My biggest issue after 2 weeks analog free

The mental part of the habit is that little switch that goes off in your brain to tell you when to do things! Occasionally, I still get that after a meal, but it's going away fast. It's kind of funny to me when it happens. I just pick up my PV and vape away and it fades rapidly. Your symptoms match mine exactly.

The suggestion of a couple of people uptopic to crank the voltage a little and vape after a meal works. I do that and get satisfaction in a hurry. I've been vaping 24mg for two years and I retained those critical coffee and after meal cigs when I quit my 2-3 PAD habit. I just quit the last 6-8-10 a day a month ago and found out that giving those up was a breeze. I still have the trigger thoughts, but they aren't even strong enough to make me consider a cig ... I just think about the thought and grin, then go vape my head off for a minute!

All that you are going through will subside quickly. You might find that 24mg juice helps, also.

First let me say sushi is my all time favorite food. Any kind. But, anything with eel is just to die for... yum. I get the after a meal craving too and I don't have any tobacco juices. Definitely something I am going to get. I'm finding that my juice with menthol in helps though since I was a menthol smoker. But, sometimes I miss that disgusting ashtray taste :blink:
