moO#1? OK, I get part of that. "O#1" stands for GoodEJuice Organic #1. But what does "mo" mean? Another cipher from the Land of Arcane Acronyms?

So glad you asked that as I figured I just missed it when reading the current thread or when catching up on the last one. Was too proud to ask

Haha yes, it's what will further be referred to as a C-LoAA. ;)

A bit ago it was brought up that sometimes O#1 was an amber color when received and other times a dark motor oil color. Mine came dark as motor oil, hence moO#1. I like that acronym mainly because it's udderly ridiculous (cow pun).

Ah-ha! Motor Oil Organic #1. Cool.

(My two-year-old bottle of Organic #1 was---and still is (what's left, anyway)---amber.)

For whatever reason, the color of Organic #1 has been quite different depending on the batch. Mine came fresh much, much darker than any GeJ NET I've ordered, with a red tint that can be seen when held up to light, much like extremely aged Vita Bella.

Jeff has received both the amber and motor oil versions, and reported the flavor was about the same, and as dark as it is it's not a bad gunker, so purely aesthetics.

Can I ask for suggestions as to what to try next?
Ether Vapes was my introduction to NETs. The flavors of theirs that I like are:

Eclipse: Eclipse

Dark Skyes: Dark Skyes

Midnite Lite: Midnite Lite

Pure Burley: Pure Burley

Confederate: Confederate

I also tried RBFS Porch Rocker: Porch Rocker 15ML
which I didn't like at first but, I kept coming back to it over weeks and one day it had "opened up" and knocked me out.

I'm finding I like the darker, deeper, more layered flavors. From reading their descriptions it seems that Black Cavendish, Perique and Burley are flavors I should look for.

I was going to get RBFS St. James Parish after reading reviews in this thread and wanted to try some from other manufacturers that are noted on the first page.

A little steering in the right direction will be most appreciated.

Muchas Gracias!

67TELE, you will find that steeping RBFS for at least 3 weeks greatly improves their e-liquid a great deal. I had the same experience as you.
To make sure try dripping a few drops every 7-10 days to find your sweet spot. ;)

If your looking for more highly rated pipe tobaccos, I'd suggest sampling lines from GoodeJuice, NETcom, RBFS, or MountainOakVapors next.

Do you want any flavored tobaccos? If so, list what your interested in as far as coffee, vanilla, fruit, rum, etc.

I have GoodeJuice's Perique waiting to be ready. I'm o.k. with vanilla and maybe coffee and maybe peach. I tried Ether's Red Dawn which has rasberries. It was o.k. as a morning vape but, I won't be quick to add it again.

I've been eyeing the different pipe tobaccos from NET, MOV and a couple others that were recommended.

And checkum-I'm learning about patience and waiting. I figured if I got some now it'd be ready by Thanksgiving...hehe.

Thanks jerms I'll limit the search to pipe tobaccos for now.

Headed out for a big plate of cheese enchiladas...

Having ordered from both EV and NETcom myself the one thing that will be noticeably different is that EV ships very quickly compared to NETcom. I have ordered a few liquids from GeJ, none from MOV and a couple from RBFS out of curiosity. My personal preference is NETcom because of the huge selection and customizations not to say the liquids are very good so I have learned to be patient. I also like that Clay categorizes his liquids such as cigars, pipes, cigarette-like, etc. There is one thing you need to be aware of in case you have not noticed it and that is at the current time NETcom is not taking credit cards through the website (this is stated on the website however some people may not read down far enough to see this) . Depending on the individual this may be viewed as an inconvenience. For myself I just stick a check in the mail and move on.

You could try MVJ's Drew Estate Toasted Black Cavendish, Captain Black Dark, CAO Black or Borkum Riff Black Cavendish for something like Eclipse. Her Hearth & Home LJ Heart Burley may also be worth a look. The The Sutliff Private Stock Spinnaker is a combination of Burley and black Cavendish.

She has a long list of vapes that you might like.

That's what I'm running into Mike, so many choices. I see a bunch from several vendors I want to get. MVJ is one I'm leaning towards along with RBFS Perique for starters.
Thanks!

NET along with MVJ are two I'll get some from. the catagorization also helps not only with flavor but how they got that flavor. I do really like the speed of EV's shipping and it's also great that Vash participates in EV's thread and seems to listen to his customers. And also for the tip about credit cards. That saves me a little frustration of filling up and then...rats!

Thanks y'all!

You can give the credit card info over the phone. I have found that if you are in phone contact, the orders come sooner. My first order ( credit card application on site and no telephone follow-up ) took 12 days from order to arrival. Second order ( online order placed, and phone call with cc info ) took eight days.

I must agree with everyone here re the quality as well. I have tried 21 different liquids ( 13 bottles ordered and 8 free samples ) and not one i didn't like.

Organic Tobacco #1 by www.goodejuice.com

The Juice: Organic Tobacco #1 (O#1) is described on the site as "an all Natural Flavor made from authentic Organic Tobacco Leaves. It has a very subtle sweetness and a rich Tobacco flavor with nothing else in the way".

The Hardware: Mechanical mod topped by an Ehpro Atomic with 1ohm micro coil of 28ga Kanthal, wicked with CelluCotton rayon..

Ratings are from 1-5 depending on where a juice falls in an attributes spectrum. Only the last rating, "overall", is based on 5 being the best. (For sweetness 1 equals very dry and 5 equals very sweet. For tobacco impact 1 equals very mild tobacco and 5 equals very aggressive and/or complex.)

Sweetness: 3. O#1 has quite a noticeable sweetness that's striking, not on it's impact, but the flavor of the sweet. The layer of sweetness has a flavor wholly unique to this NET. It's a taste that has me scratching my head wondering "what ingredients were used to case this tobacco"? Vanilla? Chocolate? Anise? Clove? It's sort of chocolatey with a spun sugar vibe, but it's mainly indescribable for me. It's kind of a fun mystery. Some just won't click well with the flavor, and some like me will love it.

Tobacco Impact: 3.5. O#1 is a pipe blend consisting of flue cured Virginia, air cured Burley, and fire cured burley. It plays purely like a pipe tobacco for me, no cigarette or cigar vibe, though a uniquely blended pipe. It's a rich tobacco that's with a medium impact that's quite complex. It has darker bassy notes and some brighter grassy notes. What really brings it together is a smokey note from the fire cured leaves that mingles with the sweetness to provide a very pleasing experience.

Vapability: 5. Very easy to pick up, very easy to stick with. The overall flavor grabs me right away and the complexity keeps me interested.

Flavor Accuracy: 2. The description on the GoodeJuice site, and the name of this NET, doesn't really give much of an idea what to expect. Personally I don't really care, but I certainly would have went in a different direction for a name and description.

Overall: 4.5. GoodeJuice has some macerated NETs with a flavor that's original and unique while also being immediately pleasing, and this is one of them. Being unique can result in a wide range of opinions on a juice. Because of that, I consider Organic Tobacco #1 to be a must try for NET aficionados since you just may love it. Go small though, because you may also wonder what the hell I see in this lol. For me doesn't quite reach the magical heights of their Patriot and Vita Bella NETs, but it comes darn close.

Excellent review. I agree with almost everything you wrote except i like it even more than Patriot and Vita Bella. Not only my favorite juice from GeJ, but one of my favorite juices i have ever tried from any vendor. If someone forced me to chose one juice to vape for the next year exclusively, this would be a serious contender.

One question though, did you pick up the different tobacco constituents by vaping it for an extended period, or did you find out somehow ? I asked this thread a while ago, and someone ( was it you ? ) responded that although they love it, they don't know what tobacco's are used.

I can just about tell the different tobacco's apart if they are a single varietal, but blends, not even close yet :(

That info was provided my the maker, Nick, in one of his threads. I guarantee I wouldn't have been able to pick out the exact leaves myself lol.

Nick's pretty open about his products when asked, which is always appreciated.

Vaping Seattle Pipe Club Mississippi River, extracted by boomer, tonight. Mississippi River is a blend of red and stoved Virginias, Latakia, and Perique. The Virginias are the star of the show with Latakia and Perique playing a lesser roll. This blend provides a lovely sweetness with hints of fruit, is substantially milder than most English blends, and could easily be enjoyed all day. Boomer did a great extraction of an excellent, very popular blend and I highly recommend this extract for anyone that enjoys Virginias and/or English blends.
