my stay in the hospital

last week i went to the hospital for back surgery. (a sucess so far)

I was ALLOWED to vape during my entire stay and even in the pre-op area.

Suprised me.

Glad to hear this. I had to have an MRI with contrast today. Hospital doesn't allow the use of tobacco. The doc allowed me to vape like a freight train while they were injecting the dye into my wrist. He just said, "Don't tell on me." then laughed. His nurse cornered me afterwards and we had a 2 hour discussion about it. Her Dad has smoked almost all his life and nothing helped him to quit. He still wants too so I gave her websites, including ECF, for hardware and juices. I hope it works out for him.

thank you folks, especialy the HUGS!. I am felling better every day. I saw Doctor friday and he said everything seems to be looking good.
I go back in 5 weeks and then probably start the therapy part.

Congrats on your successful surgery!! I vaped as a patient, on the cardiac ward, at the Bay Pines VA hospital! Was so nice not to have to go outside.

I had to stay overnight in hospital with my mom due to gas prices. Every nurse that came in thought it was cool!! They told me they had a nurse that used one at the nurses station. It was very nice to stay in the room and not have to leave hospital grounds to go smoke. It is a non tobacco campus. Mom and I were both happy!!
