They Make Battery Holders From Sizes like : AAA, AA, C's, D's, with different batt capacity's (single, double, etc,) other models & styles are available as well.

It's a simple 2 AA battery holder with it's own wires. i got it from "the Source" here in Ontario. Don't know if they have 'em online or not. Radio shack might...

It is a real bummer they don't carry the good electronic doodads that made them Radio Shack... they suck now...
UPDATE: Got it today. I ordered on sunday last week, it shipped promptly on monday and it was at my door this morning. 6 business days from China, not bad at all! It works really good too. It's not a knockoff, came in the same box we all get them in from everyone else.

As for modding, i've been researching. Trying to find switches, batteries, and boxes. Radioshack has a lot of stuff i need so i see a trip there soon is in order too.

Im new to this forum and have been vaporizing for the past month and was gonna give up on them because of the stupid cartridges and batteries. However after getting the liquid i cant stop hitting this thing and love it. Now my only problem is the batteries going out on me.
I would love to make one of these mods but am not that great with wireing and resistors and such. I was wondering if there is a thread or if someone can pm me a diagram with what power batteries to use and what resistors to get at radio shack. Well pretty much a diagram of everything wireing ect.

3.6 volts is what the OEM ecig batteries work on. Higher voltage makes the atomizer heat up faster - at least that is what I hear, I did not test it myself. The manual switch is my favorite part thus far. I hate my USB passthrough. I love my manual switch mod working on just 3.6 volts - currently 3 NiMh AA batteries.
