here stating his policy...... Which by the way is almost every juice vendors policy
and he still helped you out.
Shows how much Customer service this guy really has!

If you where my customer and pulled this on me i would put you on the DO NOT SELL TO LIST lol

I have ordered juice and been sent juice from damn near every vendor you can name i cannot even begin to tell you how many i hated disliked and threw away

or how many where chemical and flowery and downright crappy

Its a roll of the dice buddy

one day i was at the grocery store grabbed a 20oz of sobe fruit punch it tasted like crap let the wife try it she loved it strange how tastebuds vary so widely

This thread is laughable we should have a forum for vendors to read about horrible customers

Trapped by Schrödinger's cat....
Amajn, thank you for your post.

I costs $1.22 to send a small free sample bottle back to a vendor in order to verify whether the juice is indeed bad or just not your thing. And it takes maybe 2 minutes of one's time to do so....

I live right by the post office.

I had no issue with the sample I got! READ THE THREAD.

I had issue with the 30mL bottle of HONEY liquid.
THAT I PAID FOR.

I had issue with being treated dismissively.

Ya know what....

This is pointless.
This place just isn't worth the respect I had for the membership here.

Guess so.

After getting ragged on by repeatedly for saying I had an issue instead of getting any sort of help or helpful suggestions...
Yeah, I'm burned out on trying to explain myself.
