I know your frustration to some extent. I was caught in a bind with not a lot of funds to spend on trying different juices so I decided to try doing it myself DIY. Got fed up with creating and finding my perfect flavor, so I started doing flavorless. Works great for me! I am less frustrated with whether it tastes good, and less frustrated with do I want to vape this flavor all day, etc. I have been doing flavorless now for 6 months and I am much more satisfied, have less anxieties about vaping. I also dont have to worry about my taste buds going crazy. Try it. It might work for you. All you have to worry about is the strength and vapor production. Good luck!

Get yourself an e8 e-cig (with extra batteries) for more of the feel of a regular cig and maybe try some canadian tobacco juice flavors like du maurier or export a. While they aren't perfect, they may just give you what your looking for. I preferred smoking american cigarettes back when I still smoked but I definitely prefer the duller taste of the canadian flavor e-liquids. In my opinion they are closer to an analog than any american flavor imitation. It's all about tricking your brain for long enough to stick with the transition from smoking to vaping, and if you can go long enough until you get your taste buds back, analogs start to really taste like ****.

Look. This has a lot of comments already. I'm not going to pull punches.

1) You're a tobacco addict. I was/am too (once an addict, always an addict..I could easily pick it up again).
2) You have all sorts of reasons to continue to smoke. "I can't find a taste I like", "It's a social thing", "Vaping is not 100% the same"
3) You have to want to quit.

Some people may never quit. I'm not going to beat you up about smoking, nor about using e-cigs. But if you expect me to buy into the "cigs just taste better than the 1000 flavors of e-jucie I could try"... Who are you kidding?

There is a 2 - 3 week withdrawal from tobacco, even while getting your nic from vaping. See if you can go a month without a cig. Let your taste buds come back. Get over the hump.

Or keep on smoking the carpet-glue filled cigs, paying high $$ and taxes, and wrecking your health even more. Up to you.

But for the next post ...I respectfully suggest that you not start with "I'll make this extremely short", do a long rant, then try to sell me on cigs tasting soooo good. lol. Not buying it dude. And I'm saying all this for your own good, not to be mean.

You're going to have to decide. I hope you select the harm-reduction strategy and stay off tobacco. It's up to you. Some people feel they need tobacco. But that's not due to taste.

I'm not going to suggest flavors... I'm not sure that's really the issue here.... only you can tell. If you do "need" tobacco... check this forum, do research (like for example, on Swedish Snus) and try to keep the harm down.

Atty pops. Thanks the help from u and the rest of you but I never ever said cigs taste so good. I hate smoking and regret it every time I light one up. I only said the juices don't taste great to me and I would never say an analog tastes good because it doesnt. Bottom like. And yes I admit I did say I'll keep it short and then did a rant but I wanted everyone to know I've tried all the hardware , WTA , DIY flavors and still haven't found a vape that I like or enjoy. I'm not trying to mimick the taste of an analog but I realized my flavor profile is some type of tobacco menthol because I really don't enjoy the fruity or bakery or coffee flavors.
I can deal with nuport from nhalor and menthol ice from halo but besides those. Im not very happy . I thought I'd love bobas bounty and I enjoyed it for about an hour and then the flavor was too much for me even after I cut it down with some pg. I'm not trying to fool anyone including myself. I'm using nasal snuff every hour, using oral snus all day and still find myself craving a cig. You're right. I have to want to stop and I have to realize that snus, snuff and vaping should curb my cravings and I need to mentally understand and accept that

Btw . Someone mentioned vermillion Minnesota menthol... I haven't tried that and I will try it. Is it all menthol or is tobacco mixed In there as well ?

Thanks guys . I think its time to man up and do what I need to do to stop the analogs

Seriously, give vermillion a try! Try Kentucky premium and also Minnesota menthol.

I like you gave up because I couldn't find "my" juice.

I found it in vermillion Minnesota menthol.

3 sample bottles will run ya 9.50 shipped.

Definitely worth a shot!

Is it mixed with tobacco or is it straight menthol ???

I'll give it a try .

I stand corrected then JuniorNA. However, I hope you find a flavor you like. There is a 2-3 week (for me at least) withdrawal from tobacco.

As far as flavors... mix your own? It's a form of DIY.. just getting unflavored e-juice at whatever nic/PG/VG ratio and some flavorings. Add em yourself. Hint: Steeping for a bit helps a lot. This can also tweak flavors you almost liked.

As far as WTA or not... IDK for you. Only you know for sure. Some people seem to need the MAOI and other effects from tobacco.
