It's good, but it's not an exact clone. I'd recommend trying it for sure.
Agreed. #7 is damn close, but there's a little sumpin-sumpin missing. The "front end" flavors are definitely there, it's just like Boba's, but there's a "back end" missing...it tastes a bit thin....if that makes sense. The real Boba's is mouth-filling & rich - almost "chewy" in some respects.

I think its missing a tobacco extract of some sort (a NET) to round things out..... but #7 is the perfect starting point IMHO.

The search goes on...

Is there a list somewhere in this thread of the different recipes to try so far? I have found several, but haven't found them all....

page 42, post #411 is your best bet.

I'm a couple weeks out at best for putting up some VG only recipes, based off the info I left on page 40, post #393

So I received my Lorann Naturals today. The website is not listing all the ingredients found on the bottles, so here's what I have...

LA Almond Natural: Glycerin, alcohol, water (Oddly, doesn't say natural flavors on the label).

LA Banana Natural: Natural banana with other natural flavors, glycerin, water, alcohol, propylene glycol.

LA Cherry Natural: Natural cherry with other natural flavors, glycerin, water, alcohol, propylene glycol, sugar, citric acid.

LA Creamy Caramel Natural: Natural flavors, glycerin, water, propylene glycol, alcohol, molasses.

LA Maple Natural: Natural maple with other natural flavors, glycerin, water, caramel color, propylene glycol, alcohol.

LA Toffee Natural: Natural flavors, glycerin, water, propylene glycol, alcohol, molasses.

Is there another source for the black and mile + ? Ecigexpress has been out of stock for awhile and I'd like to get these ingredients ordered soon--leaving the country for a month and I want these waiting for me when I get back. Any ideas?

I don't know if it's the exact same, but this is what I use: Black Cigar Super Concentrated Flavor | Alcohol Based Flavoring - E Cig : Best Ejuice | Joye eGo & eGo-T | Boge Leo | Cartomizers | E-Liquid | Electronic Cigarettes

Awesome. I've never had Boba's before but now I can. How important is it to be 100% VG? I only have the premixed nic as of now.

If you're looking to make a 100% authentic clone, it is of the most importance. However, for personal use, it's not important in the least. Whatever brings you pleasure is the answer.

No Strawberry? That stuff is scrumptious.

I was going for the 6 pack box, to work on BB and GG, strawberry didn't make the cut this time :) I still have quite a bit of AVE Strawberry Cooler, and the much better Dream Berries.

I'm hoping the PG is low enough on the ingredients lists, even with me being "allergic" (hives, swelling, mouth sores), fingers crossed the overall percentage will be miniscule.

What's odd to me is, LorAnn Naturals, as sold at OneStopDIYShop don't indicate that they have PG in the ingredients.

Taken from the site:

LorAnn Naturals flavors are produced in a base of vegetable glycerin and/or natural grain alcohol and contain no added sugars or fats.

Unless I'm missing something here?

You're definitely not, and that's the point of my post. They have omitted ingredients on the website, found on the bottles.

I ordered directly from LorAnn, all else is identical, bottles, labels, invoice, etc. If Ben is using the same in his line, then perhaps he's under the same impression from the website. That, or I'm back to the drawing board.

Levitas: Black Cigar is the same as Black & Mild, they had to change the name due to copyright infringements.

I finally had what I needed to make a decent clone. Only I used regular cigar from VZ instead as it's supposed to be about the same, but not as chocolatey. Used my own EM solution for the cotton candy and Coconut Extra instead of the VZ kind. Also used a 50/50 mix pg/vg as I do not do 100 VG at the moment.

Have not tried it yet but it smells good. TO compensate for the VG decrease (Pg seems to carry flavoring better IMO) and the fact that I used different brands, I used the following deviation
2% Cigar S.C. from VapingZone
1% Coconut extra (TFA)
1% E.M. concentrate (DIY'd from E.M. crystals)
50%pg/50% vg 5ml batch

In my experience, the coconut extra is super potent so I definitely didn't want to add too much.
