You can vape up that 555 and House Blend immediately. Give Wrangler a couple of weeks.

I have 3 GoodeJuices calling my name right now. I just got them in the mail yesterday. Which is best without steeping?

Wrangler Light
555
House Blend

I was wrong, no Perique in Vita Bella. I asked Nick to be sure. So this juice continues being amazing!

You weren't the only one who guessed Perique. My guess was Virginia and Perique, boy was I off..

Wile VB is only two ingredients, tobacco + 1, the tobacco is a blend of exotic air-cured burley, flue-cured Gold Leaf and Oriental (Turkish) tobaccos (no casings; it's raw). This comes from the dude himself.

"Exotic" Burley and "raw" Turkish. Those adjectives to the tobaccos must be what gives the +1 such a unique and interesting spin to me.

Well, it is time. I have secured a well steeped sample of VB from a fellow ECF net fiend. Should be here by Wednesday. Now I am really looking forward to it. I will post my thoughts of it here of course.

So my favorite juice list of the maybe 2 dozen I have on hand right now of all the big name favorites reads like this: W2V Louisville, W2V Managua, BWB RY4, N-E-T Coventry, N-E-T Black Cavendish, N-E-T 3 Crowns, A+ Maple Burley, A+ Blue Grass Burley.

Still wrestling with, like a lot but still undecided: A+ Devil Dog, GEJ Natural Perique, GEJ Patriot

Contenders to make my rotation that I have not tried: MOV Pendragon, MOV SundayMorn, MOV Apache, GEJ Vita Bella, A + Vurley, N-E-T Black cherry tobacco, Mango Vanilla Tobacco, Spirit, Gold, Boss, H+, BWB Casablanca, GEJ GJ4...

Anything else pantheon-worthy I needs to check out?

I'm vaping 2 1/2 month old VB in the RDA right now... and last night as well. It's good to know which tobacco are in it, too. Thanks, Mr.Mann and johni for inquiring.

I'm still learning :)

My GeJ fav list is as follows: Organic #1, Vita bella, Wrangler Light, Patriot, and Wild Turkey. Still need to try Acadian Gold, Apple Cured, Fire Cured, natural Perique, and GJ4.

I know Patriot scores low with me, but it's a little too authentic and in-your-face for me. I've come to appreciate subtle beauty in flavor more, since I like to vape juices a while in one sitting. I can only do a few vapes on Patriot before I need to move on.

Yes...from YOU clown

Haha, I was confused since you said well-steeped, the stuff I'm sending you was ordered recently so it's fresh. Still damn good though. I'm also throwing in a limited-edition NET. That one is very well steeped, and pretty rare. Don't get excited though, I didn't say it was any good lol.

Well, here goes:

all are 12mg, 70/30 (because that ratio is listed as recommended) and at 8w. All tasting was done with fresh atomizers - 5 at a time (thoroughly cleaned afterwards) in the order that they are listed. I intentionally did not vape the heat and cold extractions of the same flavors back to back in the hope that I could taste the difference before steeping. As usual, the website is not used for reference as I taste the liquids and I vape 0mg Ecto as a palette cleanser between flavors.

Heat Extraction

Cigar (these were included as samples which I didn't ask for - thanks Clay!)
3 crown
very smooth, medium-ish tobacco leaf, very slight hint of folliage notes (not grass, more appropriately a plant or tree leaf) at the peak, and a very slight darker almost roasted cocoa taste at the end of the exhale

Cognac-Infused
smooth but, complex flavor composition. The tobacco has similar composition to the 3 Crown with the addition of a deeper, slightly spicy tobacco notes. The cognac does come through more on the exhale and it mingles in the aftertaste (which is slight). This won't translate well but, the flavor composition is warm and slightly sweet.

Pipe
Balkan
light peat (from the latika which I can definitely taste), I can taste some virginia tobacco mixed in with a bit of a deeper, slightly spicy tobacco. The earthy notes (light peat mostly but, some earth tones as well) are stronger at the end of the inhale and peak where the light peatiness comes through in the exhale

Chris' Blend
naturally sweet blend of tobacco. There is a lot going on with this one - I am getting the higher, sweet notes from a cevendish, the more mid range of a virginia, and some deeper notes. Again, there is a very slight spice (almost not there).

Gold
smooth, mellow tobacco. Almost tastes like the lighter, slightly sweet notes of a turkish without the spice or low notes.

Black Cavendish
medium sweetness with a slightly spicy tobacco. Light smokiness at the peak of the inhale. Not surprisingly, it is definitely a cavendish.

Bombay
This is an interesting and complicated blend. I taste the sweetness and notes of the Cavendish along with the peat and earthy note (again, light latika) that I get in the Balkan with hints of the Gold. Surprisingly (to me anyway), the different flavors are well balanced - no one is more overpowering than the others.

Dover Court
slightly sweet. I can taste some cavendish in there with a more middle ranged tobacco (similar to Gold), the vanilla is more of a vanilla bean and present only at the peak for me - very very faint.

Coventry
similar in composition to Dover but, with a bit more of a deeper tobacco varietal - could be a burley or another darker tobacco similar to the the dark notes in 3 crown - with a bit more smokiness and stronger vanilla. keeps the slight sweetness and i can definitely taste the cavendish

Cold Extraction
all the flavors that are cold extracted are, not surprisingly, very very very very (yes, that's 4) similar to their heat extraction counterparts. Generally speaking, the the highest and most pronounced notes are slightly muted and the flavors are more smoothly or tightly blended. I also get a bit more sweetness from cold extraction than the heat extraction (which could be putely in my head). It is too soon to tell without steeping but, my first impression is that the cold extractions lose some of the complexity but gain additional smoothness

There are not significant enough differences in flavor to give the cold extraction its own callout. This may change with steeping. These were the cold extraction flavors I tasted today:

Balkan
Chris' Blend
Gold
Black Cavendish
Bombay
Dover Court
Coventry

Interestingly, I have preferences across the extraction type with these - some I prefer heat extracted and others I prefer cold (and, as is expected, some aren't for me at all). I expected to prefer one over the other so, I ma a bit surprised with the outcome. I won't call out the ones I prefer in this post.

it is also important to note that while some of these flavors aren't for me, they are all blended well with complimentary flavors that mix well - definitely a high degree of quality. I am looking forward to how they open up after steeping.

Special thanks to Tez for letting me try his Ahlusion Wild Wood juices (Apple, Cherry, Peach, Vanilla, and Maple) and BWB RY4 today at the E-Cig City 4 vape meet. I totally see why Wild Wood is described as an offshoot of the River Tree line. They're good non-aros for people that like nutty and sweet tobaccos. Surprisingly, Apple Wild Wood ended up being my favorite. I expected to like Maple WW and Peach WW more.

I'm with you on your assessment of Apple Wild Wood -- pleasant surprise, because Apple House Blend just wasn't quite for me. And thanks for letting me try BillHerbst's rockin' RY4 and to a much lesser extent, the Hangsen Hot Dog and Italian Cheese!

I was going to release Apple Wild Woods from the steeping box last night but grabbed Strawberry Vanilla Cake instead. This is a rare dessert juice that I can vape for hours without itching for a tobacco vape. This is slap your baby Jesus good.

That made me chuckle. Thanks :)

Wlad is taking down the Vanilla Wild Wood (and perhaps the Cherry also) in order to tweak them some, as he thinks (based on his own tasting and customer feedback) that the delicious WW base tends to do something odd to the other flavors.

I am still looking forward to trying the Peach Wild Wood, though. :)

That's very interesting. Cherry WW was the one I liked the least. Vanilla was in the middle of the pack for me. Still, I thought they were all generally good juices -- gotta love Wlad's willingness to tweak. If I remember correctly, my rankings based on a short sampling were:

1) Apple
2) Maple
3) Peach
4) Vanilla
5) Cherry

Going into the sampling, I thought that Peach WW and Maple WW would have been #1 and #2 for me, respectively. Apple WW was a nice surprise.

Glad I picked the apple WW. I just chose that because I hadn't had anything apple from Ahlusions, but it's looking like with some dumb luck I got the best one. Still looking forward to trying peach and vanilla WW, amongst many others from them.

Vaping the vanilla QnJ contes vape tonight. After hitting the foo foo vapes StrawVanCake and Mango Lassi heavy since last night, it had a pretty kicken tobacco kick for the first several vapes. Now it's settled down into a smooth pipe bacco vape. So far so good with this round 2, steeped QnJ tobaccos.
