Haha thanks Nick! 12 mg is my shhhh! Someone sent me a sample of Gold and BH a few weeks ago. I Vaped the sample of gold in a day. It's definitely my drity little creamy indulgence. I've been stalking litecig to get some so thanks, just grabbed some. I didn't like Bounty Hunter much but Ill keep some gold around to mix it up. So now Gold and Alice in Vapeland are my only non-tobacco Vapes.

However Alice in Vapeland has two in house NET's currently in testing. I received samples yesterday. They are not straight NET's because they have Natural flavors added so they are %100 natural. They are based around the tobacco flavor but one is a pear flavored tobacco and the other is a tobacco infused with spices and a cool minty touch on the exhale. They both need some steeping but my initial observation is that they smell great. You can definitely smell two different types of rich tobacco, I dripped a little of both bit they definitely need time. I'm excited for these because they definitely make some fine hand crafted juices.

WHAT, GT?!?! I've been trying to get my hands on that stuff for like 2 weeks. P.I.T.A!!! Did you get it recently?

Seriously, as much as I love my NET's, I've been looking for a sweet, desserty, dirty tobacco vape for a little change of pace. I've decided that I wanna try Bounty Hunter and Gold.... obviously I just picked the wrong time for a change of pace.

ps- litecig restocked some yesterday, but it was just 6 and 12mg. :(

TCP, that is what I am talking about! Good job and I am happy knowing that others are taking that direct approach with vendors. Most, well, the good vendors, are more than willing to share and accept suggestions, so good job on connecting wit AiV! AiV: Welcome to the ranks (though the jury is still out).

Interesting for sure. It seems like AiV is a niche kinda vendor, similar to Virgin Vapor.... ?? (i.e. no tobaccos) From what I gather, they're wildly popular. Haven't had any juices from them myself. I don't think it's really a make or break thing though. VV's tobac were a bust, especially for the NET folks, but they still have their dedicated following. Same will happen for AiV. Let's just hope these aren't lookin like they came from the cesspool in my back yard.

How do they look, CatsPj's?

They look and smell great! The first time I tried these guys I knew they were all about quality. You can the pride they take in their work right down to the packaging and personalized vape mail. I've actually been talking with them a lot and both Nicole and Jah are extremely friendly. They are also very creative people. Their juices are tested extensively before being released and before they are set in stone they are released in a beta testing phase for customers to try and give feedback on before they are a permanent fixture in their line up. They actually have about 4 or 5 juices that customers came up with the ideas for the flavor combos and names and AIV executed the finished product and two of these are their best juices, White Rabbit and Twas Brillig. Being a tobacco guy I was already impressed with them before the in house NET's. Now I can say I have very high hopes that these guys will be in my regular rotation to mix things up.

Oh yeah, don't mind me was just finishing my breakfast before you popped in, lol.
Hahahaha. Lady in the office comes by passing out a schedule, says, "smells like pancakes and syrup in here".

I know it tastes like that, never occurred to me it smells like that.

Speaking of breakfast and vaping, does anyone have a good vape that goes with coffee. I don't really think it is possible due to the fact coffee has such a strong acidic flavor but nothing I vape tastes even remotely normal while drinking my morning cup of joe.

I know right hahaha. You think his parents were hippies, lol. His name is totally Jah. Classic.

All good. His folks obviously meant well, and it was surely a different time.

By the way, is that your little guy in your avatar? What a cutie! I've got two boys myself. And to confirm that we're living in very different times, even though I've been immersed in the Reggae music industry and West Indian/Rastafarian culture for the past decade, I can honestly say I never once thought of naming either of my sons Jah. :)

That is a tuff one, TCP. I haven't quite found that essential morning-coffee vape. I always seem to reach for something from the GoodeJuice House Brewed line. GJ4 and Vita Bella usually seem to do the trick, or Wrangler Light. Ahlusion's Blue Grass Burley also cuts through pretty well.

My best coffee vapes are all HHVs. Dragon's Fire, Serendipity and Dark Horse all work really well with java. Weirdly enough, so does Blueberry Muffin.

As for actual coffee-flavored vapes, I will defer to Skinnie and Bill since they are the resident coffee gurus. I like Want2Vape's Campfire Coffee and Creamy Expresso for dark coffees and Cauldron Wizard's Brew for a sweet milky coffee.

Thanks for the suggestions! I have GeJ fire cured and Vita Bella on the way.

Thanks man my son is great! He's 18 months. I think Jah is a pretty rad name! I also chose a pretty hippy name for my son, Sayge. Just like Sage but lady wanted to change the spelling, oh and his middle name is Orion. Totally a hippy name. Love being a dad it's a blast!!!

Seriously, as much as I love my NET's, I've been looking for a sweet, desserty, dirty tobacco vape for a little change of pace. I've decided that I wanna try Bounty Hunter and Gold.... obviously I just picked the wrong time for a change of pace.

As gthompson wrote, if you're looking for dirty, you won't get much of that from BH or Gold. Not any, actually.

That's easily corrected with a bit of Frankenjuicing, however. Add a little GEJ Vita Bella (which complements Bounty Hunter perfectly) or Fire-Cured, or a little of almost any W2V straight NET---Morley, Tabak Especial, and Managua all come to mind. Or add a lot if you like.

I should probably consider using some of the Vapenstein blends I won't vape by themselves for FrankenHunter or FrankenGold. Those Vapensteins (London, Louisville, Stockholm) are just languishing in my juice dungeon, slowly but steadily approaching Alzheimer's stage. What the heck, I might as well try to salvage some of those juices.

I've been going through an extended infatuation with straight vanilla cake juices (CopperCreek's Cake is deliciously cakey, and---surprisingly---MtBakerVapor's Vanilla Cupcake with extra flavor shots is downright yummy with its sweet icing kick; I also have some Alice-in-Vapeland Cupcake City and Lemon Loves Cake that are steeping, but I haven't tried them yet).

Beyond that, however, NETs have completely won me over. I hardly ever vape unmodified BH or Gold anymore. Gold does have a great throat hit, but the lack of any true tobacco taste puts me off (I've been coming to feel almost---not quite, but almost---the same way about HHV Gandalf, so I may begin Frankenjuicing that, too).

I used to add Tabak Especial to many other TINOs (tobacco in name only) with great success. It also made W2V much more palatable, though I like several, and it made W2V easier on coils -- it was win win.

Someone said earlier that Ahlusion isn't for everyone. I have not yet determined if that is true for me, but I was sent some samples by a good friend and I just completed my first one...Dealmaker. I gave it everything I had. Been vaping it for three days on and off. I applied my HHV strategy of "Vape it till you like it" and every other strategy I could think of. But it's just coming up short. At first, I thought it was perfume or chemical. But it's neither of them. It just doesn't taste like anything natural (vegan or fruit). Perhaps plasticky is all I can come up with. I didn't want to post on the Ahlusion thread but thought it would be OK here. But I have three more Ahlusion samples remaining from my good friend and I am looking forward to them.

Dealmaker takes a looong time to steep, but if it had already, then I guess that wouldn't matter. I've got some that is 2 weeks old and I am not messing with it for another 3 weeks at least.. Toddle loo.
