I just checked out DarthVapers website. They don't seperate the NETs from the arti-baccos until ya click on the juice, so I went through them. These are the NETs, some sound interesting and I'm kind of excited to check them out.

555 (yes, this one IS a NET! I almost didn't click on it assuming it's not. First NET I know of sold as a 555)

Applebacco (sweet apple, woodsy tobacco. This may be your red apple NET Jef)

Berserk (whisper of citrus. I really want to try this)

Black Cherry tobacco
BlueBacco
CocoBacco
Cranbacco (Dover? Lol)

Ghost Peachbacco (white peach! Woodsy tobacco. Yep.)

RY4 (calling Bill)
RY5 (calling Bill again!)

Vanilla Tobacco (yeah I'll get it, it is a van-bacco after all)

Dude! I hadn't even thought about the Dover (Vapor Station) connection. Since I am still waiting on the plane to land from India, maybe I should check out CB. Maybe not? I have my expectations kinda low, and am really only shooting for solid liquids with an ease of vape. What I remember about Vanilla Tobacco was that it had a great TH. That's always a winner for me. Either which way, I do like hybrid NETs, so I too am am looking forward to trying Berserk (I just ordered it along with Vanilla Tobacco and B.F.F).

Thanks for mentioning B.F.F., I wrote it down as a NET but didn't type it in my post, going to edit to include that. Curious to see if that one works for you. Hazelnut tobacco.. I don't know.

For my queue I added Berserk (could be interesting with the hint of citrus) Ghost Peachbacco (I LOVE white peaches, eating them like crazy lately), Vanilla Tobacco, and RY4.

If I remeber correctly, they were steepers, but of course I'll try them from the giddyup.

Ok, just did a thread search on this thread about DarthVapers and got some interesting results. Here's what I found..

Eleanor was the first to mention them very early in the thread. They were one of the first handfuls of recognized NET vendors; she loved the Applebacco (hi El!)

Voltron tried the Cocobacco and found the tobacco to strong, compared it to Tabak Especial from W2V (Coffee-Infused Cigar).

Mann tried and liked them.

So after the brief mention early, they haven't even been brought up until almost a year later. I find this interesting; a NET vendor, been known as a NET vendor the whole time, was enjoyed by a couple prominent posters here and then poof... just never talked about. Maybe they got looked over because of the name?

I've bumped this vendor up in my queue. I'm hoping they turn out to be a looked over gem. It's like discovering a new NET vendor who has been there the whole time. The quiet wallflower that may have a lot to offer. Hey you, can I have this dance?

Nice, NaSake. What I am hoping for, as had been proven here MANY times, is that if enough interest ensues, maybe we could convince DV to try some new things. I think since they have been around for so long, they may not realize what/where the market is right now, and they may be a little old school in what they think a natural tobacco should taste like (meaning with added flavors). I talked to Clay today and we kinda chuckled at how widespread the views are that this thread gets. Of course there are hardware threads that get read around the world, but for a liquid thread? The NT thread is maybe only trumped by bill's RY4 Round-up, but either way, this thread can move customers and even vendors.

Dulce Cubanito from Welcome to AhlusionIt just doesn't taste like a actual cigar or cigar NET to me, more of a take of an arti-bacco cigar vape.

Bingo. I think I was expecting something different from Dulce Cubanito. It's not bad, just not what I was anticipating after the other fantastic tobaccos I have had from Ahlusion. I pick up an odd, dusty taste I just don't care for.

Another great review, Jerms.

Yep, good points. If they added some straight tobacco NETs to the menu, I'm sure those would sell better now than they would have earlier, when adding flavors was probably a better sell. As long as the base extracts are done well; plus keeping the flavored ones in the line-up. Would help to include the type of tobaccos used in them and made some pipe style blends. It would also help to have a NET section seperate from the arti-baccos, like QnJ has recently done, and most others already do.

I brought up their NET RY4 in the Big RU. Bill had some RY5 from a while back, that he had stored to review with DV's RY4 to add to the report card, but never panned out. He just dripped some of the RY5 and said yep, definately a NET and not TA. Because of the extraction type I'm guessing they are fairly clean on the coil?

Yes, they need to change that on the website. Short of making you click on everything, which is a bit like having to go through ever aisle in the grocery store to find what you're looking for (good business tactic), I would rather not have to look through everything. Though, DV's site is still way more user friendly than Vaperite's site. I never understand what in the devil Vaperite is categorizing. Sheesh.
(But it is a little better on their site now).

Anyway, yes,DV's liquids burn as clean as if they were not NETs, but they clearly are (that distilled tobacco is virtually free of particlate matter). The tobaccos in those liquids, from what I can remeber, act as the foundation more so than the star, but for a cat like me, the bass, err, base should be the star! LOL

p.s. I agree with you about Dulce. It was an absolutely fantastic liquid for a couple days in its steep, but it didn't last.

Thanks dgmc!

That dusty/powdery taste was something I actually kind of liked, similar to what Sahara does (but better). DC is quite the odd ball in Ahl's line-up though. The only one I'm aware of that isn't listed in either their aro or non-aro lines.

I love Sahara and I don't mind a powdery taste, the dusty taste I get in DC is different it's more of a dirt kind of flavor... Like the smell of your furnace the first time you turn it on in the winter. Man I am terrible at putting my opinions of flavors into words. lol!

Just to reiterate, I don't think Dulce Cubanito is terrible and I'll certainly finish the bottle I have. It's just not my thing. Of course that could also change with a little more time on the shelf.

Not terrible at all, just not my thing either. The juice I had that's similar to it sometimes worked and sometimes not. DC is a juice I can tell right away if I'm in the mood for it.

One thing I have to ask about NET's; do they tend to have a moist vapor, or a really dry vape?

Moist/dry as in the actual texture of the vape? There's no generalizing unfortunately: it depends on your pg/vg ratio and equipment. Generally the higher in VG you go, the fluffier/moister the vapor becomes. Some juices with high VG like Plume Room and Want2Vape have decadent, almost silky vapor that you really feel on your tongue.

That's my experience anyway. I can't say that NETs perform differently than artificial flavored juices. Except, of course, in the area of coil residue. That's just something you need to learn to live with. :(

Eleanor, are you still using 808s? If not, I can tell you that Fasttech sells two kinds of EGO clearomizers that work well:

These CE5s (mesh cores)
and
these Iclear 16s (dual-coils with string wicks).

I have had an Iclear with my Erinmore homebrew and a CE5 with the very goopy Candied Cavendish running for two weeks. Still good.
