Because my five REO bottom feeders all have standard high-profile REO drip wells that accept only rebuildable atomizers with an outer diameter no greater than 14mm, I've standardized all my bottom feeders---REOs, Phids, VapageMods, etc.---on small-chambered mini-rebuildables, mainly YK1 Mini dripping atties, which are dirt-cheap Chinese clones of the much-pricier Cyclone RBA. I have nine of those, all modified to be bottom-fed, that vape like champs. As a result, I've managed to miss (or at least not be seduced by) the explosion of increasingly sophisticated 22mm diameter rebuildable atties that have flooded the market.
Heck, I don't even know what a Veritas is or how it works. As I've posted recently, my refinement with building coils extends no further than boring 5/64" 1.0-2.0 ohm single micro-coils with KGD or Rayon wicks. Can something be called "old school" that didn't even exist two years ago?. Seems like complicated monster RBAs now comprise about half the posts on the most popular Daily Deals site (you know, the one I can't mention here because it's at war with ECF). I don't even click on the links to check them out. LOL.
I keep one VAMO topped by a standard 2.2 ohm Joyetech 510 atty always at the ready, dedicated to testing new juices. It's so convenient---just blow it out, and it's ready to try a different juice. Drip-drip-drip, vape-vape-vape, drip-drip-drip. As Mr.Mann will no doubt agree, I still have deep respect for that now-ancient hardware, and---despite how great RDAs/RBAs/RTAs can be---I continue to enjoy vaping from such a simple system.
And, as many here have asserted time and again, despite the proliferation of high-end tanks, dripping is still a fantastic way to bring out all the flavor from NETs.
