My First Reo

Came today in the mail!

I couldn't believe it, I found one on Angel Cigs for $26.00

It's a Reo Grand. The inside has the gold spring and magnets, so I'm thinking it's a Sl. I can't believe how pretty it is. It also has the black mech mod push button. It's black, matte finish.
I use a kindle mostly and it doesn't do justice to a lot of pics. Honestly, I wasn't impressed just looking at the pics, and that really put me off for awhile. Then I watched some videos by Super_X_Drifter. And decided I have to try one of these.
I find it surprisingly elegant and classy! It fits so nicely in my hands too
I will be getting more Reos as income permits!


I also have a few questions. How can I tell the difference between a grand and a low profile grand?
I suspect it is the grand and not the low profile grand, is there a simple way to tell the difference?
Should I wait till I get some Noalox before using it? Can I get Noalox locally like at a hardware/Wal-Mart store?
I have a small 510 atomizer and drip tip, and I can't wait to give it a try!!

Also if you use it make sure that 510 atomizer is bottom fed or it's not going to do you any good.

Sad to say but looks like a clone.

It's 100% not LP, just can tell by looking. Make sure your atomizer has a hole in the 510 for squonking.
It's a clone if it was on that site since the authentic is $161 or so for that style.
I doubt Mr. Rob will be happy when he comes on to see a clone of his product.

I didn't think anyone would make a Reo clone,
That sucks. I saw one on Focal cigs a few weeks ago.
Thank You for letting me know. This does inspire me to get a real one next time. I just figured Angel Cigs thought they were going to be a fast seller and didn't reach the right buyers, and was just getting rid of stock on hand. This was the only one in stock.

There has been a few clones of it that I have seen. Just saying though, on the Angel Cigs website. It says "Reo Grand Styled Mechanical Box mod Black". Typically when it says *insert product name* styled, It's a clone. Says the same thing on the focalecig site. I think it says "1 in stock" to get sales. It still says 1 in stock when I just went on there..

Here's the one on Focal cigs, looks the same as the one I purchased

It does say "style" and so does the Angel cigs one. I should have caught that and didn't.

Have any of you tried the bottom feeder atomizers on Focal ecigs?
Also the last velocity I bought came with what looks like a bottom feeder pin. I'm wondering if a hole still has to be drilled into the deck and or post somewhere?

it's an OREO! (Oriental REO) If nothing else, let it serve as a less than stellar example of the wonderful world of bottom feeders. As great as they are, it's a wonder how Rob dodged the cloners this long.

Silly me, I thought there was some kind of respect for a person making their own mods. It's so unique I didn't think it could be cloned with running risks of lawsuits.

Usually, if nothing else, the price will dictate whether something is a clone or not. I've never seen a real Reo, new or used, anywhere close to $26.

China has no respect for cloning products, doesn't matter if it's a great guy like Rob or some other company in America building products. I agree with Rule, I've never seen even a used Reo go for that price. Even Reo's that are torn up with broken pins and such go for more than $26. I don't think Rob has any problem selling the great products for the price he has them. I'd buy 10 of them if I was financially able to.
