Ooooooooh.

Virgin Vapor's NET line is up! Four variants: plain, chocolate, vanilla and peach.
Code THANKSGIVING gives 15% off.

Yes, I shall be placing a modest order. My Plume Room top-up will have to wait.

I ordered 1/2 ounce of each to give them a whirl, Scarf.

Has anyone tried the Virgin Vapor NETs?

Really, Mann? Interesting. What offering were you trying at the time? I'm still a fanboi.

I think I had every juice. Not all of them did it, but the ones that did, did! Some of W2Vs "normal" or artificial juices have treated me unkind. I am by no way saying that this is an issue with these vendors, just that I have had issues personally.

I bit the bullet and ordered the one that sounded like a more straight-forward tobacco (no vanilla, chocolate, or peach) on their Black Friday sale. Still a bit pricey even with the sale, but we'll see how it holds up!

And now, back on topic; My first order of NETs are steeping. Which would you recommend as first venture into NET vaping- Gandalf, Shadowfax, GA peach T, Heavenly T, or Pirates Booty ? Looking for a mild, flavorful taste reminiscent of my old pipe smoking years.
Your opinions are appreciated on this one, thanks.

Hi Papaw, I'm sure you'll enjoy the HHV line and they can be a little pipey at times, but if you really want to recapture that mild and flavorful pipe of yesteryear, I'd suggest picking up a bottle of GoodeJuice's Patriot.

It still was pricey but Virgin Vapor has been that way since the beginning. I had their original Dutch Chocolate tobacco awhile back and it was pretty good. Tasted like hot chocolate with a little tobacco. I know they've been seeking the perfect tobacco for awhile now. Another vendor is sending it in to them. They had one they liked, ordered it, but it wasn't the same. After almost a year of getting the perfect taste they desired they're finally satisfied with the product. Let's hope we are too

Well I'm all the more anxious to try it now! I had sampled a number of their flavors (non-tobacco of course) at a local vape shop and found them all very good, but none of them compelled me to spend the extra $$$. If their NETs are worthy, I don't mind spending a little extra, though. Love the Christmas sweater, by the way!

Ladies and gentlemen, I don't know if we have anything to do with this, but I have been noticing "NETs" popping up in some of the strangest places. I would go so far as to saying it is becoming "in." Some of the flavor combinations are also quite odd. I am thinking that vendors are buying "extract" from somewhere and incorporating them into juices. That sounds suspiciously like something that has already been available (hint, hint). I have not known for a juice vendor to take on tobaccos when it was never part of their shtick (at least successfully). I am not casting dispersion on any one vendor, just saying that at the end of the day, while it is nice to sample, I think we all know who is reliable. Extracting tobacco is, contrary to what some may think, not as simple as throwing leaves in pg/vg and calling it a day after a quick coffee filter filtration.

All that being said, I am anxious top find out what is going on with the newbie NET makers.

Which sites, please?

Oh, I wish I could point you to them, but I simply can't remember. Suffice it to say, there are several new vendors, well not "new", but more people touting actual tobacco as ingredients -- some have been some mentioned in this thread. I also have sent out so many emails with my traditional list of questions regarding their extracting/filtering/leaf selection processes (from these newbie NET makers) and have gotten a total of ZERO responses. It is hard for me to remember, let alone recommend, any of these vendors when they don't get back with me. I wish I kept track of these things, but I do not.

One last thing, the last vendor that got back with me (not a new NET maker at all) was M&P. They were very forthcoming about which of their juices were extracts and which were juices with TA. The funny thing was that they drew a clear distinction from the juices that were extracts and the ones (the majority of their tobaccos) that contained TA. The juices that contained extracts are RYO, RYO4 and Conspiracy and all the rest were TA. I really appreciated the info and especially the fact that they did not try to conflate "extracts" and TA as being one of the same. They could of just said, "all our tobacco juices come from tobacco." BWB's response was, "I'd have to kill you."

To this day, the only juice vendors that have answered my questions about their extracts are: Ahlusion, Want2Vape, GoodeJuice, Vermillion, The Plume Room, Heather's Heavenly Vapes, House of Liquid, Mom and Pops, Prime Vaping, and HighBrow. (I never emailed Vaperite or DarthVaper.) There were about 5-7 more vendors that I emailed one or twice that did not acknowledge the email.

That's just unnecessarily rude. Take yourself seriously much? :glare:

On one hand I thought it was a joke, but on the other hand it wasn't accompanied by any other info. Oh well, luckily I was merely interested from a research standpoint and not from an over-arching interest in any of the juices.

edit: I just re-read the email and there was an "lol" attached.

Yeah, Mom and Pop are nice folks and they're not trying to pull one over on anyone. I like giving them my business for that reason, just as I like giving Ahlusion my business.

Hard to know what to make of that "lol"... he is an avid hunter after all, and the most dangerous game of all is man(n)...

Now back to NETs. My latest vape-off was won by Gandalf #3 over Gandalf #1. Will run the match again in a month to verify. My Gandy #3 (current) is from 10/17 and the cherry notes are almost completely gone leaving a really nice pipey vape with just a hint of cherry. VERY good. Gandy #1 has no cherry notes, is still very good, but I think I like the current version better.

I am SOOOOOO happy that I got in early enough cause some people have got to be turned off by the #s and such. Sometimes I think back to how simple things were with the refill cartos..simple and BORING! hahaha

Don was always really cool to me, so I think it was a joke, though attached with a certain level of seriousness. Tez, you are nuts!
