They're in the process of becoming an approved ECF supplier so let's not muddy the waters for them Jerms.

Fine, I'll just go back to pretending I'm a regular, everyday Joe Citizen. I'm still keeping the dress on (I pretend to be a female PI). Way to ruin my good times killjoy ;) :p :D

Glad to see they may be an ECF approved supplier though. That's a thread I'll be subscribed to.

Chaze, you jumped from one end of the spectrum of tobacco impact to the opposite end. There are many good NETs in between. Post what you have liked and what you are looking for and you'll get some suggestions for a less dramatic step in NET exploration. Hang on to the Louisville, you may like it in the future or there are many that would trade for it.

Thanks Johni. I've already put it in the steep pile. I'm on to QnJ's Clove Cove and Vanilla tobacco. Both are good. I guess I'm looking for something like Legend but 1notch less in the sweet category. I still have 5 others to try. I ordered a rebuildable dripper (IGO-L) so these taste test sessions won't be so costly.

New NET vendor, www.Naturally-Extracted-Tobacco.com, e-liquids for electronic cigarettes, looks promising. They offer 14 NETS and extracts (adding more!) with a high degree of customization available. You can select PG/VG ratio, extra flavor, shipping method, and extraction method! They utilize cold, heated, and alcohol extraction methods and their main mixologist is a molecular biologist (sound familiar?). From their website, it looks like they have set up their business like true NET aficionados would recommend and I look forward to talking with them and trying their products.

Well, that was fast...

I wrote a mini novel with questions and Clay at natural-Extracted-Tobacco.com replied almost immediately.

Items of note:
- the store opens the week of July 8. You can put items in your carty and try to check out but, the payment gateway is not connected right now
- Hot extraction is faster and produces a more bold and rich flavor whereas cold extraction takes longer and is smoother (I guess it is similar to coffee brewing) - there should be a notable difference between them
- No chemicals or flavorings are added so, no TA or WTA is used
- If it is a fruit based tobacco, real fruit is used
- They extract in pure VG and pure PG to cover as many ratios as possible
- More pictures will be coming including one of their lab setup
- Not sure if you noticed but, they offer both glass and plastic bottles. Glass is available at 15, 3-, and 60 ml
- There are some cigar flavors are only available heat extracted

So... that looks like 6 sample packs (plus some) to cover the options... 24 flavor and extraction combinations

Edit - I have Clay's permission to post the above in case anyone was wondering...

I liked that they put their Methodology for extraction & filtering on the site, and quickly responding to CannedWolf's numerous questions and giving non-evasive answers puts them next in line for an order. The first liquid will be "The Boss", I think Tony Soprano would approve this, Acid B (I see a name change coming) is a must for comparison to "The Blond".

Nice find johni :D

Bill, that's the absolute best analogy I've ever read/heard. Barvo!

More proof Bill resides on a different Vape Cloud

Lancelot huh? Seems I need to give mtn oak a looksie

I really enjoyed Southern Gentleman & Sunday Morning, my Full Virginia Flake RY4 has been in a 3 month steep (old habits are hard to break), and a small hiatus from RY4 juices.

The IGO is an excellent choice for flavor testing. Easy and cheap to set up, clean, rebuild, and provides accurate flavors. I have mine set up with a microcoil and small cotton wick for switching flavors easily.

Glad the QNJ juices are working better for you. A couple of good vendors to look at next would be Good eJuice and Ahlusions non aros.

Nope, I'm a hairy legged female PI. The most hard-boiled of all detectives.

Interesting... they do custom extraction as well.

Looks like most liquids offer heat and cold extraction methods as well...

Might have to give them a go.

Heeeeey, what happened to that carbon? I swear I just put it down right next to me.

Ok, I need help here. I was looking at their site and they list the types of extraction and a general indication of what type lends itself to certain characteristics (heat extracted= fuller flavor, cold= smoother, etc.).
And I understand that higher PG and higher nic generally means more throat hit, but can anyone tell me which will give a better throat hit with PG and nic levels being the same?
Their tobaccos sound really enticing.

oh, and if Mr. Mann is still reading this thread, maybe he can tell me if he knows whether they use DHMO? :p

Taking a semi-educated guess I'd think Fuller Flavor would have a bigger TH... Based on Pure Speculation only!

That is my assumption as well though, I suspect it also has to do with the types of extraction - PG based extraction should give more hit just because of the properties of PG. I also suspect dihydrogen monoxide is used for some part of the process ;)

We'll see if it makes a difference when I can get in there and snag some samples :)

The heat extracted method would provide slightly more throat hit.

I'll probably start out by ordering 2 samplers of the same juices, one cold and one heat extracted. Leaning towards Balkan, Chris' Blend, and Coventry. And a bottle of Blondie of course.

Hehe. There's a couple I have no desire to try, but just a couple. The booze flavored cigars I'll pass on. And Chewbacco (cool name) I may eventually try, but I wasn't a fan of Red Pirate. All the pipes sound great, as do most of the cigars. If I dig these enough, I may venture into a little DIY with the extracts they have.
