First pass at Real Extracts with their Cowboy offering.

The good part: reminiscent of NETcom's NS Brown but brighter (probably a touch more Burley there) and a bit more flavorful.

The hrm part: 1$/ml for a plastic squeeze bottle/plastic needle tip presentation. Granted I got this on their recent sale, but..well..above-premium retail for a good, but not premium NET.

I know what you mean Jerms. Being overwhelmed with juice and still I go and order some Hump Back, Our Why Quartro and Enigma. Figured with the lower prices I'd try the Quick Nic offerings I've not had before. This keeps happening, despite my promise not to buy commercial juices. I wonder what September sales I'll be tempted to buy?

Hump Back is a solid Turkish vape.

Man this Magma rocks! Put her on a DNA30 with an 0.8 ohm single microcoil and cotton. This is really bringing out some new high notes of American Spirit Perique. I do believe I can taste two different Virginia's. No Burley taste at all and the Perique is dialed down a notch. Next up is NET.com's Balkan that I got from Dusty. I think I'll vape it on the new Veritas.

Think I'll be ordering that Magma very soon.

Hope you get the Veritas working well. May take some tinkering, but a great vape is possible. Enjoying St. James Parish from it right now.

Still need to build my Mephisto. I built it once, right when I got it... forgot to wash it first. Nasty! Took out the coil and gave it a good soak and brush.

Let it steep for 2-3 weeks, giving it an occasional vigorous shake. Right out of the mail, it reminded me of a good NETcom or GeJ, but after a couple-week nap, it was singing a whole different melodic tune. Did you try the Turkish?

My recent Real Extracts order arrived in the usual record 2 days coast-to-coast. They threw in a free 10ml sample of "DK Burley and Perique" concentrate. I didn't see that one on their site, so maybe it's a beta, but looking forward to mixing and trying it.

Will do on the steep. I haven't tried the Turkish yet - I was saving that for last (I bought Cowboy, English, and Turkish).

I've extracted an English blend that I like more than London; Milan Centenary. Help me figure out a blend to approximate Louisville and I'll share it generously!:D

Tonight I'm vaping Missouri Meerschaum Country Gentleman. " This blend features a mixture of premium bright and red Virginias, which is enriched with Perique, and a small amount of dark-fired Kentucky for body." Very nice blend, basically a Va/Per with a little more base and some smokiness.

Your Centenary is just plain great Johni! When I can put that down I love to mix your Danish Burley with Louisiana Red. Now there is another fine mix! Missouri Meerschaum Country Gentleman sounds interesting. I, for some reason, like the name......

Danish Burley and Louisiana Red mixed? Hummmm, I have some of johni's Danish Burley (good stuff) and once I filter my Louisiana Red today I will have that too. Mad scientist comes to play! Or master chef? Also my Burley Kake gets filtered today and I have some Nature's Flavors caramel, caramel cream and bavarian cream on the way to try Bill's RY4 recipe. I find after a day with all these NETs my fave synthetic RY4s just taste funny. Our whY Qua4tro (?) Will be delivered today or tomorrow.. :)

Ah...well, I guess taste is subjective after all...Steamroller was in my first round of home extractions, and I have to say that I like it - quite a bit actually. I can see, though, how the Cavendish in the mix may not appeal to some, but to my taste it is quite nice. Maybe it's because of the Latakia, but I keep finding myself going back to this NET again and again. Perhaps it will move to the back of the liquid shelf after I get my next round of extractions going, as I have ordered a few more Latakia-heavy blends from Pipes & Cigars. But for now, I am enjoying it...

I must have odd ball taste buds my favorite net is heat assisted Captain BlacCavendish Dark @20%. It will work in a KLF for a couple days and tastes amazing but is best suited for a dripper. I think its the most Cavendish Cavendish you can get.

BTW does anyone know if net.com is shipping new orders, I want to try their black Cavendish.?

I was finishing off my tank of Sangria from last night. Man that juice has done some flipping. The burley has jumped up and come pounding out of the background. It is still a great juice, but it has taken a twist I didn't expect...

MFT's Milan Black Gold still isn't really ringing my bell. The muddle is backing off and some clarity is coming in. I'm getting the Maduro cavendish, the light chocolate casing, and vanilla casing. The tobaccos just seem to lack any real body. It just hasn't hit the stature of other blends. I've got about .5oz of this tobacco. I would seriously consider trading it for a homemade net juice.

I'm guessing the Sangria's flavor has changed since the extract had aged since late May or early June. I had the same reaction to Black Gold, I'm steeping it Vita Bella style, ~5 months, re-test in December.

They sent me a freebie, Fire in the Hole. These A tier vendors are good people from CS to fast shipping. I think all of them have sent me freebies at one time or another. GeJ has my orders packed and ready to ship before I place the order. W2V sent me free atty freshener and a sample of Pure Smoke. Ahl, MOV and Qnc have all been great.

As far as Hump Back goes, I think a little more steeping is in order. Our Why Four Quatro is meh to me only because I'm spoiled as far as RY4's go. Enigma is a pleasant change from the heavy tobacco vapes that are my usual's. Fire in the Hole and Proudest Monkey I haven't tried yet. Very Cool of Qnc to offer $4 10 mls. Gave me a chance to try five I hadn't gotten around to.

I got an Origen and I'm waiting on a Plume Veil. The Magma is shining a new light on the three vapes I've tried in it so far.

I think some have gotten their orders (not sure) but I'm still waiting on my order from 8/11. They did send an email explaining they had problems with software and my order did not enter into the system at the PO. It also said that it would be shipped out 1 day priority when shipped it to make up for the mistake. However, it is sitting in the system telling me it shipped since that day and I have not heard back if and when they will ship it. Sent an email last night and am waiting for a reply. Was my first order with them and staying optimistic; kinda think my pessimistic side led me to all this grey hair I've been finding on my head lately so trying to avoid it. Really hope it was just a software problem and everything will be fine.

Sounds like you need to cancel those Origen and Plume Veil orders and get a couple more Magmas, like I did. :)

I'm sure you remember so this isn't meant to be directed at you, but a bit back (maybe a year ago?) QnJ sent out a bunch of their newest NETs at the time for free for a name the juice contest to win more free juice. The Fire Cured (now Fire in the Hole) and Turkish (Hump Back) were my favorites. I was actually very impressed by both. It was a pretty sweet offer by them and a very fun contest. QnJ gets top props in my book, 1st class all the way.

Update: received a reply from Clay and my order shipped out last night. It was an unexpected problem with labeling which has been worked out. Was real happy with the quick response to my email. Now the stalking the mail box game begins

My order, placed and confirmed on 8/15 is still showing as "processing". On their main page they state that all orders will be shipped within 72 hours of receipt, but if they aren't customers will be notified of the reason and an estimated shipping time within the said 72 hours. I have not been notified of anything as of yet, which is seven days later.

I received my package. no freebie, but 8 x 10ml for thirty bucks, i'm not complaining. I don't really drip, so won't be filling a tank for a while.
