Agree with the first part, disagree with the second part. I just can't get into SC, and I vaped about 8mls of it just to be DARN sure. Heavenly Army is one of my staples.

;)

HA is a staple of mine too Scarfy but I have to cut it with some Tuscan Cocoa to bring down the richness of the HA. Yes, Tuscan Cocoa! It ends up not being much of a tobacco juice. In fact, it ends up being only a "t b c o" juice. But it is very tasty and has more durability than straight up HA. I could not get into SC either and agree with most here who say there are not many similarities between the two.

This reminds me of the chat I had with Mr. Mann yesterday. NETs are my favorite e-liquids, but I also enjoy synthetic tobaccos from time to time (currently dripping a bunch of Janty stuff). Like I told Mr. Mann, I love getting an authentic burrito from a taco truck in LA, but there are also times that I crave Taco Bell. I enjoy Taco Bell, but don't consider it "real" Mexican food. I'm enjoying Janty's DK RY4, but don't consider it a "real" tobacco e-liquid.

You're on to something...taco e-liquid!!!

Names? How about "Tac-sicity"

HA and Boba's are not similar except with respect to they both share a graham-like note. Beyond that, no. However, I could see if someone enjoyed Boba's, they could also enjoy HA. Make sense?

To me that would be a strong similarity, since to my taste Boba's Bounty is almost ALL graham cracker, so hearing something has a graham-like note reads as a Boba's-like note to me. If Heavenly Army is tobacco with a graham note it would taste to me what some others claim to taste in Boba's lol. Either way, I have a feeling I'll like HA since the graham is what I love about Boba's.

I've been steeping this thread for the last few days. i.e Not reading or participating in here, other than catching an occasional glimpse in email updates. Just like most of the lovely juices that are discussed in here, it's good when fresh, but damn is it ever exceptional when catching up the last 3 days. :D

The sheer amount of information in here continues to astound me!

Like I say, I think Boba's and HA fans stand a pretty good chance of liking the other (the juice that is...the fans I don't know about). However, they each have their own bends which is quite significant. Boba's has that peppery bend and HA has a creamy bend. Also, the graham note in Boba's is stronger than it is in HA. And while HA is a tobacco, I still pick up more tobacco in HA than I do Boba's.

They seem miles apart to me right now. I guess I should let HA steep a few more weeks before I really make that assessment.

Ok... I've now got a question concerning the various Ahulsion aromatics that are available.. Which, if any, have Latakia in them? So far, that is the one flavor that I seem to be negative towards at the moment.

If using menthol on a good tobacco offends you ( like putting ketchup on steak lol ), you may want to skip the next paragraph :D .

I've been putting off ordering any Ahulsion's to this point simply just because many don't come with a menthol option... which I've now got addressed since I got some AeJ's P-38 in and it's everything that Mr.Mann said... a very strong menthol that only needs a drop or so in a ml of e-liquid.

EDIT... perhaps also include any of the non-aromatics from Ahlusion as well... There are a few of those also of interest to me.

I'm sure Wlad would put menthol or mint in anything you asked him to. He has several different levels of menthol, so you should email him to see what he recommends for a particular e-liquid in relation to the level you're looking for.

Probably a great recommendation... Having the P-38 available to frankenjuice with, I'd also be able to actually tell him the percentage I like in each as well.

As for the previous question... I believe I can already answer it for the aromatic line, now that I've had a bit of spare time to look closer... it appears that only Devil Dog has Latakia listed in it. The non-aromatics are more problematic in that they don't usually list what tobacco's are used

I am soooooo waiting on the two new visitors to Paris. I have nothing but good things to say about that juice, aside from the normal issues with clogging wicks/coils.

I have become a Paris fan (the e-liquid, I've long been a fan of the city). The description is spot-on -- it definitely tastes similar to European cigarettes like Gauloises and Gitanes, though it also reminds me of the Du Maurier cigarettes that are popular in Canada. It has the boldness of the cigarettes, but without the harshness. That said, out of the three W2V NETs I've been vaping, I can see many vapers liking this one the least and saying that it's harsh.

The word I would use to describe Paris is dirty, but I mean that in a positive way. The only problem is that this juice makes me want to wear a beret, sport a horrible French accent, and say things like, "Allo! My name eez Piere. I ave come to ze America to sleep wiz your wife."

Like R said, you can request any of the juices to have menthol added. They have 4 levels I think, 2 menthol and 2 mint, but if you emailed them the exact amount you're looking for they would accomodate.

I doubt that any of the non-aros use Latakia. Devil Dog is the only aro I've had that has it.

I just got some vape mail. In it were W2V, MOV, M&P and Nitelite.

W2V Louisville is freaking amazing. I'm vaping on it now. Is this young juice, or is it pre-steeped like Ahlusion aros? If it does change, how, if you can explain it?.

W2V London, Managua, Paris and Stockholm are the others from W2V. What should I vape next?

Southern Gentleman and Pendragon from MOV also showed up today. I already know I like those. SG is fantastic first thing in the AM with french press coffee.

Are M&P Tobacco Haze and Tobacco Praze natural flavored? I don't think NiteLite is. but I've been wrong before.

I'm curious who these people are that said Smooth Criminal and Heavenly Army are similar? I personally don't find them anything alike other than (like Mann said) they're both juice.

WAAAAAT?!?!?! Someone said that? Sure they weren't trolling? There's nothing that compare to Ahlusion NET. Imo, of course.

From what I've read the W2V baccos are good right away, no steeping needed.

Those from M&P use TA I beleive. Haven't had them, but Tobacco Haze, RYO, Conspiracy, and RYO4 have been on my list to buy for a while. I hear they do a good job with TA.

Just finished my last drop of Pendragon :( . It will be missed until I reorder from MOV. Still have a lot of Southern Gentleman, hasn't quite clicked with me yet but lots of potential.

Nice review Jerms. It kinda puts my "great flavor, a little dry" assessment of Wild Turkey to shame. LOL

You all seem to be able to pick these liquids apart. I don't think I can do that, but I've only had about eight NETs so far and most have been on the sweeter side from HHV. After having WT and Patriot I'm actually afraid to try BGB or DD. That might punch my head off.

I love DD, but I can see how it might be a stretch for a new tobacco vaper. BGB, however, ought to be on every tobacco vaper's hit parade. It's just pure sweet tobacco, all pleasure and no work at all. Get it right away -- or as soon as it's available again. That said, I didn't like it at first. I thought it was bland and grassy. It's not; it was my out-of-whack taste buds and my mistaken preconceptions. You'll get it right away, I predict.

I didn't say one was better than the other, just that they're quite different to me.

Oh, I know. :) I'm just kind of in shock that someone would think them similar. IIrc, they're 2 different types of tobacco. Please, someone correct me if I'm mistaken.

What I meant by the no comparison comment is that I don't think any other NET tastes similar to Ahlusion's NETS. Apache from MOV is as close as it gets. But DD! is still better to me.

Sorry if I'm not making sense, I spilled 200* water on my leg yesterday scalding it from mid thigh to foot. Needless to say, I'm on 30mg of hydrocodone.
