Don't be alarmed, only once in awhile after vaping I feel a mild tightness right in the middle of my chest, I don't know if its my heart or lungs. I've only vaped since the 5th of july and I haven't tried anything but 24mg juice. Im wondering if you think this is caused by vaping or nicotine or vg or pg. Any advice I'll look into. thanks everyone

Somewhere out there
High nic and high VG did that to me as well. You need some lower nic levels to switch on and off with. Maybe 24 nic morning, 18 noon to 3 pm, then 12 until 6 pm and 6 nic after that. It is best to vape lower nic at night so you sleep better as well. This also keeps you from od-ing on too much nic. bnrk

it might have something to do with the high nicotine your using, I found 18mg to be the sweet spot where I could vape pretty constant with out HAVING to put it down. at 24mg I had to put the ecig down every couple minutes due to nicotine OD.

the other side of the story could be due to PG, if you use a higher PG content, at or above 70/30, I would try cutting back to 50/50 and see if that helps.
I have a bottle of 70/30 I'm vaping right now and I can only take a couple puffs before I have to set it down due to the PG making me feel like I have a clogged lung.

just my two pennies!

I have also had some chest pains, especially when I was really vaping heavily. Since then I've been vaping about 2 ml of ejuice a day at 50/50 and haven't had any problems. Do a search about PG and side effects and I think you'll find a lot of posts that deal with it. Whatever you do, don't go back to smoking cigarettes (assuming that you did:))! Changing the level of PG/VG should eliminate the problem. Best of Luck!

I am having something similar, although I wouldn't call it chest pains. It's more of a fluttery type feeling and a faster heart rate. I've toned down the nic mg, finally got on the BP meds I've been avoiding for years, and it seems somewhat better. My doc wants me to see a cardio for one of those Holter monitor things that you wear for 24 hrs & it records your heart activity. I thought this was overkill, but I guess I'll go ahead and do it because my hubby is making me ;)
