All right, all right, stop already! Actually, you folks can keep up the uber-lovefest for the Magma rda as long and as much as you like. That's your ECF-given right. It's me who has to be stopped. Sometimes I'm too easily seduced by my comrades, especially when you're all seemingly in unanimous agreement about whatever vaping toy is the greatest thing since sliced bread. Doesn't happen often, but when it does, I'm toast. A goner.

This morning I gave in (sigh) and ordered the 1:1 Magma clone with brass airflow ring from fasttech. 16 bucks with upgraded shipping. As if I need more gear...

Blame away... our shoulders are wide :D .... Of course, I'm also good at shifting blame ... "You say you didn't order the Infinite clone of the Magma? Aah Haa ..."

I decided to go the FT route too with the Magma so I'll be ordering it soon along with some mechs. We can both blame everyone here if we hate it lol.

Speaking of blame, while we are on that subject.... I've got a Mephisto clone from 101Vape coming in... thank you Jerms... :D

I'll get to see my order about Thurs at the latest according to USPS... good luck on the FT orders :)

Mazinny,

If the Magma doesn't work out for me (for any of a hundred reasons), I won't blame anyone here, although your posting that is a good joke. No, if the Magma doesn't fly for me, it won't be the first 16 bucks I've blown (by a long shot) on questionable vaping toys, nor the last, quite probably. It'll be just one more in a long line of examples---as if I need more---that I too am vulnerable to the hypnosis of the Consumer Propaganda Hologram that massages us constantly with the hollow promise of achieving true happiness by buying stuff. LOL.

On the other hand, maybe I'll really dig the Magma, in which case having bought it for a relatively small amount of coin really will contribute to my happiness.

That was me, not Mazinny :)

I'm also thinking.. if we don't like it, blame others, but.. If we love it, credit our own wisdom for buying it

PanMag or bust! Panzer with Magma looks and works amazing!!

That's probably one of the mechs I'll get! I've been planning on a Panzer clone since they came out.

I think you'll dig the Mephisto, it's almost a no-brainer at that price for what you'll get.

It's been a while since I've ordered from FT, but the shipping time hasn't ever been an issue for me. Usually just a couple weeks using e-packet. When I want a new toy now though, I'm glad there's some great US options at near China prices.

From what I've read, that is the Infinite Magma at FT. Technically, the manufacturer is SKX, which supplies this Magma to Infinite (like HCigar, Infinite isn't an actual manufacturer, they are both suppliers).

GoodeJuice' Organic Tobacco is currently my favorite tobacco blend. Just so delicious. Problem is, i am not experienced enough to tell what's in it. Does anyone know ? Much appreciated.

Their Analog and Wrangler Light leave an unusual taste/aroma on the exhale that i don't really like. I think it's supposed to be the Marlboro Light taste or something, but it doesn't quite capture it. Does anyone know what i am referring to, and if yes, is this a particular tobacco that does this ?

I haven't had Analog yet, but Wrangler Light has a chocolate note. Marbs have a chocolate note, so it's fitting in that vape which is going for a Marb Light experience. I think I read someone reporting an ethyl maltol sweetness to Analog, not sure though.

Organic.. no idea the tobacco, just that I really love that juice too.

I was surprised this morning when I got a call from Clay at N-E-T.com...

In fact, he called early at a time I was trying to catch up on sleep caused by a headache I had about 6am, when I saw the unknown area code and number... I went back to bed instead of answering it. After I woke up this afternoon, I looked at the voicemail and saw it was from Clay. I immediately got a cup of coffee down me and returned his call. We had a really nice long ( 80 minutes ) chat about several things including things he had done to help avoid issues that we've all seen reports of. I'll summarize some of it but without going into details.

Previously, he was probably performing about 70% of the duties himself without a backup of any kind. When all of the troubles that were already mentioned as well as several that haven't been... there was simply no one else there that could fill his duties for them. He only mentioned the issues that happened to him personally after I asked about something ( the computer issues he had )... he didn't really want to focus the talk on those and he wasn't looking for sympathy for them... they just were what they were.

BJ mentioned already that he now has additional staff... One of which is Chelsae whom is a business major I gather from the sound of it... he said she has already been a big help business-wise. As I mentioned, he also now has help with mixing and the other duties he was previously performing by himself. He is currently still working through the backlog, most of which are emails that remain unanswered. I acknowledged the issue with the communications but I didn't press him on it... so my previous post about that and my concerns... will be it for now.

We mainly discussed the e-liquids and he touched on several of his plans and ideas for new ones. We got a bit of a chuckle out of my own issue with Latakia and the fact that out of the 5 samples ( 3 beta's and 2 regular samples ) he sent only one didn't have Latakia in it. I mentioned that Diane at MVJ also had sent me a free sample... it also contain Latakia... it must have been karma.

Still... I guess he felt guilt about the Latakia even though he wasn't at fault for not knowing my issue with it... he's going to send me another couple more beta's to try... one is one of the RY4 beta's like he sent BJ ( whom got two different versions ) and another burley hybrid that he wanted an opinion on.

He is excited about getting things all straightened out and working smoothly again. He's got several new ideas for products that I think will be well received as well. He was also very appreciative of what support and understanding that he has heard about here from several of us on the forums and on facebook. It sounds like he has a ton of back emails, pm's and the like to still work though so he can move on.

Overall.. I really enjoyed the chat with him. I also believe he has a good chance at turning things around and it's my opinion that he is very sincere about it. I think it's still only practical to only believe it once I see it... despite my own optimism that it will work out for him and all of us that like his e-liquids.

Since a lot of you are flavor fiends (as opposed to cloud chasers), I highly recommend giving the NeoVapeTek Venturi RDA a look. It has a unique, leak-proof design that was made with flavor vapers in mind. It's pretty excellent and I'm loving it for NETs.

Looks good. Did I miss what they are priced at?!

I believe retail is $140, but I've seen a few stores sell it for $130. It's certainly expensive, but it's an original design and comes with three caps.

Ouch! Even though I like the Kayfun meets Drip-shield design, I would be hard pressed to drop close to $150+ Canadian on a RBA that I've not tested first.

Thanks for sharing, Raymond. This definitely seems like the logical direction for RBA's to take. Maximum flavour with minimal risk of leakage.

The only flaw that I can see is again a reflection back to the drip-shield days. It was easy to flood the old 901's and the first few hits were usually gurgly because you were essentially drawing juice trapped by the dripshield back in through the air holes at the base of the 901's.

Saw your interview earlier today. He had me at 'designed for flavor chasing'. I like that guys philosophy of not making the customer pay for design flaws. I dig the concept of the Venturi and look forward to your review. And finally, between me and me and these four walls, I look forward to the future clone :D

I'll be looking for your review. I don't see how in the world you adjust the air flow.

That wasn't a flaw in the 901+drip shield combo, that was just you overdripping :p

I loved drip shields, even used them for 510s. Only needed one, but I had a few because I really liked the looks of the different EmpireMods shields.

Since last night I've been sampling my 10 new juices from Ahl and QnJ before putting them into storage. It's all been desserts, just have the 2 NETs to get to tonight. I wanted to comment on the QnJ order now though..

I'm very happy with this company right now. The $4 per 10ml sale was great, and I really appreciate that the shipping charged was even less than what I pay to send a couple bottles to someone. The bottles used are the PET bottles I personally love and reuse over and over. The labels are very impressive, especially the ones used for the premium line.

Most importantly of course is the flavor, and I'm very impressed by the 3 desserts I've tried even at their before steeped stage. I imagine they'll also improve greatly like most mixed to order juices. Enigma didn't wow me, but I did find it very vapable; and I can see some possibilities after steeping and getting into it. The other two though have wowed me right away. The first is Klone Wars, which I guess is suppose to be a clone of Mother's Milk. I've never had MM, and don't know how this compares to that or other strawberry milky/custard flavors, but I find Klone Wars quite delicious. Definate cheesecake or strawberry cream cheese vibe. Just a great overall flavor and mouthfeel. Graham Central is like graham cracker crust with some cinnamon, and is also very tasty. I don't have experience with "gourmet" dessert vapes, but these two seem very gourmet to me without the gourmet price tag.

The NETs are next and I'm expecting to dig them. I'll of course go into more details with those as they're on topic. Just overall very happy with my QnJ experience; A tier vendor indeed.

Likewise. Raymond, thanks - good interview. I have to agree with Dusty, though. I'm going to have to see the Venturi reviewed, first, before I'd consider it. It'll have to have a compelling advantage over the Veritas, Origen, and others in a similar price range.

Loved them too and yes, I tended to occasionally forget that I had dripped and double dripped. I still have around 1/2 dozen or so, even though I don't use 510's or 901's anymore.

I even used them on my Reo Grand with a passthrough 510 or 901 connector. Another flashback to a bygone era in vaping. :)

I even used them over a carto on an eGo. Totally unnecessary, but I liked the bling. I'm hoping some day I'll find a reason to use them again lol. I liked the hex cut ones.

Hey folks, been a while since I've posted in this thread. A good friend of mine is a 30 year cigar smoker (all day every day kind of cigar smoker). He's seen me vaping for a year and has been curious but not ready to pull the trigger. He's ready now and I couldn't be happier for him. I've been concerned because he's in his late 50's now and wear and tear from smoking is showing.

I need to keep his first gear purchase simple. Twists or itaste vv + protank 2's or 3's (minis). I love a good NET but many are tough on coils. I need to keep it simple and my buddy only wants tobaccos flavors to start. I think a couple of good NETs will get him on track. I need some recommendations for cigar type NETs that won't kill a disposable coil too quickly. Doesn't even have to be a pure net as long as the flavor is similar to cigars. I never really got into the cigar type flavor profile so I'm not sure the best way to go.

Thanks!
