My biggest issue after 2 weeks analog free

So i was eating some delicious sushi about 10 minutes ago. As i put the last roll (cream cheese, salmon, green cucumber mmmm) in my mouth i was like ohhh this is so good, i can't wait to have a cig after this. Then i thought to myself, damn i quit i have to go get my pv (awww). This has been happening with every large meal lately :(. Its tough for me because when i was an analog smoker everytime after a delicious meal i would hurry up to clean and rush to the garage to smoke one of the best analogs of the day. Will I forget about this feelings eventually?

To top it off all I have is this cinnamon cherry bomb juice which kind of sickens me and it made it that much harder to get through that moment but i persevered. Im waiting on bobas and gorilla juice to come hope tomorrow :mail:

Haha, that is the worst feeling when you really want a cig but don't want to buy a pack because you know you will smoke them all in a day or two if you do. One solution is to buy a pack and let a close friend, roomate, or significant other hold on to it and give you one once in a while. Remember that quitting doesn't mean you have to torture yourself.

After more than 2 years vaping, I still get a craving now and then. I haven't noticed any after meals in a long time, but I still want a cigar pretty bad if I have a glass of whiskey.

One of the things that helped me with after meal cravings was a 306 atty and a high-nic tobacco flavored juice. I don't know if it was the higher nic, the warmer vape, or a combination of the two, but that was my after-meal vape for quite a long time.

As hard as it may be to believe, those feelings will pass and you will soon be anxious to just vape rather than smoke after a meal. I'll bet everyone here has experienced the feelings you have. Just trust that the desire to vape will soon replace your desire to smoke. Are you using enough nicotine in your juice?

It will defiantly pass. If you smoked menthol or enjoyed it at some point, consider a menthol vape after a meal. I'm on a big menthol kick as of late probably because it's heating up and it's just so refreshing. It will take time but after a while you will feel similar satisfaction from an after dinner, lunch, dessert vape as you did from the smokes. Then one day you'd have vaped so long you find it hard to imagine you really use to smoke like a chimney. At least that's the point I'm at.
 
thanks guys, i feel better now that it has passed. Whats weird is that when I wake up i usually have an analog right away but i dont get that empty feeling in the morning, i just wake up make a coffee and vape but i still go to the garage to vape because ill get that empty feeling if i sit on the couch to sip n vape.

18mg juice right now, just started vaping really dont like my stock of juices right now (all fruit) and a chocolate which had a "meh" taste in a clearo. Hoping boba or gorilla juice will turn into an all day vape, if not im going to order the pipe sauces from epipemods cause ive always like the smell of pipe tobacco

Anywhoo, my two cents. I keep a KR808 (one from my first starter kit) handy at all times for just these moments. It has a tobacco'ish flavor juice in it and it's at 18 nic for just these moments. When I really get to craving a cig I go straight to it so that I get the tobacco flavor and high nicotine hit that I need. Then I just vape it away.

Shockingly, it works pretty darn well!

This is the reason I have about 15 favorite flavors that I keep around.
I might not use any given flavor for a month or more, but is there when I need it.

For instance tonight I was on a Chocolate Orange Stick kick.
But I haven't used that flavor in two or three months!

This afternoon I was vaping BWB Casablanca most of the day.
Normally I'm using my Dekang DK-TAB, but today I wanted something with a bit more flavor for whatever reason.

I guess my taste buds were feeling a little frisky.

One of my favorite professors always said it takes 21 days to change a habit. Your brain is wired to associate things still. Good food, have a smoke. Give it time, you'll adjust. If you like dessert after a meal, find a dessert style juice you can keep with you have after a meal. Even if it's just a few pulls from dripping on an atty. All you have to do is start creating new associations in the mind.

Maybe. Sushi is a very diverse food. It doesn't all contain raw fish; there are many types made with completely cooked fish, crab, or other types of meat. Some of it doesn't have any meat in it at all. Avacado cucumber rolls are very light and refreshing.

There is just something about an 808 after a meal with higher nic and tobacco flavor that really helps kick that I must have an analog craving. I am so glad i used 808's to quit because of the feel of smoking was still there in the slim style. I have the APV's now that give great flavor and VV for more control, but nothing for me works like an 808 to kick the smoking feel I needed to quit, especially after meals. bnrk

For after meals I use a 78mm slim KR808 with some coffee flavor. Cafe latte or caramel cappuccino.... sometimes a vanilla or dessert flavor.. Somehow it feels more like an analog and kicks that crave. I do have some analogs here and there, but for the most part if I have the right vape, I'd prefer the vape flavor. Find something you like after meals, probably a stronger flavor than your all day vape.
 
yeah im going to check around. i'll definitely let you guys know when i get it. Unfortunately nothing of the 3 shipments I ordered came today :( the tube in vancouver might not make it here by friday but im expecting the other two shipments of juice/tank i ordered from USA last monday to come in atleast by friday
