Man that boba's bounty is a awesome NET..........;)except I don't taste much tobacco!

Last night I finished off the last of the Boba's that I've had around for a loooooong time. The very last vape tasted exactly like a NET.

Ok I lied, still tasted like graham crackers.:D

So sayeth the self-proclaimed "Ambassador of Vape" and so it shall be.

Makes me glad I got into this N-E-T Coventry. I have been chain vaping Ahlusion W&A Sassy for 3 days straight...but this Coventry is most outstanding. I have 5 full tanks of different NET's on my desk right now and I haven't touched anything else all morning. This stuff is GLORIOUS.

I don't remember if I requested a bottle of Coventry or Dover's Courst. I originally asked for both, but Clay mentioned they are fairly similar so I picked one and went for a different pipe juice. Hope they click for me like they are for you!

Dust, did I miss your impressions of the QnJ samples?

Aaaaand.. Mr. Mann's impressions too.

That just may have been my last purchased bottle of Boba's. It's still good, just rarely wanted to vape it. Had an excellent run for me, one of the few juices I've reorder a couple times.

Okay, so I did my first build for the Phoenix V4. Wrapping the wire is more difficult than it looked. I still don't have an ohm meter or any sort, so I am winging the resistance. I ended up with eight wraps on the 3mm Ekowool silica. How do you keep the silica from unraveling?

On my second attempt (didn't have enough wick or wire the first time, and I was concerned about going sub-ohm), I threw it on the MVP to check for shorts and hot spots. Had to even the wire out on the bottom since it was a little close in some spots. Got it sorted, nice even glow from the inside out, no shorts (MVP does have a short protection circuit and cuts off when indicated, so that's something).

Now the RDA hits like a champ! Huge TH, tons more vapor and the flavor is spot on.

And I didn't blow my head off

Also, someone PIF'd me some 18mg elquids, so that should help with the nic sickness ;) Hopefully something I can mix and match.

Heavenly Army is kicking the flavor, warmth and vapor is unreal with that tiny hole. 50/50 mix with HHV is just dang perfect! Dragon's Fire will rock on this build!

Normally I go with whatever the OP will tolerate. Unfortunately, luce is no longer on the vape scene having quit. So I guess consensus rules.

That said, I just vaped the last of my Patriot but my Vurley bottle is full as is the Blue Grass and Smooth Criminal. Time to fill some tanks.

I torched the Eko to prevent it from unraveling, and didn't cut it from the roll until I wrapped the coil. It also came taped on both ends, but didn't see a need to tape the end of the roll again since torching it kept it pretty together.

Congrats on rebuilding and it working well for you! It's awesome to be able to have pretty much a brand new atty for only a few cents. I really need to pick up some of that Heavenly Army soon.

Ah, I knew there was a trick. Yep, rebuilding seems like a good thing. Now I know why they sell the wick and wire in such large quantities. When I scraped a few pennies together I'll be ordering some more. 3ft won't last long, especially if I start rebuilding the Protank coils.

If you like Sunday Morning and Boba's Bounty, you'll probably enjoy Heavenly Army. I'm down to my last 115ml!

Jef, here's a tool you can use to get an estimate of what the resistance will be for a build. Put in the wick size for the outside diameter of the coil (3mm in your case) wire type and gauge, and number of wraps. Pitch isn't very important, leave it at zero or put in 1 or 2mm if you space your wraps, doesn't make much difference to the final ohms though.

And get a multimeter soon. I like those ohm readers that you can screw the atty in to get the resistance.

Yeah, wire's like 8 bucks for a 100ft roll from Temco. The small amounts that vendors sell by the foot is good for trying different gauges.

My next HHV order will be Heavenly Army, Pirates Booty, Darkhorse, and a re-up of Huntsman. Pretty excited about those. All I have left of HHV is some Dragon's Fire and Jiggy.

Wow. I never realized that the "Clay from N-E-T" you've been discussing is our own CarbonThief!

I am interested in these NETS, just don't have a Vape budget any longer.

Congrats, Clay aka CarbonThief! :toast:

That is a big part of the reason I jumped N-E-T.com into the front and ordered up a couple of the 10ml samples ( all pipe versions that didn't have latika in them ). I had Quick Nic Juice up next to try but I'll get to them later when the budget allows again.

I've got a few of the Ahlusions just now getting close to ready ( from steeping )... My Sahara probably need more time but is currently turning a nice light amber now ( odd, it isn't pink like others mentioned ). Smooth Criminal is finally getting legs and the tobacco is starting to come out more now, I'm still surprised by the cinnamon in it for some reason. JB Blend is really getting a nice dark coffee flavor ( along with the tobacco coming up ) now that I'm really enjoying. Gold Rising isn't getting the tobacco notes I'd like to see in it, pretty mild still but does taste just fine. On the last order not long ago, I got a sample of Wild Winter Wood and currently it's not for me, it's early so I'll let it steep for a long while before I decide on it. A menthol vaper will likely want added menthol on that one.

I had planned at some point to get A+'s Vecchio Blend but as much as I'm enjoying the BGB now, I'm going to switch to the Vurley. I'm still not brave enough for DD, but then I will likely skip it since I've found out that I'm not much for anything with latika in it anyways.

rd, Sahara Blend turns a light amber right before it pinks up. :)

I love it from beginning to end!

Which N-E-T juices did you order? (I'm waiting on Chris' Blend, Coventry and Dover Court, all cold extraction.)

My Sahara didn't turn pink until I told her she was a lovely little thing. That put some rose in her cheeks.

I'm color blind (as are about 8% of men, but hardly ever women) and can't see certain shades of pink and green. Light pink often looks white to me. I did notice the pink shade of Sahara, though it probably appears subtler to me than others.

I was going to review both Sahara and Cubanito, but probably gonna pass on that. They are just too hard to review for me, and I've posted many of my impressions of them already. Overall I love Sahara. Cubanito sometimes works for me and sometimes doesn't, just like a similar juice I had did.

Torching the wire and Ekowool should make things easier for you. For thin wire, torching takes some of the springiness out, making it easier to wrap. For the Ekowool, it stiffens up the fiber, making it easier to move and cutting down on fraying.

Edit: Damn, Jerms beat me to it...just like how beat me out for that PIF'd Vurley for one minute. :p
