I always use my vv3 in wattage mode, so I don't have to worry about whatever the coil is doing; the vv3 will figure out the proper voltage depending on whatever wattage is set. This is a lot easier if you're switching toppers that have different resistance.

I have two vv3s already, the "pearl chrome" and the chameleon, but I'm so happy! I finally ordered a white one today! *happy dance* :D

I have two vv3s as well, both are black :) So what level wattage is good ? But if i set it as 10 watt, will it work on 10 watt all the time or it will decide on its own according to resistance ? Is it only automated in watt ? Should i use wattage mode ? Sorry for too much questions, just confused :D

What wattage (or voltage) is "good" is personal preference. I stay around 10w almost always myself.

The device will set the voltage based on the resistance of the coil to hit the wattage you selected. It's a convenience thing. The device compensates for variations between coils instead of me having to "twiddle" the voltage setting.

I didn't have smoking dreams until I was a year in. Last one was within the last month or so. Strange eh?

Funny thing, the cig in the dream tasted awful. :)

The last couple I smoked were pretty nasty, really really bitter. And they burned my mouth terribly, which had certainly never happened back when I was a regular smoker.

I started vaping after a real bad chest infection and struggled with a few things like that and it seemed to just go away. 3 weeks of not smoking is not a long time so maybe just your body getting used to new things. Never hurts to slow down on everything and cut it down to one thing at a time to try find out what it could be. Good luck

Yes exactly -- a "good" setting is whatever you like, whatever tastes/feels good. Setting the wattage, you don't have to worry about the coil, it takes it into account automagically to set the proper voltage, based on whatever wattage you set. I fluctuate a good bit; pretty low when I first wake up, maybe around 5w, because too much throat hit then makes me cough; later I go as high as 9w, though it's usually about 8.5w. That's my preferred setting with the juice I vape most of the time, but with other juices, it's always different -- the blueberry muffin I love seems best about 8w.

Yeah, when I first quit, back in Feb, it was right at the end of a bad cold, so I ended up getting rid of all the junk in my lungs all at once, as I got rid of the junk from the cold. When I was ill in June and briefly went back to very light smoking, it was only a month, so there's probably not a lot of junk to get rid of, but there's definitely some.

My husband still has smoking dreams on occasion, and he quit smoking over 20 years ago. He dreams he smoked, and then he gets mad in his dream because he smoked.

With me, for a long time, it was drinking dreams; the longer I was sober, I started noticing that in the dream, I would generally decline the drink; sometimes I even knew, in the dream, that I was dreaming, and that would wake me. The last one I had, it was like I was in a sort of 'drinks cafeteria', walk down a lineup of different alcoholic beverages and choose what you like, then pay at the end of the line. In the dream I took 2 beers, but when I got to the cash register, I found that I had no money -- I *couldn't afford those beers* -- and again I woke up right then, realizing that truth went far deeper than mere money! After that I pretty much stopped having those dreams. :D

I like that the smoking dream I had brought in the eRoll as the replacement; that was originally what I used to quit with, but discovered the itaste vv3 the very first day smoke-free, Feb 28, and since then... well my vape gear collection has definitely grown! :D

You just made me feel a little more normal :)
It's been a little more than a year for me. I just started dreaming about it. It has been happening often for the last couple weeks. I don't "taste" it but I'm sure sucking them down fast and then I feel a bit floored because I smoked???

Had asthma as a kid...genius that I was I started smoking when I was 18. The more I smoked the more my asthma went away (true story). When I quit last year, after about two months of vaping, I bought some juice online and started having asthma attacks again. I switched to 100%VG directly from a local b&m and the problems went away. Ran out of VG eventually and decided to risk buying the pg/vg mixed juices and haven't had a problem...genius that I am I decided to try the same juice I bought from the online store because it has a wonderful flavor, and succinctly broke out in a rash. Threw that stuff away and am back to the pg/vg mixed juices from the local b&m. Now the problem I have is that the nautilus aspire I was using is causing me to cough a lot and causes chest tightness, so I bought a protank and problem solved. Except for that whole appendage I gave up just to purchase the dang nautilus in the first place. Keep trying different setups and find what works for you not only to relieve your chest tightness, but what keeps you away from the cigarettes. With all this new technology you have to try it to find out what works for you. Good Luck.

It was odd. A year for me is this past April and sometime in the last couple of months, wham, I'm smoking in half my dreams (well, of the ones I remember). I never seem to be enjoying it and sometimes I seem to really think it's awful (I mean, dreams, dunno I actually "taste" anything or not).

Then just as suddenly, they went away.

Of course, do I get the "cig after hot sex" dream? Nooooo. I get "standing around the ratty smoking area" dream.

My subconscious is just sadistic...
