He's got a little over 100 posts on the forum, so I'm assuming he's not just trolling the thread, but that was a really odd way to jump into the discussion.
:/ Im sorry you find it so unsatisfying.
Don't feel bad Rikiel. There are only a handful of ppl that DIY. Most will always buy pre-made ejuice from vendors.
I don't think your posting of what you think is the secret ingredient is in BB is going to put AVE out of business. Posting an ingredient and posting a recipe are two different things.
Tobaccos are why I don't get excited about most of these "I know the secret!" posts, because they're never tobacco. They're always, the secret ingredient is fish oil, or it's my grandmas grape jelly, or it's pureed baby seal, etc.
Ben repeatedly refers to a tobacco base, but what is it? He says it's not a NET, so that's out, but that leaves plenty more.
There's a variety of Tobacco Absolutes (TAs) out there. I use TFA TA Blend ALC in just about every mix I try, but honestly I don't think that's it. I haven't tried others because of all the different extraction processes that can be used, and some of them aren't so swell for vaping Fragrance extraction - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Or Tobacco Extract (TE), but I haven't been able to find any since TFA pulled theirs, since the quality was inconsistent.
Then there's a slew of premixes containing TAs (not the ones containing a NET), and many more "tobacco" premixes which don't actually contain any tobacco byproducts, but instead other natural and/or artificial flavors.
Man! I think that some of you that feel that nets are scary and like the sound of absolutes need to do your homework on how the "concrete" is formed and processed. Not meaning to start a fuss so I'll just leave it there.
