I've had an opportunity to try a few of the Mountain Oak Vapor.

The first is Southern Gentleman. I like this. I like it a lot. Rich tobacco flavor that has a little bite to it. Smokiness on the exhale. I'm hoping this mellows out a little but definitely vapeable out of the mailbox. I do detect a slight sweetness in the end as well.

Sunday Morning is another that is vapeable out of the mailbox. Not as heavy as Southern Gentleman if that makes any sense and yes I get some smokiness out of this as well. I cannot detect any coffee but sweetness is there. I suspect time will bring out the coffee more.

Very impressed with MOV.

I'll try to get some Apache and Sweet RY4 in this weekend.

On another positive note, the perfumeness has left my HHV flavors. Going to give it another week before I try these again.

Worrisome: Still no flavor out of the N.E.T. flavors. Assuming time time and more time for these.

Southern Gentleman is an excellent NET. RBFS has a similar NET called Porch Rocker. They're both very complex pipe blends with several tobaccos and a light Latakia presence. All day vape material, some of the best NETs around. If you want PR to be more mellow, hold on to your hat when you try Apache!

I enjoyed Sunday Morning but didn't like how light the coffee is. I prefer a strong coffee presence in coffee tobaccos. Their Americano is a much more successful coffee-bacco for me.

One of the rare posts when i agree with every sentence wholeheartedly !

Sunday Morning and Americano are a s different as night and day. To me Sunday Morning is a medium bodied tobacco with a touch of coffee if you look for it, Americano is a coffee vape with tobacco as a complement.

A lot of people like SunMorn and I see why, it's a very good flavor all around. Like you said though, you have to look for the coffee, and I want it bold. Pendragon on the other hand is a similar flavor to SunMorn, with cherry and vanilla being subtle instead of coffee, and since I don't mind those flavors being subtle I love PenD.

The synthetic tobacco in Ameriano shapes the vape instead of playing a big role, but that don't matter to me because all I'm thinking when vaping that one is.. damn that's good coffee!

JG Blend from Ahl is impressive by having a great coffee and tobacco in about equal measures, a hard thing to find.

Southern Gentleman was probably the first NET i tried and after trying possibly 100 other NETs since, still in my top five.

I am perplexed by the lack of flavor on your N.E.T. juices. I rarely try any juice before a month or two but still, no flavor !? Which ones did you order ?

Spirit, big spirit and NS Brown . The date they were made was 2.27.15. Very fresh so I'll check it in a month or so.

I think you're right on the spot with waiting a month or so. I say that because my bottle of Big Spirit did not start coming along until after a month to six weeks. Now it is fantastic but it tasted a little like unflavored/oil-like right out of the mail. On the other hand, the sample of NS Dark I received was kind of tasty right out of the mail but did get much better after a few weeks of aging.

I bet how long it takes to steep depends on how fresh of a batch NETcom is using. If it's a batch that Clay had extracted recently it may need a longer steep than a batch of extract with some age on it.

My experience with Big Spirit was from quite a while ago, shortly after Clay opened shop. I think it was 70% PG and heat macerates. I forgot how long I had it before digging in, around a month maybe. That specific juice had BIG flavor. Pure unadulterated ciggy experience. Not necessarily potent, though it did have a noticeable impact, but very authentically tobacco.

Blacknote dropped their prices from $35 down to $29. Maybe by July I'll bite.
I thought it was $33 to $29. Either way, a nice drop, bit they need to keep going if they want to represent internet prices instead of shop prices. Being competitive on the internet may not be their goal, which is fine, but that's where most of us here get our juice.

I agree with you about the age of the extract as judging by the reviews on site and love from this thread, that is one of the better sellers (just an educated guess though). Therefore, it probably goes quick. I will say that it was fun to see this one progress from mail to now though. BS (wow, what an abbreviation eh) is probably my second favorite cigarette type NET. EVs Gold Leaf still takes top billing for me in that category.

The Dark is my second/3rd favorite Cigarette flaver from Clay, after Organic Spirit and Organic spirit mixed with Dark, Reminds me I should order more.

I find that every juice I have gotten from NET.com can be vaped right out of the mail. BUT, every single one gets better and better the longer you don't vape it. Trouble is it's hard not to do.

I purchased a bottle of big spirit around the same time, Jerms and I agree with you. It is a great juice.

I still have about 5 or 6 mls left in that bottle. I Vaped a tank of it last week and man was it good. After 18 months it still tastes great.

I also really enjoy the NS Brown and NS Dark.

Hey Vicman, I could have sworn you said Top Leaf but it appears I was wrong. I agree entirely about gold leaf from EV. One of my current favorites. However, given I had already talked about Top Leaf in response to what I thought was the liquid you mentioned, I will just leave the following post unedited.

I love Top Leaf by Ethervapes. What I really love about it is how that vanilla infusion is ever so subtle, just enough to round off the burley and Virginia to give them a crisp smooth overall flavor.

Without knowing any better, it appears Vash knew what he set out to do with Top Leaf. It seems to me he was trying to reproduce an analog cigarette experience which is smooth and pleasing. I am finding the vanilla has very little presence at all in my particular bottle. It is more an undertone and doesn't interfere with the tobacco taking centre stage.

If there were Oscars for e-juices then surely the vanilla in Top Leaf would win best supporting actress.

Want2Vape's Pure Smoke taste like a cigarette to my palate. Their Paris blend is a strong cigarette blend. GoodEjuice's Analog is another. NETcom's Big Spirit is really good. GeJ's Bull Durham while not a NET is a good lab made juice with a cigarette flavor.

Alternately, you can get a pouch of American Spirit and extract your own.

Want2Vape's Pure Smoke and Paris are not American style cigarette vapes... they are French style which contains Latakia. Paris has it stronger and Pure Smoke much much lighter since it's mixed with W2V's Pure. That's not to say they aren't good for some... they are also much gunkier than the others mentioned by boomerdude

I have managed to vape my 15 ml bottles of Yerba Mate Tea and SweeTea so it is safe to say I liked them both. The mix date was 02/17/15 so I have not had them long enough to meet my minimum of a one month steep. With a longer steep I don’t know how much the taste will change. Both of these are ADVs for me. Good for NET.com for introducing TeaBaccos.

Yerba Mate Tea taste just like the tea so I recognized it immediately even though I have not had the tea form for several years. If you have had Mate tea you know that it has a very distinctive taste. Some may say it is slightly earthy while others say it is somewhat bitter (similar to what people may say about beer, coffee, etc.). If there was any bitterness in the Yerba Mate extract, this has been tempered nicely with the Toasted White Burley and Oriental tobaccos as I did not notice it.

SweeTea taste just McDonald's Southern style sweet tea however it is not nearly as sweet as McD and of course sans the tobacco. First time for me vaping Natural Cavendish and I really, really like it. The Natural Cav's soft character adds the Swee without being sugary sweet and it worked well with the Black Pekoe Tea. The Black Pekoe taste just like a brewed cup of tea so if you want a warm tea turn up the watts or turn it down for a cool version of SweeTea. McD's move over — your Northern competitor is here!
