I vape primarily tobacco flavors, so when I found the
N-E-T line I thought the search was over for great tobacco flavors...the flavors weren't bad but these liquids severly fouled the coils in my Kayfuns in less than half a nano tankful and was completely unvapable, even with long lasting rayon builds.
Micro and contact coils are great for any type of synthetic juices, but the smaller Inner Diameter (ID) and lack of coil spacing aren't conducive to NETS.
When coiling for NET juices, I avoid Micro or contact coils of any ID, and make mine spaced with a minimum ID of 2mm, you'll extend the time between dry-burns and vaping.
No, I actually splurged on an authentic. I have heard good things about the clone though... only complaint was some people felt the wire capture holes positioning was a little wonky on some. Seems like you and I have pretty similar vaping styles/setups, I think you would really dig it...
The Manta 2 Clone is an awesome Flavor Machine like the Authentic, and the AFC can be closed down for satisfying MtL hitters like jerms and myself. The wire holes are askew but easy to thread wire through. The coil placement needs the lower 1/2 or so to sit below the rim of the deck, or the reduced chambered top cap will short your coils... always check your ohms with & without the top cap for any atty before a live-fire. Add; Though the Air intake are on top of the cap, it feeds though the side of the cap, I haven't had any leaking at all, a very nicely designed Atty.
I'd also recommend an Atomic if you're not too caught up on its appearance.
