My cat is missing!!! Need good thoughts!

So Diablo has gone missing. We are all pretty worried about it. I have papered the neighborhood with flyers and put ads on all the relevant boards, checked the humane society. Can you all say some prayers he come home? I would really appreciate it. *sniff*

Glow heres hoping Kitty comes back...My sister had the same thing happen...I have heard of other storys like yours too, sometimes cats just like to wander & don't return for a few days...I do hope he comes back to you!!!!

Just paper the neighborhood. Some idiot may have thought they were "rescueing" a stray and have him in the house. That happened to my direction challenged dog Jake.
I am hoping the cat gets home soon!

One of our neighbours went by the house the other night, and they were taking down their missing cat posters. I said I was happy she was home and she said that they DID find her, she's now not REALLY lost, but doesn't seem to WANT to come home.

Huh?

BUT, the reason she was taking them down wasn't because of the CAT, some PR had been phoning them and saying the signs were 'visually polluting' the neighbourhood!!

What a JERK!!

Is there a vacant house nearby? Someone on vacation? I think my cat got locked in someones garage once, not sure but the timing was right. They may be locked in a house or garage and can't get home.

I feel for you, I do. I just go crazy when my cat is late coming home, I know how you feel.

Too bad those gps devices are too big to put on a cat, good for hunting dogs though.

My kitty was missing for 3 days not too long ago. I just knew something bad had happened to him because he ALWAYS comes when I call him. I made flyers and put them in all the neighbors' mailboxes. The day after the flyers (day 4)a gentleman down the street called and said that Squash had been visiting his patio and "sharing" his cat's food. I had all but given up on calling him, but had a renewed hope when the neighbor called. So I tried one more time, and he came running!

Also, he got trapped in my next door neighbor's cellar once. They were doing yard work and had it open, then put away the yard tools and shut it with him in there. Check with anyone nearby that may have been doing yard stuff lately in case he ended up in someone's shed/cellar/storage space.

Well it's day 4 and the neighborhood has been searched and searched, all of the neighbors have flyers as well as all the vets and shelters within a five mile range. I think I have done all I can do. He was very beautiful and I believe he was stolen. I keep telling myself if someone stole him it was because they fell madly, deeply and hopelessly in love with him like we did. I just have to accept it I guess. Sucks. I made a appointment to have the other two micro-chipped this week as a preventative measure. Thank you for all your prayers You guys rock!

Aww, I was checking back hoping for good news. He really is a beautiful guy. I still have a glimmer of hope.. Mine came back on day 4 (and I had pretty much lost hope) so I am just wishing like crazy that yours will too. ((hugs)) I'm not quite ready to stop the positive vibes yet.
