Just to give yet another take on it...

Legend, like the others mentioned, to me tastes like a cherry cavendish tobacco ( small font, as mentioned ). It do set a little stronger with age, so if you don't like it at first wait and it will get a little stronger ( not a big flavor change though in my book )

Serendipity is what makes things interesting... both are extracted from the same tobacco source but the differences in the extraction makes it come off as a coffee with a touch of tea cavendish instead for whatever reason. I like both but lean towards Serendipity just a little more. To me, the coffee notes richens it up and makes it taste just a little darker to me.

All very interesting takes. I have my W2V's steeping, I am stocked up on DD! and Maple Burley, and I just placed a massive NETCOM 2nd order, so I am pretty tapped out. However a MUST TRY flavored tobacco might still be ordered before I shut down for a bit. I am thinking Pendragon, (along with some Sunday Morning)...unless somebody can convince me to go legend or smokin' cherries instead.

I would suggest you try their #7 Blend. I think you will probably enjoy it.

Also, naturally-extracted-tobacco has a bourbon-infused cigar that I haveheard really good things about and I just ordered. I have had 2 of their cigars so far and they are in my top 5 cigar vapes on the market right now, 3 crowns for me is rivaled only by W2V Managua.

I like Pendragon a little more than Legend... it's just more complex to me and a little stronger. As for Smokin' Cherries... that's a tough one for a couple of reasons, mainly I haven't tried it yet... but its an aromatic blend which means it's going to be a big font tobacco... something I really like after getting used to BGB

I wish Scarf-ace was here right now. She knows Pendragon is a joke, and Legend is much better. :D

Yeah I'm with ya, PenD has a bit more tobacco kick than Legend, and a little vanilla running through it. Smokin Cherries ramps up the tobacco kick quite a bit, but is still pretty easy to vape.

I almost ordered that but I really wanted to try their root beer and caramelized coffee. I have a divine vanilla that I mix with things and I love root beer floats on occasion. lol. I paid it forward to my wife's coworker and gave away a bottle of caramel macchiato and ended up missing it more than I thought.

I have a solution though. When I order gallon sized jugs if KY4 and company I'll grab a free sample of #7 and test it...and then buy a gallon of that. haha

On the root beer front, it is not a root beer, but I cannot heap enough praise upon Ahlusion's W&A sassparilla. That stuff is FANTASTIC.

I've been vaping two month old juice (labeled) Legend, 70/30 12mg, all day in a Kanger T3, from 9.8 to 12 watts and I haven't tasted much Cherry at all, I've gotten a medium tobacco with some Spice & Cocoa in the background.

I'm still vaping it now @7 watts which is the lowest setting, the Cocoa note is gone and maybe a hint of Cherry but that could be from the power of suggestion, it's mainly a Spicy type tobacco at this wattage.

This is the last of my 15ml, ~1.3 left in the T3, and I never got Cherry... my Buds must be shot. Well, I went the opposite direction @ 16 Watts... definitely picking some Cherry this time, no Cocoa and a Spicy tobacco. Damn good buzz chain vaping @ 16 watts though.

Thanks for the tip! Root beer is a tricky flavor. I almost never drink soda but when I do it's a small batch root beer. I haven't tried any root beer juice yet. I keep thinking it's going to have that weird fake flavor that you get with cheap candies or run of the mill sodas. I like the thick creamy natural root beer flavor without sugar overload. I'll score some Ahlusion and check it out.

I'd go for a flavored Ahlusion aromatic. Vurley, Honey Cured, Sweet Georgia Peach, Maple Burley, and Cocoa Blend are all pretty fantastic. I didn't like Smokin' Cherries as much as the others, but there are NETizens that understandably love it.

I ordered mine April 1st.... but that aside... re-read what Mr. Mann posted... just because one person tastes something doesn't mean someone else will also... It's unlikely that there is anything wrong with your taste buds or mine or Jerm's ( ok, may be pushing it there lol )... you just perceive it differently nothing more.

An extreme ( but common ) example of this is seen with the chemical PTC... some people taste nothing bitter and others can't stand it... see PTC: GENES AND BITTER TASTE

Yeah, I understand and agree with all you and Mann said, I just figured my Delivery System and Wattage selection gave me a different impression. I find fruit flavors are normally more prominent at lower voltage/wattage settings, but after powering up to 16 watts some Cherry finally appeared.

What had caught me off-guard was I knew I had an HHV juice that had Cherry notes, and while vaping Legend, I just assumed it would be the Serendipity that had Cherry, couldn't of been more wrong... and now you all know why I rarely do juice reviews.

Maple Burley is currently my #1 juice in all the cosmos. I am pretty much ADVing NETCOM Coventry right now (with breaks for Ahlusion W&A Sass) and A+ Maple Burley on nights and weekends (with assorted NET's mixed in)

The difference in flavor with different type of heaters is huge. Even in a similar device, small changes can make big difference in flavor. Right now a bunch of my small drippers have the same type of mini coil, set up the same way, the only difference is some have EkoWool for wick and some have German silica. So everything being about the same, the only difference being a different type of silica wick, I notice quite a difference in flavor for a lot of juices. Carto or atty, top coil or bottom coil, kanthal or nichrome; all these are a big part why juices taste different to different people. And that's just one of many reasons we experience flavor when vaping differently.

I also notice different flavor notes at different watts, but not as much as I read others reporting.
