Well, with today's news I went and ordered a bunch of favorites from MOV, GeJ and W2V. Just in case. I just hope the FDA doesn't mess with pipe tobacco because without that I'm out of juice!

Got plenty of hardware. and batteries are not on their hit-list. PG/VG still good to go. Nicotine? I'm down to 3mg so even if they make it out of reach to consumers I'll still be able to make nic free juice.

How are you guys set for the apocalypse?

I saw this coming long ago which is why I spent the last three years learning how to extract flavor from tobacco and mix/make my own NETs. The FDA is just the first boot to drop, state governments will soon regulate/tax the bejesus out of us and our deemed "tobacco" products. I have enough tax free liquid nic stored at -10F to last me and a few friends for the duration so I'm well covered there. I only use RBAs (no factory coil heads to worry about) and have plenty of hardware/supplies in storage. I plan to continue buying any interesting new hardware I find right up until they manage to cut everything off (if they ever actually do). Even if they were to shut everything down today I've been FDA/state government proof for quite some time so I'd be able to enjoy $0.03 per ml NET for as long as I wanted to do so. -If- I read the deeming regs correctly, we still have up to two years before everything goes dark so I plan to enjoy whatever freedom we have while it's still there.

if someone knows of a store in europe with good net liquid please let me know

You can buy from houeofliquids. They have the EL Toro liquids but they are not as good as for example from naturally-extracted-tobaccos.com. Why dont you buy there with a shipping service, for example shipit.to.com. You must fill out a declaration for the customs office but you dont have to write the truth in it. You could write for example that its a flavour and you can remove the bill from the package by shipit.to. I am german, hope you can understand my english...

IDK, some of my juices take three months just to steep. I have never detected a change but then again, none of my juices last much past six months anyway.

I've noticed that anything with Latakia once made into juice will quickly lose flavor after 6 months (these were heat and cold macerations though so maybe its different doing cold only)

I presumed some of the volatiles were just slow to react.

If you're looking for long term storage try the bottom shelf of your refrigerator, I've stored liquid, flavors and nicotine like this for the past 2+ years. The cold/ dark environment significantly reduces the steep/aging process... and stops it cold on Retail juices in sealed bottles, my two y/o MOV & GeJ juices are as fresh as the day I bought them.

Let's hope the likes of Elizabeth Warren and others of her ilk don't get their way. House to house searches and re-education camps will be the norm.

Looks like Diane at MyVapeJuice has been busy organizing her juice lists a bit... :)

From the email from her...

Hello everyone,

I wanted to pass along the new naming convention listing for the cigars and pipe tobaccos that I mentioned a while back. All the changes have been made and we even added some new sampler packs. If you are having any trouble finding what you need please send me an email and I will be glad to help.

Here is the list https://www.myvapejuice.com/Newnames.pdf

Enjoy!

No, this is the RIGHT thread to be in!
Oh, no, I love this thread and have been following it for a long time. I mostly just read but I check in a couple of times a day to see what's going on. I just accidentally posted a reply here that was meant for the "best tobacco flavors" thread because it seemed more appropriate but since I never got any replies there I guess I might as well ask here as well.

Here is the post any insight would be appreciated:

So after buying a tester 15 ml bottle of 100mg/ml nic a while back and playing around I've come around to the idea of making my own juice. Much like making my own coils or using unregulated mods I guess I was making it out to be much more difficult than it actually is. I've been following this thread for a long time so I thought this would be the perfect place to ask.

What are some must have tobacco flavors and complimentary flavors that you would consider to be essential for an initial decently sized order? I love tobaccos and I've enjoyed NETs, TAs, synths, and hybrids so I'm pretty open to everything.

So essentially, if you were starting over from scratch what would be on your first orders?

Also, I'm not really interested in making my own NETs and such at this point until I get a little more experienced.

First, what vendors have you tried? All Flavors
www.Naturally-Extracted-Tobacco.com, e-liquids for electronic cigarettes
www.Naturally-Extracted-Tobacco.com, e-liquids for electronic cigarettes
Mountain Oak Vapors Premium Tennessee E-Liquid
Naturally Extracted Tobacco E-Juice | Black Note® just to name a few
This way we know where you shopped. Now out of this group what did you like?
If none of these what flavors did you like the most?
We will better help you with a few clues

Why the change in names rdsok?

I can guess... but other than that I'm not privy to the real reasons any more than anyone else

So this is just my own guesses... and could be completely wrong or incomplete...

For the organization portion... Most if not all accounting software use part numbers and descriptions... Most of the web shopping cart softwares are way to simplified for real accounting, so most companies will transfer the web order over into their actual accounting software and typically that isn't an automated process. Adding the part numbers to the web order form will make it easier to fill in the order/invoice into the actual accounting software that is likely being used.

Legal issues... Using other companies brand names has it's own issues. MVJ may use those products to create the e-juices that are sold... but that doesn't make it legal for MVJ to use those propitiatory copyrighted names unless permission is given by the actual company that owns those names. MVJ's products are not the original products they are a derivative of the original product.
