Thanks but Mr. Mann does the portraits. I'm just a guy that's been using extracts for awhile now and always love to help!

must of had a brain fart with who did portraits. Mr. Mann hasn't been around posting here, that I've seen, for what seems like ages and ages! Tell him to stop by the ole thread if anyone still hears from him, if only to say a quick hi and goodbye........

Couldn't agree more with flavoring percentages and MVJ. My first order with them was finished liquids, and i was underwhelmed. When i found out they use their extracts at 15 % , i ordered the extracts and mixed at 25 % and there was a noticeable improvement.
Same here... I loved the flavor profiles, but was a bit disappointed at the strength of the flavor.
I haven't placed an order there in quite some time now but may have to revisit soon.
Does she charge extra for the bump up in flavor percentage? That would be the one thing that would stop me from placing another order is to have to pay for the extra extract to get it up to the level of NET.com or W2V at their house strength.

@AnthonyB. Good post. Im following most of what you suggested.
Basically just using the Nautilus VVTF RBA head in the mini Nautilus/ Kabuki and also a By Ka clone in the rotation.
All builds at 2mm spaced coils at about 1 ohm. 4.1 V. Rayon, tails thinned out for optimized wicking.
Maybe I could go a little higher resistance and drop the voltage down a bit.
I do have some drippers that I use on occasion but I like the convenience of tanks and these tanks get me pretty good flavor.

NETs are all I use too and I wont be switching due to gunking either.

4.1 volts at 1.0 ohm is about 15 watts? I think that is just fine for vaping NETs so if you enjoy vaping at that wattage just stick with it.

Vaping at 40-60 watts is where NET vaping is not optimal. Gunking rates are higher as devices are going through more juice and burning hotter. Flavor is diminished as well. But 4V at 1.0 ohm is well within the optimal voltage for NETs in my opinion.

I vape NET.com Hybrids. I don’t know if it is my imagination or not but I have found that the newer flavors are kinder on coils. I have been vaping NETs for over two years even though I know NETs tend to gunk coils. I came to the conclusion a long time ago that if I wanted to continue vaping NETs this is what it is so I do not complain about gunking. From a cost point of view for me it is still cheaper to use throw away coils rather than buying cigs and that is how I compare it as I did not start vaping to save money but rather to get off the analogs. I use the hybrid Kabuki tank with the Nautilus coils due to its air flow and flavor improvement over the Nautilus tank. On another note I generally do not vape artibaccos — recently I tried Charlie Nobel’s Pistachio RY4 which I reeeally like taste being subjective.

Charlie Nobles Ry4 Pistachio is one I enjoy as well. They do good synthetic tobaccos. Blue Bay and Tripoli are fantastic. Both are at tobaccos.

Given that these are synthetic and non-NET I like to vape them at higher wattages (50-70 watts) in something like a Smok TF4 or Starre Pro.

I myself have learned to love NETs with temperature control. I'm using MVJ extracts with primarily VG at 450-520F and 38w with a Super Tank Mini. The cigar was fantastic as well as the single leaf perique extract. It's incredible how many people that are the typical "bros" that are loving these flavors as well.

As for NETs that don't gunk and flavor, I'd suggest using more flavoring. I've been using MVJ at 25-30% flavoring for an incredible experience without destroying the coils.

Soon one of my customers at the vape store is bringing me their Diablo cigar extract. The cigar is medium-full bodied with nicaraguan and dominican tobacco with a spicy finish. I can't wait!

I think temp control is a great idea and almost indispensable for those who want to vape NETs at higher wattages. Hot spots start to form in the coils when gunk accumulate. These hot spots deteriorate the flavor and could even emit some
harmful chemicals like formaldehyde. Temp control is a safeguard against hot spots and can be an indicator when it is time to change or clean the coil. I don't have much experience with vaping NETs with temp control devices but I assume the coil won't even fire when gunking increases ?

Good call on HHV. I like them too, but I too suspect they use flavorings on top of the net base. I think you can tell if you got a pure NET or a net base with artificial flavors added.

You guys 'suspect' they use flavorings on top of their NET base?!? Isn't HHV supposed to make sweet flavored hybrid juices in a tobacco base? In the old days the tobacco extract was only supposed to be a base for the delectable sweet indulgent flavors that made up their juices.

Have their juices changed so much they actually just taste like cavendish these days?

My sweet spot is 15w at 1.5 ohm (4.8v), with a tight draw.

Ant, that's the way they taste, but they supposedly claim theirs are pure NETs with no added flavoring. They aren't all sweet juices either, Dark Horse, Gaia and Huntsman are quite dry.

Mr. Mann is a professional artist, Jerms started doing portraits as a hobby, and it turns out he is quite talented. At least, that's how i remember !

I haven't ordered recently, but i'm not sure if they have the extra extract option. What i do is order the extract and mix my own. It works out a lot cheaper and i can tweak the flavor percentage to my liking.

The only other eliquid from CN that I have tried is Stroopwafel (no tobacco) and I do like this one as well. The issue I have with CN is the high VG so I can only vape for a short time. Otherwise I like the Pistachio RY4 and Stroopwafel…Stroopwafel especially when I get a sweet tooth urge. :D

I know others on the juice junkies thread have had Blue Boy and Tripoli. May need to check these out as well.

If you're using RTAs for NET juice, I'll agree 40-60 watts is too much, and would cook the juice before finishing a tank. Using RDAs like an Atomic, Reactor or Stumpy lower power makes the vape too cool, my spaced coils range between 0.360- 0.550 giving me 32-49 watts, power like taste is a subjective choice.

Luce is much to humble!!!

Seriously, I'm horrible at art. I can paint with words but nothing else. I may be extremely right-brained/ENFP but no art. It does help in creating new flavors and imagining outside the box with vaping.

Finished the Latakia and just busted into the Dagwood's Wife Is Trippin'.

Kinda light, sweet and grassy like the St. James Parish (which I didn't expect) with an added dimension I can't put my finger on.

To chime in with the current discussion, I'm using a single coil in the Lemo at about 2.2 ohms and 18.5 watts from the Cloupor Mini.

This Dagwood is OK, but I'm missing that Latakia already. Who else gets close to that RBFS Latakia flavor?

Thanks.
