I almost forgot this is a review thread. I have always wanted to love Vaperite, but only a couple have suited my tastes: Organic tobacco and another (possible) that I can't remember.

Mr.Mann,

I feel the same way, and I'd add want2vape as well. I have so much respect for both Todd and Donelly that I want to love all their juices, but in fact I don't. In real life, I like only about 1/4 of the juices they offer. I'm not critical of the other 3/4---they're just not my cup of tea.

I do really like vaperite's organic & natural extracted plain tobaccos, as well as the perique. I keep going back for more. Most of the flavored ones (except the APV) couldn't be an all-day vape for me, though I have a feeling that I won't really like many flavors mixed with tobacco. And I'm hesitant to branch out into completely non-tobacco flavors. One of the reasons I smoked was because I do really like the flavor of tobacco.

So far, I don't like the goodejuice flavors as much, though they are good. It might just be because they're different from what I've become used to. I've got 60 ml to test that theory, though unless they really grow on me I think my favorite is still vaperite's organic tobacco.

The goodejuice perique seems to have become a bit more perfumy and much sharper after the first few hours with it it, though the flavor is still coming across very clean, if it mellows a little with age, I may come to really like it. It definitely wicks faster and is thinner somehow than vaperite's NETs. I get the sense that it's more "filtered".

Goodejuice is definitely filtered to such an extent that the juices are very atty friendly and presumably carto friendly.

Although a very decent juice, I wasn't stricken by GeJ. They did a great job of keeping it crisp, but just didn't suit my fancy. I think you will be pleasantly surprised with the HHV line up. Another great line up is the W2V juices. But like a great sage from this thread passed on to me, W2V is a great addition to those juices which just don't come close to your liking, but are very close. The tobacco base they use is of another world. Seriously. Great stuff.

Yeah, the jury is still out for me on GeJ. Crisp is definitely the word. I'm tasting something really tangy, almost like citric acid in the perique.

W2V is probably going to be up after HHV...

W2V and HHV are only similar in that both their names are easily made into an acronyms ending in the letter "V". Other than that, they are completely disparate: W2V is for a select few with highly refined and discerning tastes; HHV is more of a universal appeal that transcends and obliterates preconceived notions about tobacco. (Though nothing is ever of 100% consensus.)

I know of but a couple vapers that don't like HHV liquids and (not so) ironically, they do LOVE W2V.

p.s. With W2V and HHV I am only talking about their NETs.

I like the fact that with HHV you can select the PG/VG ratio... whereas with most (all?) of the other NET makers, it's 50/50 only (vaperite has their 70/30 VR4) -- though I'm torn. I'm intrigued by a 100% VG juice but I'm not sure how my device will like the pure VG... I may have to try more than one blend of the four I want to try from HHV!

I'm guessing that HHV does their extractions in ethanol rather than PG?

That I wouldn't know, becasue they don't reveal anything (unfortunately) about their extracting process. But, I can tell you out of all the blends I've tried from HHV, the recommended 70pg/30vg is the best flavor. I am one of those all vg guys and I love it when I can get it, but it was not the same with HHV. It's odd because some of the all vg blends I've had were producing crazy flavor and vapor, but as Adam said, most of those all vg juices haven't been tasted any other way. That is true. Most of my beloved vg juices have only ever come in all vg so I cannot say how they taste in a different mix. If you try HHV's Putirty in 70pg/30vg you probably will be dissapointed in anything else...HHV's delightful notes must be heard and I don't think the other heavier vg mixes are sensitive to picking up those frequencies.

An interesting side note: HHV's all vg is not thick at all. I seem to get better performance out of less thinned vg, so if you are looking for a thick vg, you may have to consult with Adam and Heather. However, if you are an all vg vaper due to allergies, then by all means have at the all vg, for if you only will have tasted it in one way, you will know know difference.

Thirty Five pages is way too much for me to handle on a Sunday AM. I got half waay through.

I recently started vaping several months ago using an inexpensive system (only thing I could find locally) and their "cigarette" throw away cartridges. They only offered Normal and Menthal in 12, 20, 24 and 36.

A couple of weks ago I upgraded to a Riva 1100 mAh system and have since added about 9 reusable cartomizers. Then the OCD side kicked in and I have about 12 juices. Most I do not like as I'm kind of Old School (old guy as well) and a Martini is gin or vodka and a splash of dry vermouth. A Margarita is tequila, triple sec and lemon juice. Both drinks were invented as perfect. Now they've been .......ized to the point that we see "Appletinis, Banana Margaritas, etc.

I am looking for a cigarette taste, not real harsh and certainly not with all the cloying sweetness that I find so available. Maybe it is a generational thing. Ironically, the cheapies that I started with had the best flavor but the batteries just did not hold much of a charge.

I'n not sure if I added anything to this thread other than a Rant.

vapor station's TAMPA is the best match for a real cigarette vape in my opinion... you'll find a decent # of people that agree.

lots of good tobacco vapes out there... but I feel you need to go to a "lab" juice for a cigarette... Halo FREEDOM is the other...

for a little bit more of an natural taste... bwb's bacco is a great juice that's also stood the test of time

Be sure to wear a seatbelt when trying W2V juices. My chair spun around a dozen times when I first tried the Vapensteins. It's quite amazing.

It just so happens that my last HHV order was a 50/50 blend. There really is no difference that I can detect other than a thicker plume, which was my intent. Kudos to Heather and Adam, and a testament to their skills.

Tip: Go to settings and then general settings and set your posts per page to 40. It makes reading longer threads a breeze.

PrimeVaping has very few Natural Tobacco juices, but they do have some, and for almost all of them you can choose your ratio, and have the option of an "extra shot" of flavor, which, for their juices, many people recommend.

However, my roomie vapes 100% VG and she is having a terrible time finding ANY delivery device that doesn't clog up then burn after a few vapes, and her PrimeVaping juices give her a lot more trouble than mine do, I tend to order 70/30.

There is a huge flavor difference between the Natural Tobacco from PV vs. the Gandalf from HHV, but I have not tried enough others to say about the rest of either line. Gandalf has a strong "cigar note" at the end of each puff which I hated at first but am now getting used to. I might start mixing it with my existing too-boring 0 nic juice, because one thing you can NOT say about Gandalf is that it is boring. (And it *does* make me picture a 1000-year-old wizard!)

For what it's worth hers my thoughts...I just received the Gandalf, filled a cartridge with a LR atomizer on an Ego 650 battery. First thing I always do is smell the juice. If I don't like the smell chances are I'm not likin the juice. It doesn't smell sweet to me but it wasn't off putting. The main thing for me is it didn't make my lungs hurt...no wheezing...this is good!
I'm a lightweight so in my opinion I would consider this a light, VERY smooth vape. I was a bit concerned when I heard alot of chatter about cigar but not to worry, theres an ever so slight taste of it. Just enough...Thats what I would say about this juice...Less is more. Nothing overpowering, every taste is subtle...smooth. Maybe a little fruit in there, I don't care for fruity juices but I like this one. Somewhat dry on the inhale. The exhale for me starts out clean, then I get the cigar, some fruit and of course plenty of tobacco taste. I'm tasting a little sweet at the end now also. Big difference between this and some of the other juice is theres no aftertaste of alcohol, I'm tasting the tobacco...My mix is 100% VG...So far I'm likin it

I vape Gandalf at 70/30 pg/vg. I get more of a "pipe" than a cigar vibe from it. I agree that its flavor is very smooth; however I think it is more "gentlemanly" than "subtle". ;)

At 100%vg, while I don't get cigar, it is rather subtle. As a matter of fact, if there is anyone out there that only vapes vg, that wants to try Gandalf, hit me up and let's talk. ;) I prefer it at 70pg/30vg.

p.s. I think I want to do a review on Goodejuice's Vita Bella...reviews are so tuff though. LOL
