Look man, I really don't want to pile on, but... I don't think you were being fair with the supplier. You already gave yourself the answers you assumed the supplier would give you. Had you gone a more diplomatic route, I think things would have worked out better for you.

I just want to say that, IMHO, Vapor Station supplies the best juices out there. Eric has also responded to all of my emails and questions in a fast and professional manner.

I recently ordered some, (more expensive), juices from another supplier. This supplier was extremely nice and very quick to respond to emails....his shipping was also lightning fast. I received my order one day after placing it but was dissatisfied with the juices. They all have a strong "perfumey" and chemical taste.

I haven't complained to this supplier or made a post about it here because I know that it is most likely a problem with my taste\preferences... not the product. I can not fault the guy because I see how hard he tries to satisfy the customer and I have read other reviews here praising him and his juices. I accept full responsibility for my purchase and, in reality, should have bought 3ml samplers before spending a larger sum of money.

But hey at least the supplier has offered to pay for him to ship it back to confirm the problem or lack of one.....

I think everything that needs to be said has been said. The customer got to air their complaint, and the vendor responded. It's becoming personal and i'm closing this down, before further trouble can start.
