Looks more and more like desert over here, not a desert ship, just desert. Is it a long bank holiday in America now or what ? All veterans vanished...too bad!
Nothing to say which has not been said ? No new juices or new NET Vendors to review ? Trabuco, IndigoVapor, Real Extracts LLC, Nirvana/TrueLeaf...no ? too bad...

Indigo was the second company i tried. Not bad , plenty of stuff that could be ADV worthy but i have a sneaking suspicion its heavily infused with artificial flavorings , hence my vote for b tier status (its all hybrids)

I'm checking out a bunch of NETs from Black Note. Any of you guys and gals hear about them? What do you think of the descriptions? I haven't dripped anything yet, but I'm impressed with the packaging -- classier than most NET vendors out there. Black Note uses glass bottles and cardboard tubes (think five pawns). The marketing is smart. Hopefully the juice inside the bottles is tasty!

Ray,

BlackNote's web site is very impressive, both in graphic style and text content. If the juices are as good as the marketing, then BlackNote could qualify as a real contender in the retail NET market.

I won't try them, however, partly because I've mostly stopped buying retail juices of any kind, NET or otherwise, but also because---even if I were in the market for retail NETs---I'm simply not willing to pay a dollar/ml when my own homemade natural tobacco extracts cost just pennies per ml. I don't mean that as a slam against BlackNote; it's just the reality of my particular situation.

At those prices, I'm not sure how BlackNote will fare against GeJ, MOV, N-E-T.com, RBFS, and the other A-Tier NET vendors. Their juices will have to be damn good for folks to ante up that much per bottle. Is there a sufficient retail market niche for such high-end boutique NETs? I guess BlackNote will find out.

And, of course, you'll tell us how good they are.

Not true... just slower than when there were new NET resellers coming out all of the time. At some point it reaches saturation. Personally, after trying a lot of juices from the handful of vendors I keep up with... I've settled into a routine with juices I already like. In fact, I've got 8-10 extracts that I've had a while now and not tried ( stuck in a rut :) )... I see little reason to keep spending money on new juices when I've yet vaped up the collection I've already got. When I do work through what I have... I'll probably try a few new ones but it's a waste of money to do it any earlier.

Hey guys, so glad I found this 11,000+ post thread, I'll try to tackle it in my spare time. I've been trying to top my ADV of HOL Cigarillo's, and until now hadn't realized that these fluffy so called NET's with a bunch of sweet stuff on top just aren't going to cut it for me. For example, I was terribly disappointed with Nicotickets H1N1, despite it winning the ECF ejuice award's tobacco category. I taste almost zero tobacco from it, and mostly a whole lot of cinnamon. So, as a former cigar and cigarillo smoker, I think I've come to realize I like tobacco itself, without all the nonsense.

I'm looking for a cigarillo type flavor that can compete with HOL Cigarillos: Complex, smokey, woody, smooth, with a touch of sweetness that keeps you hooked. I am also looking for the best coffee tobacco flavor, thats tastefully done, not overly sweet, ADV worthy.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Howdy, I would suggest MyVapeJuice (MVJ) or NET.com (they are linked on the first page of this thread). MVJ has many cigar extracts of various popular cigars. While NET.com has some of the best (in my opinion) cigar extracts on the market. Plus, both have real accurate descriptions of the cigars extracted so you should be able to find what you are looking for by doing a little reading. Personally, I feel these two have some of the best descriptions for any eliquid vendor; NET or synthetic. Hope that helps.

Hey thanks a lot, glad my post didn't get left in the dust. At least gives me something to go on. I'm gonna skim through as much of the thread as possible but obviously its pretty daunting. They both sound promising, especially NET. Big ups :)

Ok, So we touched on this earlier but didn't get anything concrete. I have well over a hundred jars of different tobaccos now extracted and filtered down.

Does anybody keep this stuff in refrigerators or freezers? if so how has it effected flavor? (if at all) , I started on Halloween 2014 so a good bunch of this only has...what 8 months left at room temperature?

We had determined that concentrated nicotine can last for years on end in freezers / refrigerated and the same with unflavored pg / vg, and it was noted that most people say not to refrigerate flavors.

So, anyone experienced with this?

I've refrigerated artificial fruit & dessert flavors with no problems. Since most of my NET extracts are 2 weeks to ~8-9 months old they sit in my kitchen cabinet allowing them to age.

I extract using Cold Maceration, using Vodka or PGA, do a low heat reduction (~120-130F) of 75%, and mix the extract with a 50/50 PG/VG, @ half of the extract's volume. Eg; 30ml extracted tobacco to 15ml PG/Vg.

Since most retail NET juices seem to improve after a long steep, I want to see if it applies to the raw extracts, once they hit the year mark they'll be put in my cigar box, and stored on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator.

I know from personal experience that the extracts themselves change with time. Some that seemed muddy or overly grassy have become great a little while later. Let us know if any dramatic negatibe changes start to occur at room temp once those hit the 1 year mark!
