I was so close to pulling the trigger on those when they came out, really glad I didn't. Let us know how it turns out, I think I remember them offering a refund if asked. Hopefully they don't ask you to spend the time and money sending them back. Also scarf, let me know what you think of the kona caramel when you get to it. I had the famous kona coffee milkshake and was very unimpressed. Usually when I don't like a liquid I can still see why others would, but that one I didn't understand.

Tried two of my VV liquids tonight.

The Kona Caramel Milkshake is really excellent. Creamy rich coffee with caramel. Gorgeous plumes of silky rich vapor. I'm happy with this one.

Also swallowed down my bile and tried the Thrilla in Vanilla. Not only does it smell rubbery, it TASTES rubbery too. I don't know if this is chemically possible, but can the excess of TA (or the alcohol used to solubilize it) degrade the rubber of the squeeze dropper? Underneath the rubber there is a stock-standard TA-heavy juice that tastes like a million others that don't cost "organic" prices. I have decided not to try the others since it's unlikely they will be any better.

Excruciatingly polite and neutral letter of dissatisfaction has been sent. I decided not to ask for a refund of the shipping, or of the cartomizer I polluted with this stuff.

Jerms, if they ask me to send it back, I will be (not to put too fine a point on it) upset :)

Is he looking to reproduce the 'smokey' taste of an analog, or the tobacco taste itself?

The tobacco.. not the smokey

One thing about vg is it's naturally a little bit sweet. I've had some mostly vg liquids that have a good tobacco only taste but no experience in the 100%vg ones.

Good to know.. maybe I'll go with a little PG in his mix

Opal I would recommend HHV Dark Horse or Huntsman. Both are available in 100% VG.

I have those two in a shopping cart there.. contemplating.. thanks!

Clouds of Vapor COV Tobacco is "natural" and 100% VG. I don't know if it's an NET for sure, but it tastes nothing like Tobacco Absolute or Tobacco Extract to me---the flavor is closer to "real" cured tobacco and nothing at all like a typical synthetic-flavored tobacco juice). Like all 100% VG juices, it carries some of the sweetness inherent in the VG, but there's no additional sweetness at all, just solid tobacco flavor.

Along with GEJ house-extracted tobaccos, COV Tobacco is one of my go-to juices when I want solid tobacco that that tastes "true" and isn't a blend with other sweeter flavors added.

link: COV Tobacco

Awesome.. he's not like me in the *no such thing as too much juice* boat but I'm working on it! going to that site momentarily

thanks allayas!

Hey Scarf, I requested, and received, my refund for the VV tobaccos. It happened pretty quickly. Still have them sitting in my closet, as they did not ask to have them sent back. The thing that bothers me most about the situation is the term of endearment this line has received: the "fugly" juice! Really?! That's funny?! I don't get it.

Folks, I finally received my Want2Vape package!! (I hate USPS this time of year!!!)

Acid Blondie! Holy shiznit! This stuff is soooooo amazing. I get a nice cigar-like tobacco undertone, but the more prevalent note is something that my tastebuds are interpreting as Sandalwood (amongst other things). This is unbelievable and totally unexpected. I've never smoked an Acid Blondie so I didn't know what to expect. This stuff is putting me in a trance! I feel like I'm burning traditional Tibetan incense. It's woody. It's smoky. It's herbal. So sick! It's like a spiritual experience.... really hard to put into words.

I'll be ordering this in a big bottle. I don't care how many atty's it's gonna clog along the way!

Nope, alcohol doesn't interact or degrade rubber, so what you're getting must be the, ahem, intended flavor. So you're saying it may not be the "best damn tobacco" flavor ever huh.

Glad you like the Kona Caramel Milkshake tho. From my Kona Coffee Milkshake I didn't get any milkshake from it. Absolutely nothing creamy, milky, or sweet. Just a coffee flavor I didn't enjoy along with unpleasant tones to it.

Nice review Nick. I'd like to try Want2Vape but my atties have been talking me out of it.

Last night I was enjoying Candied Cavendish from The Plume Room. The odd metallic flavors I was getiing from their tobaccos with the two cisco 306s I was using isn't there at all with the 901 I'm now using. The CC has a fairly mild, unabtrusive tobacco flavor alongside candy banana, very much like a banana runt. Very nice flavor, really works well together. First banana tobacco flavor I've had. I've had Gorilla Juice but I'll say it again, first banana TOBACCO flavor I've had :D

This morning I'm doing the Smooth & Mild from them. Very pleasant, recognisable tobacco flavor with a little bit of sweetness. I've had this flavor before, before vaping. It's been a while, but I'm guessing it's the flavor of a Swisher Sweet or some other common, mass appeal cigar. Not being a cigar afficionado, I can say this taste really appeals to me. A kind of tobacco flavor I could enjoy for a long vaping session. It's quite different from the Ramaglia's Toscano funkiness and the Cuban Cigar's own distinct tobacco flavor. What I really like about TPR is the tobaccos are quite set apart from each other.

It really does taste and smell exactly like an Acid Blondie does without any burning. I hope you hit up Cold Infusion too. Less herbal, more natural cigar. It won't wreck your atty nearly as bad as the Vapenstein line.

So the non Vapenstein nets from them are really good too without being so hard on atties? And for anyone who has used the Vapenstein with atties what are we talking here. I clean my atty after three days of use, would it be more like having to clean after one day or is it quicker then that? I could handle having to clean it after a day but I'm fearing that after an hour or too it's clogged up enough to lessen performance. Also, does that atty refresher they offer seem to help much?

anyway.. I'm on the hunt for a 100% VG tobacco flavor with no sweet at all .. no other flavors.. just tobacco for my S/O.

I've gotten him some perique.. an exotic blend.. Turkish and one called *full tobac* on the label. He says he can detect other flavors in all of them.. be it vanilla, cherry or some other fruit or just sweetness.

His last couple years of analogs have been bouncing among pall mall, L&M reds, Marlboro reds and occasionally American spirit full flavor.

Recommendations please?

Goodejuice: Patriot, Fire Cured
Vaperite: Natural Tobacco
HHV: Huntsman
Mom and Pops: RYO
Want2Vape: Red Pirate, CI, Managua, Alcazar
Quicknic: Habana Daydream

I hope this helps. These are the ones I can think of right now that are just plain tobacco flavors

Their premium tobaccos are still rough on the atty but not nearly as rough as Vapensteins. None should really clog your atty after a day. The atty refresher does help to break down the flavors and clean them up a bit. To clean I'd blow out the excess eliquid, add some atty refresher and vape that, then dry burn (if it won't kill the atty). If it gets worse then boiling works for me. If it's really caked on then find a nail file or something similar and scrape off the coil. Your regular cleaning habits should be fine with any of Want2Vapes tobaccos.

Thanks, I will re-add them to my list. I try to stay away from really dark problematic juices but their's sound like exceptional, must try ones.

OT but Me too Jerms! I was so disappointed with the Kona. In fact the best coffee I got was a Dekang in a 510 battery and carto. Unfortunately the flavor didn't transfer well to clearos, I don't know why.

Yeah, this Blondie must be an amazing cigar to smoke. I've probably only ever smoked like 3 cigars in my entire life. Never had any interest in them. But I'm quite interested in vaping them now ;)

I have Cold Infusion, Alcazar and Tabak all waiting in the wings. Very excited!

Nick,

I was lucky enough to discover Vaperite my second month of vaping (November, 2010) and soon after began buying Todd's NETs. Shortly after (Feb, 2011), I got hip to Want2Vape and Donley's NETs---ACID Blondie, Alcazar, Red Pirate, and Tabak Especial. Managua and Morley came along for me in May, 2011. So, the bar was set high for me early on. I still haven't tried Cold Infusion (it's newer) and will probably order some eventually.

ACID Blondie is one of those juices that truly amazed me, but never won my heart. That's happened for me with a bunch of superlative juices. I vape them and think, "Now this is what an eliquid should be like. The juicemaker is clearly a creative artist who knows what he/she is doing. I just wish I liked it better."

scarf,

Kona Coffee Milkshake is one of many great juices that aren't for everyone. Very idiosyncratic flavor that tends to fall into the love-it-or-hate-it category. I happen to love it, but many people don't. Sometimes I mix KCM 50/50 with CC Coffee, but it's great either way---on its own or Frankenjuiced. I've not tried the other version, the gussied up ECO Virgin Caramel Kona. Haven't felt a need to shell out extra bucks for that newer one because I'm happy with the original, and also because I hear it's significantly different in flavor profile, what with the caramel and all. Anyway, I like caramel more with tobacco than coffee.

Update: I received two replies from different people at VV offering me a refund. They sent me the refund transaction number. It hasn't yet shown up on my card account but I will give it a few days. They also sent me a 15% discount code which was very kind.

I am quite addicted to this Caramel Kona Milkshake. I have filled a CE5 clearomizer with it (I think they are CE5s... they came with the ITaste MVP) and have been happily enjoying it since yesterday. To be sure, it is one of those calorie-bomb frothy $6 frozen drinks, rather than a "serious" coffee. But it sure is tasty. I like it much better than the "regular" Kona Milkshake, but I had that so long ago I can barely remember it.

Jury is still out on the Drunken Pirate Pudding.

That does sound quite a bit different then the Kona Coffee. I may try it one day if they have a pretty serious sale going on. $1 per ml puts me at what smoking was costing me.

I just checked out how well the "best damn tobacco" was getting reviewed on their site and so far 6 out of 6 rave reviews. Hmmmm.

New NET I just reviewed in the review section here: This one is excellent!!!

My Vape Juice: My Hero Tobacco

I just tried ordering that one, the vanilla blend tobacco, and the gooey buttercake but my cell phone browser shuts down right away when trying to create an account. It'll have to wait until I get to a computer, sure sounds like a winner tho. They have great prices too.
