VapingWatch still has some RBFS for dirt cheap, 15ml for $3 or 30ml for $5. I was going to order a few even though I'm mostly done with NET, but sadly most are out of 6mg nic option. I did pick up his one arti (Captain Honey Pepper) which is the only juice I never had in that line.

VapingWatch also has stock left of the WackyVapes line that are clearance priced the same as RBFS. They're pretty good juices. I ordered all that I didn't try the first try and reordered my two favs, Infected (cream and honeydew) and Z ("an earthy, fruity, nutty concoction"). They have one artibacco called Redemption that I didn't reorder but is fairly good and worth trying at the price.

I ordered late last night and woke up to a shipping notice. The ITCVapes order I placed also shipped really quick, especially for made-to-order juice.

(Textwall warning: Unless you have some time on your hands, and enjoy meandering half-sensical monologues, I advise skipping to the end - You are warned.)

Ahlusion has been my liquid vendor of choice for most of the last 3 years, but I pretty much stopped vaping tobaccos in 2011. I've picked up tobacco liquid from A+ only twice: I once bought a bottle of Smooth Criminal, set it out to steep, and ended up giving it to a relative who eventually went back to analogs anyway - I never even got to taste it - argh. The other purchase was 30 mils of Vanilla Wild Wood, that I bought in late 2013, opened up, smelled (nice) and set aside for an extended steep. A Very extended steep, as it turned out...I rediscovered its' existence last week.

So I opened it up, not even remembering what it was supposed to be, and my nostrils said, Hey Now! Where did THIS come from? Dripped a few drops, and immediately realized my (much hacking, much coughing) error. Through my watering eyes (holy smokes, that's good juice), I could focus just well enough to see that it was labeled as (more coughing) 12mg. Well, crap. I'd been flirting with 0 nic for months, and hadn't vaped anything higher than 6 in more than a year. So I waited for the fit to subside, dripped several more drops, and tried a shorter drag. Oh yeah, I thought, that's definitely better. Oh, wait, maybe not exactly better - (so tasty) but there's the hacking again - Sweet Mother of Buddha, that's strong. (but so VERY tasty) Well, double crap. I realized that if I didn't take drastic measures, this very fine liquid would likely end up given away. Handed off to some (ingrate) friend or (ignorant) relative, who would never truly appreciate it - some buffoon who might do something truly heinous, all unknowing - it could end up in some fool's Vivi Nova, or a ProTank, or a CE2/3/4/5/647andahalf. That just would. not. do. So I put 15 mils of straight VG in an empty 30mil bottle, and filled the rest with the Wild Wood. Shook the snot out of it. Put it up overnight. Prayed to the Powers That Vape, etc., etc.

Well, I tried it this morning, and have now vaped through about 10 mils - it's absolutely amazing. Turned out much better than I could have hoped - so well, in fact, that my adv is now my FORMER adv. Which leaves me with a bit of a dilemma. You may already know where this is going...

Is the new (non-NET) version of VWW anything like this? If I order some up, will the little monsters in my head rejoice, or will there be wailing and gnashing of teeth? Should I look elsewhere - maybe even to another vendor? Whaddya think?

According to Ahl, the non-aros were never NET, so the recipe wouldn't have changed for that reason. It may have changed for other reasons in the last two years though.

I love the Wild Wood line. Tried most of them back when we thought they were NET, though haven't had the vanilla yet. Of the ones I tried, my favs were Maple, Caramel and Apple. Fairly recently I ordered Winter Wild Wood and it has the same WW tobacco base taste that they've always had.

There's a good chance it's the same formulation. There is one potential problem though.. you may need to steep it for 2 years to get the same vape you're loving now :D

MAple Wild Wood was very pleasant, but in no way did the maple even hint at the explosion of goodness their caramel once had. It was the most disappointing juice I ever tried for that reason alone...until...

Count Caramel by RBFS. I gave this stuff a week. Bland as bland. Almost musty. No trace of caramel. A decent enough light flavored NET, but I resent this juice deeply.

a year or two ago this guy named Mann, lol, sent me some Count Caramel he had on hand for a while. This older bottle was rich in caramel flavor! Goes to show you even RBFS can vary in taste. Maybe the flavor takes a LONG steeping Uncle BJ.

Hmmnn.... Didn't consider mixing them. Singularly they have a lot going on and tend to be a bit flowery.

Very good together. I had been wanting to try this exact mix for quite some time, so when I saw your post, I just had to get in on it. And it was totally random that I was here at that exact moment. Right when I decided I was back to vaping NETs you made your post. One thing I have is good timing.

I also found Count Caramel to be rich in caramel goodness. I was surprised Brian found a pipe tobacco to extract with such a great caramel flavor without needing to add any extra ingredients.

I wish BJ liked it as much as me. I preferred it to Caramel Wild Wood which I also loved. I'm no longer surprised when someone experiences a juice drastically different than me though. Different set-ups, different batches, different expectations, yadda yadda. So many variables, it's a given people will taste juices differently, often drastically.

Hell, I've tasted the same juice in the same set-up drastically different from one day to the next lol.

In non-NET news I received my ITCVapes order that was placed Monday evening. They be quick. I ordered several 15ml bottles except the artibacco Dirty Dutchman I got in 30ml as it came highly recommended by Jeff (he still around?). They upgraded my Puddin #9 to 30ml, mighty kind of them. Hope I like the juice, a $5 gift card was included as part of the Labor Day sale.

I finally finished my first bottle of NET (RBFS Poet & Scholar, 6mg). I did enjoy it. I just opened the 2nd one (KilleRY4, 18mg)

Had to drop the power down on the 18mg to limit the nic singing the nose hairs...

I think I'm gonna be quite into this NET thing.

@boomerdude I've also got some Nic, PG and VG that I've not done much with. Would you be willing to send a NET NOOB a sample assortment of your well regarded extracts. I'm quite willing to shell out for hardware and shipping.

I'll probably pop open the Drunken Pirate's Sweet Tooth next after reading reports of the flavor fading fast on that one.

I found the P&S would develop a slight bitter undertone as I got to the bottom of the tank but have not had this experience with the RY4. Normal?

Thanks.

It is crazy how different everyone's taste is...
I ordered a few bottles of SJP, and they sent me a couple of small bottles of Count Caramel too. I tried the SJP, and kinda think it's meh, but I LOVE CC. I don't taste even a smidge of caramel, but there's something about it (almost--sorta--perfumey?? but in a good way) that I just can't get enough of. It's honestly one of my very favorite juices ever. But I am not a fan of caramel (which is why I didn't bother ordering it in the first place) and would certainly have resentful feelings if that's what I was going for. That being said, if anyone has some 6mg CC they want to swap for some SJP, feel free to PM me.
Vaping Excalibur right now. Not even a month old, but I just can't help myself.

Dirty coil maybe? NETs gunk quickly.

If you're not wild about Pirate's, give it a few sessions before deciding. I found it meh for weeks before loving it.
