Smoother yes but that's not to say I can't get a hard hitting rip off of it. I don't know, it's hard to explain. Just have to try for yourself. :)

I haven't made a second coil with one yet, don't want to waste what I have yet. I've been thinking about making a simple wire holder to make wrapping coils easier, I think it might be perfect for using with this tougher wire. I'll make one & see what happens.

So I was able to get me some Pluid to try. Holy anise & black licorice! Not bad & I hate black licorice. But it's definitely not for me. Way to flavorful & too sweet for me. I couldn't vape this all day. I think I'm may try to cut it with the Ahlushion's Blue Fairy that I have to try & tone it down.

But it looks cool in the green Reo! :D

Got a tropical green Grand & this one is all mine. Slapped a black door on it. Also made another Ti cap & drip tip for it & anodized it green. Forgot I had got some blue fairy from Alhusion a couple of months ago, anise is perfect for this one (too bad I don't like Alhusion's absinthe though).

A group photo (not all are mine though).

There's just one problem..... I don't like the anodized cap & drip tip! I etched the flutes & grooves before anodizing to give it a different contrast.

For those of you that don't know, andodizing titanium is just building an oxidized layer. The layers make the light reflect different & causes your eyes to see different colors. So as you can see in the pics it looks like there's different shades of green & teal towards the bottom but there really isn't.

I think I'm going to ditch the green cap & drip tip & go with a machined finish. I love Ti in machined finish. Hmm, maybe I'll try stonewashing it?

Wow gorgeous!

Out of curiosity are you shooting your photo's with a Nikon D70, D90? Or a Cannon?

I only ask b/c I love the clarity and look of your photos!

Thanks everyone! :D

I have been going back and forth as to whether to go with the toxic or the emerald green for my Pluid only Reo. . .

You sure do have a lot of toxic green stuff, D. Wonder why..... ;)

And to think I wasn't too big of a fan of green some years ago. I love green now! Yup Toxic! Not hard to tell where my home is. ;) Shamefully I have been spending a bit more time here lately but but that's cause Reoville are much like the same kind of people. :D

Me too about the two greens (well 3 now), I had contacted Robert about a anodized green Grand for myself & a powder coated green door for my buddy. The ano green Reo wasn't going to happen then with perfect timing Robert got the green powder coat in. I first ordered an emerald green. It was nice but...well, with the tropical green door in hand, it was not toxic enough. Robert kindly let me exchange it for a tropical green. Maybe one day I will get my hands on an anodized green or have one done.

Thank you but I'm no photographer! I just use an advanced P&S, I have always used Canons. I currently have a SX40HS & a SD950IS. The SD950 is old but I still love it, why? It's the last Canon P&S made with a titanium case. :2cool:

LOL and here I just posted a thread asking for an emerald next to the toxic green.

And yeah, Reoville definitely has some of the same vibe as that other place as it relates to vaping.

Yep, very true! The photo on Robert's site was taken out in the sunlight so it seems. To me the tropical green indoors looks very much like the emerald green photo on his site. Both really do pop under brighter lighting. But my green grand never leaves the house & I'm very happy getting the tropical green. To my eyes the tropical green doesn't really pop like it looks in my photos, that's the camera doing that. I've tried to capture what it looks like to the eye but can't do it with the lighting I have.

EDIT: Here's another pic of tropical green

The combination of green and black is awesome. It's fun to see all these different combinations here ... food for thought!
I did like the anodized green cap and drip tip, but I've seen my husband start all over again with painting something when I thought it was wonderful, but it didn't meet his expectations or vision.

Thank you very much D! But all the credit goes to Robert for making the Reos & delivering my green & black grand!

As someone said earlier, it's the black sheep of my collection & my favorite. The rest of my Reos are well... dark. Usually I don't like bright colors except for green of course but that's just me.

Don't mind that damn tubie in the pic, it snuck in somehow when I took that pic. What should be there is my VVG that's should be back any day now.

Thank you! Yup, us men (or as maybe you gals would think, boys/children) are crazy like that. Like last week, I spent a full day painting the motor on my mill, didn't like it & repainted it again the very next day. Black ain't just black.

OK now we have the Hawaiian lights and the Strider. The circle is complete. :)
