Also remember that when people are trying to describe the flavor notes they are tasting... they will use descriptions they are familiar with. This doesn't mean those flavors are in there just that those are what the taster is being reminded of... Example... you'll see several comments on the tobacco's as having a grassy, hay-like, earthy, musky or other flavor note... we know they didn't put those flavors in there, just that it has flavors reminiscent of those.

Someone trying to describe a flavor is being subjective... not literal ( in most cases )

Naturally-Extracted-tobacco.com's Black Cavendish, extra, cold, 30 PG/70 VG 24mg nic is going to work with me today!

Sometimes you just need a straight tobacco, and this will compliment the NLV flavor in my second T2 (my work tanks, since they are more durable and less troublesome than the iclears). The higher VG mix hasn't hurt the flavor, but that might be due to the extra extract -- either way, it's joyous :)

Thank you, BuffaloBore. I'll be ordering more of this mix myself -- it's a keeper!

I vaped 42 days steeped GeJ Organic #1 yesterday. It did change quite a bit relative to when I had it first 1-3 weeks. Some people commented that it became very sweet with age but I found the opposite for me at this time. It got fuller bodied, less sweet and much more smokey tasting. I assume smokiness is coming from dark fired burleys. Initially, I'd get 20% smoke component and now it's like 40%. I enjoyed it very much, but I think I prefer it when it was younger. I have to get a new bottle and vape that but I thought I got more nuances out of it younger. When fresher, it was like it had 5 nuances in it, each with "5 units of intensity level". Now it has 3 nuances, each with "10 units of intensity level".

Of course, these numbers are for illustration purposes and not actually measured :)

Commentors on Sourthern Gentleman say they discern 'nuttiness' but MOV's description does not

Unless the 'nut' is part of one/more of the tobaccos and I don't know this.

I'm guessing the nutty notes that people describe are coming from the amaretto aromatic. they probably put something in the casing. i didn't get nut from southern gent much at all though.

Since Amaretto is an almond liquer, I'm guessing erawk is right. :)

Hello fellow tobacco lovers ;) I'm sure glad I found this thread. I haven't read all 511 pages but I just may get around to doing so. I was part of two cigar boards in the past and miss the interaction with fellow lovers of the leaf.

I've been vaping now for around 2 years but put down analogs and cigars in May. Needless to say I went on a mission to find some good tobacco juice. I've been trying several RY4's (not sure how I grew to like RY4 since I've never smoked anything sweet prior to vaping but, whatever) and with some great direction from the regs on the RY4 thread I've discovered some fantastic (at least IMO) sites.

The one that brought me to this thread though was the Touch of Spice from My Vape Juice. I'm fairly new to NETs and have been very pleased with this vendor's products. This one put me over the top. Their Rogue tobacco base is quite satisfying and the spices are blended perfectly. I'm not sure what's in there, except for what I think is cinnamon but I'm on a sort of mission to figure it out. I would highly recommend trying this to anyone who doesn't mind a blend that's ever so slightly sweet, has a delicious medium bodied tobacco taste, which is the star of the show and some patience to allow this to steep for a good 21 days.

I look forward to reading this thread from beginning to end. Cheers

Since we're discussing MOV, another member on the HHV thread basically confirmed my biggest fear for FVFRY4. It's just as bad on cotton microcoils as SG and Apache. Sigh! Can any one of you also confirm this fact?

I was hoping it would not need an almost daily regimen of cotton swapping to enjoy it.

Nope, pretty much going to have to dryburn and rewick daily. Two RDAs get about 95% of my use, both get done daily.

I'm one of those that doesn't like the taste of just lightly gunked coils, so I swap the cotton daily to dry burn anyways. Is changing out the wick a hassle with the Kayfun?

Absolutely not a problem to change the wicks. Finding the time to do it on a daily basis is an altogether different story. Also, I don't carry my wicking stuff with me to work, which pretty much relegates MOV stuff to be used at home.

I'm hoping I won't have a similar issue with their Non-NET tobacco blends right?!

Ofcourse, there's the small issue of actually receiving the juices first..

So a fresh wick in the morning won't get ya through the day?

Yeah the artis should be cleaner than the NETs.

Hope you get your juices soon. I need someone to convince me to try more of the artis even though I don't need to buy juice for a couple months lol.

A fresh wick would definitely see me through the day. If a wick is hitting well, I don't normally change it until it needs changing. My experience with SG so far has been, it will hit great the first day, and then about mid-way through the second day, it starts to get a burnt flavour.. once that happens, I'm done and I don't want to be at work when it happens. I've got 3 KFL's on the go, and generally can keep a good rotation going with a spare one always ready with a clean wick.

My juices from MOV are sitting somewhere between the border and my mailbox... processing AND steeping!! Christmas time is always bad for mail, and Canada Post makes the most of it.

As for juices, I either need to really start attacking this stash that I have of Balkan and Yesteryear from NET.com or else I need to offload it. Way too much of it just sitting there..

am·a·ret·to ( m -r t ). n. pl. am·a·ret·tos. An Italian liqueur flavored with almond. [ Italian, diminutive of amaro, bitter, from Latin am rus.]

Amaretto is a sweet, almond-flavoured, Italian liqueur. It is made from a base of apricot pits or almonds, sometimes both.
