Might have been a mixing mistake, I haven't heard anyone mentioned VWW having less TH. I can't imagine adding a flavoring to 12mg base would make the TH disappear.
I had previously had Vurley and I just don't care for A+ Burley base (although it wasn't a TH issue). A+ and I had a discussion and I was informed that the vanillas (and tobacco bases?-that's another story) used are different and we touched on TH. As TH is a major issue for me, I ordered Vechio and VWW with the specific intent of comparison. This intent was stated in the comments when I ordered. I'd be very disappointed if A+ made a mixing mistake. I guess it is possible, but A+ isn't known as a sloppy vendor.
I always order juice at 12mg and at high VG and it has been my experience that between vendors and within vendors TH can vary greatly depending on flavoring.
I appreciate your view that the nic concentrates used can have different TH kicks, but if, as you say TH is solely a result of nic, is it your contention that some nic concentrate vendors are labeling a concentrate as 6mg when it actually contains 14mg? It seems more likely to me that it is some difference in the carrier used than in the nic level.
Hmmm..
Although on the fence, I like it way better than VB.

Which reminds me, I gotta take the car in for an oil change.
Edit: wrote PG and meant VG--corrected.
