I'm quite certain he uses Camel Snus as one of his NET's. I can't help but taste the Camel snus "Mellow" flavor.....

Also add a black and mild cigar NET as well.... That will get you that sweet and chocolatey flavor.
Those 2 will get you really close I think. I don't have the time or energy to try and replicate this juice

I've done some snus mellow extractions and the smell is definitely there but the taste is always horrible. Like burnt tea. I've tried filtering it a ton and there's no visible particulate that I can see. I put about 7 pouches into about 50 ml of pg and tried heat, no heat, a week long steep, an over night steep. I just can't get it to taste good at all
Hello all, I've been following this thread for some time. I'm a huge Boba's fan. I'm never without a 100ml bottle, and when it's half empty, it's time to reorder.
Yesterday I finally got the flavors to make Slohands #7 clone.
I made three versions, one following the recipe, and two others with slight variations(that i've documented).
On my first taste test I was quite impressed. Of course, this was with no steeping. Not exactly Boba's, but pretty good nonetheless. My results actually reminded more of El Kamino from Good Life Vapor. This is just fine with me as I love that stuff as much as Boba's. The almond I got(loranns) seems to be super concentrated and overpowering. I'm going to let them steep and revisit.
On a side note, I also got a bottle of Jango from Seduce juice. It's also very reminiscent of El Kamino, but it's mostly compared to Boba's. Definitely going into ADV rotation.
I'm also very interested in doing some NET's and will incorporate it into some of these ideas and recipes.
Just wanted to stop in and say thanks for the great thread full of great ideas, recipes and info. Might never get an exact clone of BB, but I've no doubt some great juice will come out of this.

On the El Kamino topic, I just got a bottle in today due to all the damn hype and cool website. Save your money. This is simply some super concentrates from Ecigexpress. Black mile is definitely in there. A hint of banana, and desert ship. He puts sweetener in as well. And there you have it, El Kamino, or damn close El Kamino for 1/64th the price! I was pretty dissapointed at how pedestrian this juice was.
My problem with Boba's is it can't be an ADV for me. It completely 100% loses it's taste after 1 hour and I need to stop for a few hours and vape something else before going back to it. It's a shame too becuase it would be the ONLY juice I vaped if I could taste it all day

Do you have a recipe for El Kamino? Like percentages an stuff? I can't taste the banana in the vape, but I can tell it's there when I taste it with my tongue.
I don't. I just got it in today. But the black mile and banana super concentrates are strong in there. There is another super concentrate I think it's desert ship, might be flue cured. I think it'd be really easy to make. I just don't have the energy for DIY anymore. I love making the juice but the clean up sucks!

When you start loosing your taste, try rinsing your mouth with salt water (about 10% saline solution). Wakes the old buds back up...at least it works for some folks.
Some people use other juices or things to cleanse the palate, but for me, saline works fine. I don't mind the taste of salt water anyway...I live in Florida near the water, so I'm used to it. A friend of mine uses lemon sorbet...but that's tough to do at work, or driving. I think its just an excuse though (she loves ice cream

I havent been around much lately. Alot of family stuff goin on, good things tho. Look, Ive played with TA and graham cracker, cinn danish, etc. Thats the closest anyone will get to bobas. Im confident those are some of the ingredients, just not sure which flavoring manufacturer he uses for bobas and Im not about to order the flavorings from each one available in 2009 when he created bobas.
I will say this again tho to people who believe he uses a NET. He does not. It is severely unlikely that his origonal recipe contained any NET's as most people didnt even know how to make them or were expiementing with them at that time. All the flavorings in bobas are likely from the diyflavorshack vg line from baxk then. I cant make heads or tails out of their website. Nothing is categorized right and/or labeled well enough for me to even bother sending them an email. That site is horrible.

What is causing the foam on top? This foam is constantly there, as if this liquid is fermenting. I think this is a major question to answer. I have been smelling my BB on and off all day, and sometimes I think( red wine flavor) is one of the flavors...lol Anyway, I want to know what is causing that damn foam. If it was there after shaking the bottle I get it, but to constantly be in a fermenting state?, for lack of a better word. I think this is a major clue. Am I way off base here?
It could be, but I'm thinking its a VG thing. I could be off base there. I haven't noticed foaming on my supply, but then again I wasn't looking for it. GJ doesn't seem to have that though, so maybe a difference in the ingredients causing BB to have it.

Would you like some pics of foam free? Only time mine foams is if I shake the poo out of it. once the air leaves the VG I seldom see any foaming.

Im just telling you in all my 100 ml bottles, there is a layer of foam on top.....let me re-clarify, a ring of foam around the top of the bottle. No pictures needed.
Fermentation decreases or stops the cooler the temperature. Maybe try and store it in the fridge or freezer and see if it still does it?
what if there is actual cocoa powder mixed in ?

It has a similiar look to it, its around the edge of the juice on top. I cant be the only one who has noticed this. I have bought many bottles, 100ml bottles, and it is always there. Someone back me up on this!!!! LOL. Look close at your 100ml bottle!!! For the love of god!!....lmfao.
