I was breaking out a new Joye 306 and when I attempted to pull off the brown protective cap, the external case of the atty stayed lodged in the cap and the innards of the atty was all that came out. Bummer! It seems to have worked out okay though. I used a small screwdriver to tap the case loose from the inside of the protective cap(I had to cut the end off the brown cap). I inspected the exposed wiring on the atty and it seemed okay, so I pressed it back together. Checked it with the multimeter and it read good, so I'm vaping on it now. All is well. I had one stick in the drip tip before and that ended up being a total loss. First time I've had one lodged and come apart in the original factory cap.

Ive done many that way drop them and they break apart Ive broken more than Ive had die on me so i started to think i needed to find a way to fix them I tried using a punch on the side to kinda dent the 2 parts together but that didn't work so glue was next seeing as the juice isn't in contact with that part I figured it was ok. Ive had no Ill affects from it
