I took a hit and went to take another and NOTHING!! I don't even get a light. No error, no light, nothing. Has anyone else had this issue? I put in an email to Provape and am waiting. Does anyone have a suggestion for a good high voltage backup that isn't as pricey and uses 18460's?

That's good to know but it's strange because I cleaned it again and took off the extended end cap and put in a smaller battery and it is working again. Then I put the larger fully charged batt in and it didn't work. I replaced it with the smaller batt and it didn't work. I shook it a bit and it works. Something must be loose or something. Should I stop using it until I send it in to them?

Sounds like the spring on the ext cap isn't making good contact, try taking the spring and rubbing the top of it with Scotch Brite or sand paper and see if it works then.

also, you might want to stretch the spring out a tiny bit, and make sure the threads on the battery cap and bottom of the ProVari are clean.
Use the Provari with a smaller battery and get an Itaste MVP in the meantime, than send the Provari back for repairs.

Thanks all. I pulled the spring out on the end cap and it works again. I just don't get why it was working fine and then suddenly it stopped. I have been using the extended end cap for about two months and it was fine. You guys are awesome.
Well you have hurt the Ocelot's feelings now. She thought she had an easy mark.....
