My wife still smokes and she wants me to vape outside.

I vape outside all the time, but I vape inside more often.

The little lady has issues with 2 flavors that give her headaches from the smell. She never smoked. One of the flavors I stopped liking. The Butterscotch Pudding is now just vaped while I'm at work or in the vehicle without her.

If there is a specific and logical rationale for an objection to my vaping, I'd be happy to accommodate the wife. General BS would meet with stubborn resistance.

Enjoy your vape and love your wife. If she feels the same, it should work out well.

that's true, but so does cooking, perfume, aftershave, hairspray, the dogs, cat litter, etc, etc!

Agreed. Ever chew Grape Bubbalicious? You can clear a room with that stuff as well. Would his wife make him go outside to chew a piece? LOL Lots of things smell...almost nothing smells as crappy as cigarettes though.

And cags, let me say it... "Good for you!" :D

And 6pointprime, he just shouldn't smoke that brand then. I've tried quite a few brands/liquids and, fortunately, it's pretty easy to find ones without any scent to them. And if he vapes PG, there's very little vapor as well in case the plumes are offensive. LOL

First time I read this, I could have sworn I'd read "Ever vape Grape Bubbalicious?"

My heart skipped a beat and my credit card was already out and at the ready! Then I re-read the above and was like, "WHYYYYY!!!!!!!!"

Grape Bubbalicious, grape Now&Laters and Alexander the Grapes were my mainstay as a child. I had totally forgotten them, and been thankful for that, due to my recent pre-diabetic state.

Bah, it probably wouldn't taste good anyway... <---Oh, noes! Sour grapes! AAAAAAARRRRRGGGGHHHHH!

Sorry for going OT; back on:
OP, Keep vaping outside. Us married men always need henpecked or p-ssywhipped peers; makes our grass look greener, for a change!
JK!

Grape Juice Flavor -from- Flavor Apprentice tastes exactly like grape bubbalicious! It's diy, but that's all I do so.. It's quite tasty and vapable imo. I guess you could throw a couple pieces of the gum in your mouth and vape away without suspicion! At least it would make a point.

I'm going to give your wife the benefit of doubt here and suggest that, perhaps, she just doesn't understand that the vapor leaves zero residue behind when it dissipates, unlike smoke. (Maybe she just doesn't want your drapery, carpets, and furniture ruined.) I doubt very much that she is trying to be controlling or mean by asking you to go outside to vape (assuming she doesn't smoke in the house, of course).

Congratulations to you for switching! I wouldn't be at all surprised to see your wife try out e-cigs for herself when she sees the positive changes it makes in your health. :)

Thanks a million, IOWN! My juices are mainly diy, so I'll be sure to order summathat! ;)

My husband of 4 years has never smoked, and I actually tried to hide my smoking habit from him. He knew of course - only so much hand washing, body spray and breath mints you can do before they detect the awful smell anyway. He is very happy I've gone to vaping. But, out of respect to him, I don't vape openly around him. It would just seem really weird. So, I just keep my battery and carto in my pocket and step into the next room. No big deal. I don't think I could enjoy it around him actually. My 19 yr old daughter smokes, and out of simple respect for me, she has never been able to bring herself to smoke around me, period - even though she grew up seeing me smoke! Only outside of course, but still..... When I offered her to try an e-cig she did, but felt too uncomfortable, so she only took a tiny puff and turned red and gave it back, lol.

Tonight her argument was that if I vape indoor, it will be easier and my addiction will sky rocket. I told her that I don't vape more in my car than what I use to smoke.

Before going to bed, she went for a last smoke. Then the ritual, before lighting up tobacco, she coughed tough, sneized 10 times in a row. She sadly said, I can't wait for that cold to go.

Tobacco addiction is that bad. I am so sorry. I wanna cry

Thought it would never happen to me. -VIV I feel your frustration now.. Just got home from a date with a fussy woman lol. She actually asked me not to vape in my own car as she lit up an analog!!! Very first and probably last date with this woman who's first response to ever seeing a PV was "That stinks, could you please not do that in the car" as she lit an analog. She said she didn't like banana, ok so I switched to pear and that was fine. Why can't I just meet a vaping, hunting, fishing, boating, WOMAN that loves to be on top and doesn't want children. lol I need sleep, good night.
