I never got any recognizable tobacco flavor from any of the other ACID extractions I tried as well; including my original bottle of DWiT. I do get it on this one though and it kinda surprised me, in a good way. I first noticed it in a nautilus tank as I had a lot of traveling for work and did not want to drip; DWiT is pretty good on coils so I use it in these instances. I tried it again on the Origen when I got home to make sure I really tasted it. Yep, it was there again. Like I said, it was a nice surprise.
Cool. Brian had mentioned to me before about making some changes to his cigar extraction methods. Wonder if the new technique is used now making DWiT taste different to you. I'll have to pick up a bottle.

Brown Bomber, Naturally Extracted Monkey Poo (NEMP...) Really!
I know it was discussed in the past here, (maybe the original thread?) but just in case anyone is curious...
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...211-dirty-monkey-vapeworks-open-business.html
Most definitely a unique extraction!
His Blonde Bomber is making waves as well.

NEMP took second place in the cigar category of the NETty Awards last year. Couple people disliked it, and a few of us really dug it.

I'm a new NET user. My question is, have you all had any negative reactions from people about the aroma of these liquids? I went down to my favorite watering hole w/ the wife today to watch the Packers/Cowboys game. In Michigan we're still allowed to vape in bars (but no smoking) and the owner has no problem w/ it. Anyway, the bartender asked me what I was vaping today because it smelled like regular tobacco. I'm vaping on Drew Estate Heirloom Cherry. She didn't like it, she said she liked my other ones which were RY4's and Copperhead.

Do you get negative reactions to your NET vapor? My wife doesn't mind it so at least my home is safe I guess.
I've never had any complaints about the scent of NETs. Some synthetic tobaccos like Halo or anything with honey can give off an offensive odor.

How did I miss that?!? I saw that Brown Bomber got 4th place on the ECF Awards... only 9 votes though.

How is RBFS on coils/wicks? Not that it would skewer my decision in picking up bottles, just out of curiosity.

My experience has been better than average longevity. A couple of the newer, sweeter ones like Admiral's Pipe and Count Caramel have been a touch gunkier, similar as GeJ, so still not bad at all.

Those nine votes were probably because BBMP was only available for a short time, initially. I found it to be a completely different animal in a Kayfun as opposed to an EVOD or the like. I purchased a bottle and somehow won a second bottle in a contest. I started off with an EVOD and Pro II's and I was not impressed in the least. Decided to give the second bottle away, at least I was thinking of it. If I remember correctly Jerms had dibs if I deep-sixed it. Got a new Kayfun and christened it with the last few mls from the first bottle. Big difference. It wasn't Uncle BJ's but it was good. Jerms lost out. Sorry Jerms. I vaped the whole second bottle in about a week.

Only the Latakia based mixes. Some people don't like that camp fire smell. I have actually gotten a few compliments on the DE Cherry and CAO Black from MVJ. I got more complaints about the smell of synthetic tobaccos.

I got a Coconut Cavendish as a 5ml sample but never tried it, my wife snagged it... she said it was excellent.!

Your wife has excellent taste. This was one of the very first eliquids that I ordered from Clay. Since then I have made many subsequent orders and always get it with extra coconut.

Rats! I had it in my cart but, was spending too much so that was one that missed the boat. Will get it next time.

btw, I've also got Vita Bella that's been sitting patiently.

A couple of quick reviews from my perspective.

NET.com Red, White and Blueberry – I really like blueberries and this is my first blueberry blend eliquid that I have purchased. With a short steep I found the blueberries did overtake the tobacco. I then let it steep for a good month and found that the tobacco came through which I preferred. This is my first time (I think) trying White Burley and for sure Red Virginia. I definitely enjoyed the natural blueberries along with the White Burley and Red Virginia.

NET.com custom Burley Blast – Clay took a chance and sent me a sample of Burley Blast as I am very hard to please when it comes to Burley. Burley Blast did the trick for me. The “bite” did not overpower and I find this to be a very pleasant eliquid that deserves a spot in my rotation.

EV Confederate - This is not meant to be a negative against EV Confederate so please don’t read into it. I don’t know if this has ever happened to you that you like an eliquid enough to re-order it and then it doesn’t taste good. I am hoping my taste is absent because the most recent bottle I received that has steeped for approximately one month is off for me. This is the one EV eliquid that I always highly tout. I am going to let this one steep longer or let my taste buds heal whichever comes first.

Are we talking about the same NET.com here? Clay has been busy. I haven't heard of any of these juices and I ordered up his most recent French Goulauses extracts and the 6 or 7 new releases just 2 months ago.

I can empathise with the disappointment of having found a liquid you love only to buy a second bottle and for it to be a poor replacement. My experience in this regard was Pirates Booty by HHV. I absolutely loved that liquid and when it ran out I ordered a 30 ml bottle. I couldn't wait to get this liquid and when I did I was eager to vape it.

Much to my dismay and confusion it was bland, flavorless and nothing like that first bottle. I thought perhaps my taste buds were having a low biorhythm or something else in taste alchemy I didn't understand that was affecting my judgement of this juice. Perhaps it needed to steep? So I steeped it, trying it every few days or weeks. It was the same flavorless, sorry rendition of its predecessor. If there was any of that magical flavour in the second bottle it must have measures in the nano scale.

Because I loved that first bottle of Pirates Booty so much I figured I would take a chance and order it again hoping the second bottle was one bad apple, an outlier or just an accident by the vendor. The third bottle was just as bad as the second so I had to farewell my beloved Pirates Booty not without feeling a tone of frustration at HHV.

By the way, I have had this experience with other HHV juices as well. Serendipity, Huntsman and others were nothing like those first bottles I ordered. They all lacked flavour.

I sure hope that is not the case with EVs Confederate because I have placed an order with EV which was inspired by the reviews I have read about Confederate.

I really wanted to try those two apple hybrids on my last order from them but already had way to much in my cart. Will order up them up for sure next order as I really dig the Red, White, and Blueberry so the apple will surely be as pleasant. Plus, you made that sour apple sound real good as well so that tipped the scales in my mind.

By the way, the Minister is real nice blend after a couple weeks steep. Right out of the mail it was lacking but after a little over 3 weeks, it has developed some good flavors.

As for Excalibur, it was a little weak right out of the mail and I have it steeping. Tried it a couple days ago and it is starting to develop but as with most cigar NETs, it seems to need a little time; more than pipe tobacco. Think I'm gonna be patient with this one though as it was a little on the pricey side and I want to see what it tastes like in all its glory. I have a feeling it will become something special as IMHO, Clay has some of the better cigar NET's on the market.

Red, White and Blueberry was a winner for me too. I have now tried the Golden Apple. Not knowing your taste in tobaccos of course the Sour Apple uses perique to add the sour taste. The Golden Apple is a sweet apple because of the Virginia however not overly sweet. I like them both for different reasons and that is mainly the tobacco used and the natural tasting apple plus the resulting flavor. Clay’s custom Pure Virginia is the only non-hybrid from this particular order and the last one that I have tried. I do like this because I like Virginias although I am not able to distinguish the types of Virginia used. I did recently placed an order for a sample pack that included Flue Cured Virginia, Red Virginia and Toasted White Burley. I need to give my taste buds an education on the how the different tobaccos taste solo so that I can better recognize them. It appears that many people like Red Virginia but they never really say why they like it. I already know what Air Cured Burley and Fire Cured Burley taste like so want to try Toasted White Burley solo since I did enjoy Red, White and Blueberry.

Thanks for the tips regarding The Minister and Excalibur.

Sad but true.. there's been some batches of juices that I've received from HHV that have left me scratching my head. Others are spot on. Can't explain how or why it happens.

Yes, Clay from NET.com. He released a number of new eliquids around our Thanksgiving Holiday. I do hope your bottle of Confederate is to your liking. Unfortunately for boomerdude he too got a bum bottle. C'est la vie!

I will be visiting your country in August so may chat with you later.

OK, you sold me. I'll add DWiT to my wishlist.
I still have about 3ml of my first order of NEMP like it's a trophy or relic worthy of a place in a Vaping Museum...
I just cannot bring myself to finish it!

I tried to order it when monkey poo was first released but missed the cut on pre orders. What's the status on it now? Can it be purchased on a site or is the creator still filling orders through ECF messaging ?

He's taking orders thru http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...211-dirty-monkey-vapeworks-open-business.html on ECF.
Post what you're looking for, then PM him with your billing email and he'll get in touch.
I just ordered last night myself after learning he'll be closing up shop at the end of the month to prepare for his move to Germany in March (I believe he said March).
Get in quick! Otherwise, you'll have to wait until he opens up shop over there.

First taste of Johni extracted H&H Virginia Spice. Just on my first bowlful, so these are very early impressions..

First pull brought to mind a Virginia and Burley blend, which is odd since this is a VA/Per blend plus Maduro cigar leaf. Maybe it's the way the cigar leaf interacts with the Perique (which is Burley leaf, though processed and cured in a way that results in a dramatically different flavor profile than air cured Burley). Or maybe my taster is just off today.

After a few pulls the Virginia started asserting itself more, though the bassy, deeper, "Burley" note is still throughout. As I write this, the Perique is becoming more evident, with more of a dark fruit (plum) note than sour.

Complex and flavorful, but because I'm interpreting a dominant note of air cured Burley it's a bit outside my flavor preferences. So far for me it's good, but not great. There's enough going on though that I'll enjoy further investigation into the flavor of this home brew.

I've experienced exactly the same misadventure not with HHV but with few other well known vendors. I think many of us did. IMO it's a lack of control/taste at the final batch. If the bottle is 5 or 6 ml I don't bother but if the bottle is 30 or more, I write an email to the shop explaining the issue and several days later I receive a replacement bottle with the same juice, perfect this time + an extra gift eliquid + few words of excuses.

hi net folks.
been enjoying dipping into this huge thread on and off , no so much ready made stuff in the UK so was a bit jealous.
I am a great fan of house of liquids nets, but curiosity got the better of me so I decided to have a go at doing some of my own extractions.
Very enjoyable results too:D
too impatient to wait weeks so i simply heated the tobbaco in the small pan with pg for a short period then decanted the mix into jars.
at the moment i simply syringe the fluid through a teabag strait from the jar, and dilute or not to taste.

1, Cigar ,Partagus Habana no 6 is very nice delicate and sweet , much much sweeter than i expected. vaped neat with maybe a touch of nic for a bit of pepper .
would be nice to achieve a more concentrated flavour with this one.
2, Gawith Hoggarth black cavendish so many nuances , reminds me of a dark porter ale, delicate but sturdy fruits, vaped diluted with 40%pg plus nic for pepper.
3, Gawith Hoggarth AK dark rolling tobacco, not given this a proper outing yet but much more savoury pungent a hint of ash almost , dry too but still with a hint of sweetness. 40%pg plus nic to taste,

One thing on vaping style unlike what seems 99% of people i do not inhale just let it roll around mouth and nose.

what a sublime experience vaping nets is:D:D:D
