Eleanor, are you still using 808s? If not, I can tell you that fasttech sells two kinds of EGO clearomizers that work well:

These CE5s (mesh cores)
and
these Iclear 16s (dual-coils with string wicks).

I have had an Iclear with my Erinmore homebrew and a CE5 with the very goopy Candied Cavendish running for two weeks. Still good.

I buy those FT CE5's every month and think they perform well considering their price. I've been pleased with mine. Out of 30+ purchased only 3 arrived DOA. The only thing I would say about them is don't clean them/soak them in vodka. I've tried this 3X and it resulted in about half of them leaking afterward. I think these are truly disposable.

Ditto on that: they are cheap enough at $2.42 each that I get a few weeks' usage out of them and chuck them.

Pro-tip though: don't buy the red ones. For some reason the tips don't have threads on them, and the tips from the other colored ones don't fit. FT credited my account for the two bad ones.

Since I have a few dozen T3 coils in my drawer, I've been trying to use them up even though I've really gone off T3s. Not good for NETs (only about 0.5ml per coil before it gets burnt-tasting) but not too bad for thinner non-tobaccos. My TV Peach Cobbler tastes yummy in a T3.

How is that QnJ working for you Scarfy? El is liking hers so far.

LURRRRRVE them. I am still working on Proudest Monkey in my new Vmod XL... 4mls down and still not tired of it, which is kind of shocking for me. And Istanbul (Not Constantinople) Humpback is still the shizz.

Scarf... did you try removing one of the flavor wicks that sits on top of the coils?

Eleanor: I picked up the 1.5 ohm replacement coils for my iclear16s this last time, and they run low on VV devices, are great for unregulated mods or egos, and they deliver a warm vape and the coils don't gunk as fast as with the standard 2.2 ohm ones that run at higher voltages.

I have nothing but NETs in all 3 of my iclears and it's been wonderful.

I have been ordering my coils and I16s from Health Cabin. They take a long time to deliver from China, but at $17 for five clearos and $8.50 for 5 coils, they are a really good deal. I take the little plastic head off and clean the coil in grain alcohol and have used them weeks on end with no leakage or build up.

I'm using nearly exclusively these days Halo's 900mah Triton batts, which have a vGo threading (combo of 808 and eGo threading -- don't ask me why!) (I know, always gotta be the idiosyncratic one! :D)

This limits me to using tanks and clearos with that odd vGo threading; my primary supplier of such is Smokeless Image (whose X² big batts are likewise vGo threaded). Halo is way behind the curve on their hardware, but SI keeps on their toes for us 808/vGo enthusiasts. :)

Jerms, Mann is correct in recalling that DV NETs have tobacco as a foundational rather than a starring role. I've kind of moved on from that; however, if you like either the Ghost Peachbacco or the Cranbacco you can thank moi, as those were created specifically in response to my requests! :p

Thanks for commenting on them! I'm okay with the tobacco not taking the lead, as long as they taste good. Worth checking out for me. I'm ok with NETs is the good to very good range.. helps me further appreciate the greats and fantastics lol. It's funny, with arti-baccos and non-baccos they better be really damn good or I'll cry and complain, and downgrade it to on-the-go eVod status. With NETs.. make a solid, vapable effort and I'll happily vape it as an at-home, hobby vape.

If they got the flavor of white peach down with Ghost Peachbacco, I'll be handing out the Thanks Eleanors!

This is true. I emailed them some suggestions and they said I'm not nearly charming enough for them to consider it. They said.. you are NO Eleanor! Good day to you.

It hurts.. but they're right.

How often can someone work a Ghostbusters II reference into the NET thread?

Anyway, I stopped in at GeJ this afternoon and got Luigi to mix me up a 30 ml. bottle of 100% flavoring for each blackberry and black cherry...

now the question is, which NET's do I go with on the flavors? I think the black cherry might go well with either the Patriot or maybe even the Acadian, and the blackberry....not sure.

Oh, and for you DIY'ers, how much flavoring should I be adding per ml.?
