I use an IGO-W for tasting testing new batches and flavors on a daily basis.....it's same single air hole IGO-W purchased when I discovered drippers years ago; wish I had a couple more, but I can't find the single hole version sold anywhere today.
I took a toothpick, jammed it in one hole, and snapped it off. Instant one-hole dripper.

I've extracted/filtered three of ones I got from P&C with about 12 more still getting ready:

1. Peter Stokkebye Black Coffee
2. Peter Stokkeby Black Cavendish Cherry
3. Hearth and Home Louisiana Red

The Black Cavendish Cherry was sorta meh. O.k. but, lacking in cherry. I've be slowly adding Black Cherry extract to see what happens.

The Black Coffee and Louisiana Red are wonderful and full and rich and will surely get better with time.

All three of these had about a seven week soak in PG before three step filtering. Clean enough on the coils to not be irritating.
Thanks for your list checkum. I'll check those out.

Fasttech uses DHL Smartpost for orders with batteries in them. Still free and I always include some little thing with a battery as this method is much quicker, even faster than epacket. Got one in five days, that's a record for me.

Another thing FT is good for is eliquid. You can get 100ml bottles of DeKang or Hangsen flavors like DK Tobacco for $12. Not a bad deal.

Oh ! Liquidator. This is a job with a good future for you, not for the other australiens. From time to time anybody needs one. A few hours ago i have tasted the legendary rum rebellion. I think Clay has drunk all the rum, i could not taste it. Perhaps i need some ice cubes and have to drink it too.

When I first tried rum rebellion I thought the same too. I was expecting a warming stormy dark rum infusion. After some time I realized that the rum that was used was most likely a white Carribean style rum which is less complex and flavorsome than the dark stormy type of rums I am used to in Australia, namely Bundaberg rum.

However, I like it all the same. The rum and the tobacco are in good harmony and blend as one flavour almost. If you know what the rum tastes like you will identify it right away in the juice. It's there right in the front.

I am using my aspire nautilus mini with bvc coils. I am vaping at 4,5 volts with for example excalibur. The colour of the juice becomes darker and darker during vaping. Is this normal ?

It becomes darker and darker during vaping over weeks or over one session of vaping? If it is during the course of weeks it is due to the juice steeping, if it happens during the course of one vaping session that is probably the tar and carbon monoxide in your lungs being exhaled down the tank and into the juice ;)

Thanks. Than i have to put under 2 ml in the nautilus mini or i have to vape with my aspire k1, but the k1 i can not vape at 5 volts and than i have not enough smoke. In the k1 i havent seen the dark colour. Perhaps because i use it at 3,7 - 4,2 volts only. Both have bvc coils.

Cleaning coils is a little bit unsolved problem of me. I have tried dish washer tablet and at the moment baking powder with apple vinegar. Both results are just okay, but not like a new coil. Is vodka or ethanol better ?

That is where rebuilding your own coils on a RDA becomes a very useful ability for NET vapers. After 2-3 mls, you can remove the cotton, dry burn the coil and start again. It will save you plenty of money and the flavor is so much better on RDAs. You can taste the nuances and complexity in the juice more than you would in a tank (though having said that, aspire nautilus has wonderful flavor).

I use vodka for cleaning coils. I let the gunky coils build
Up and soak them together so I am not wasting too much vodka. I rinse the coils and then soak for 24 hours. I let them dry for 48 hours. Drying is an essential part of cleaning coils in any liquid. If you don't let them dry enough they will be waterlogged and won't perform.

However, I find coils are never quite as good after cleaning as they were brand new. Learning how to rebuild your own coils in an RDA (rebuildable dripping atomizer) will give you less incentive to clean or even use tanked based cool systems. I only use tank based systems for when I am at work because RDAs are too inconvenient for portability.

Try a simple RDA with 24 gauge kanthal. There are plenty of YouTube video tutorials that will guide you with rebuilding your own coils.

Learning how to rebuild your own coils is almost a necessary part of being a NET vaper. It gets the most out of the juices and helps to save money on coils.

I eventually had to add a bit of INW Rum to the mix; wondering "why's the rum gone?", myself.

Perhaps i have to steep it a little bit. I know only barcardi rum with cocoa cola in my youth. I dont often drink alkohol and I am beer drinker, hicks.

In the moment i am trying the hot ethanol extraction. In a few weeks i can taste 30 home made juices. Its very funny to do this. But you are right, it takes a lot of time, especially if you dont only make one extract. I have bought cigars yesterday to have all the flavours to be in heaven. Some virginia, orient and other tobacco juices are ready to steep now. In this moment I am vaping one that have only steeped 2 days, its Dark Virgina Flake from John Aylesburry. Its very good, the extraction with ethanol was very successfull. I love it. I am thinking about, how it must taste in 2 week or a month. Its the same quality as from Clay. I have not thougth that it becomes sooo good ! I am feeling like a real champ.

Now i am searching the best fire curred tobacco. I like the smoked latakia from Clay very much. The roasting notes are very good. I want this notes in my own juices.

Yes, its a problem with my ready to go coils. Aspire K1 with bvc coil. 1-2 day and than i put them in ethanol. But its not the same thing as new coils. I didnt wanted to hear something about RDA because its work, but i think i have to change to them. I will try RDA.

What RDA is good and easy to build ? I dont want to read 100 threads or youtube vids. Can you tell me some ?

Clay the carbon rum thief ! The name is cool. I have thought about, what carbon is referring to. Clay has written to me a few week ago that its a song from a band called modest mouse.

I have never hear something from modest mouse. Are they famous in the usa ?

Guys,

For those of you who have experience with NET.com, what is their normal shipping time? I ordered 2 sample packs and two of the liquids that were recommended here, so no custom work, IMO.
Ordered 4 days ago and no shipping notification yet. Not really such a big deal, but I'm running out of my BN notebook samples and I wanted to compare side by side.

Main difference will be, needing to change your wick more often with NET.com liquids. Taste wise, they are horses of different colors, as well. I love both vendors, but for my money, the earthy quality of NET.com liquid is where it's at, for me. BN is super refined and you can go through 30ml before you have to change wicks or dry burn your coil; flavorful liquid, no doubt. But, I like a juice that's a bit rough around the edges.....thus, I favor NET.com. or lesser refined NET liquids.

Ship time for NET.com.... For me it was about a week or so.

I don't even clean um. Pull and pitch. I build them and wick them a couple dozen at a time. I'm good for a few weeks then. Plus, the safety of dry burning is somewhat in doubt.

Thank you! Another great response. As far as refinement, that's exactly how I imagined things... Hope I like NET.
