Jef, here's a tool you can use to get an estimate of what the resistance will be for a build. Put in the wick size for the outside diameter of the coil (3mm in your case) wire type and gauge, and number of wraps. Pitch isn't very important, leave it at zero or put in 1 or 2mm if you space your wraps, doesn't make much difference to the final ohms though.

And get a multimeter soon. I like those ohm readers that you can screw the atty in to get the resistance.

And here's a cheap multimeter.

rd, Sahara Blend turns a light amber right before it pinks up. :)

I love it from beginning to end!

Which N-E-T juices did you order? (I'm waiting on Chris' Blend, Coventry and Dover Court, all cold extraction.)

My Sahara tasted ok from the start... the only downside ( if you call it that ) is the tobacco was very weak tasting with mostly just it's sweater notes showing up. It's tobacco now starting to peak out more and the sweetness is dropping back a bit to meld and join with the tobacco more... Basically it's been going just about like everyone's said up to this point, so I have no reason to doubt it will wake up even more later. I knew this was going to be a long steep to start with, so I'm not at all surprised... just impatient.. lol.

I had listed what I had ordered from N-E-T previously.... so this time I cheated and just said I got one of everything pipe that didn't have latika in it... But I don't mind listing them again... I ordered Black Cavendish, Coventry, Dover Court, Gold, and got 2x Chris's Blend to round out the two sampler packs I ordered. I didn't double up on Chris's for any reason other than the blend sounded good. I ordered it on Friday ( late ) and currently I'm still waiting for a ship notice.

A while ago I purchased 3 NETS from a UK vendor called Vapist Vapours. There are times when I order liquids and have great expectations only to be disappointed or find the liquid is mediocre and there are times I order liquids with little to no expectations and have only an open ended curiosity. The Vapist Valour liquids fall into the latter category.

I ordered the Conquest, Triumph and Victory. I am a bit strap for time and don't have time for a comprehensive review but basically these liquids all seem to of the same line. They all contain what I think is latakia, Nicaraguan tobacco and Virginia's. When I tried these liquids they seemed to need a lot more steeping, perhaps 5 weeks plus. At least that is the timeframe I am putting to it because I have had these liquids now for about 5-6 weeks and only now are the flavours starting to meld and take form.

These liquids didn't grab me at first. I was getting diffuse TA like flavours, a vague sense of tobacco without a lot of dimension. How steeping has changed these liquids is remarkable. These are exceptional NET juices. All three of them.

In what is a very light and quick review all three liquids are bold uncompromising tobacco. Without knowing anything about them I would say they contain strong latakia notes and virginias. Full bodied complex medium spectrum woodsy tobacco much in the GEJ mould. They seem to be fired cured and I get a lovely smokey, roasted type of tobacco flavour in one or all. They are slightly sweet and mellow but the tobacco is raw and ever present.

They are reminiscent of the Turkish Name your Juice and Fired Cured by Quicknic and Wrangler Light, Wild Turkey and Vita Bella in the GEJ range. I believe the flavour profile falls in amongst that bunch somewhere.

I had no expectations by these NETs from Vapist Valour but they have impressed me. They sat in the rear of my juice collection for their first 5 weeks of life and now reside on my desk within easy access. I am vaping them in rotation in my Phoenix V4. Its true love with these guys. This is as close as it gets to tobacco for me. Not better than GEJ or Quicknic but right up there beside them.

I am so glad I've discovered this vendor and I have Scarfy to thank having ordered them after she first mentioned them.

I just got around to cracking the seal on my bottle of 70/30 PG/VG 24mg nic Smooth Criminal from Ahlusion - wow! This one lives up to the hype! Does anyone else taste something in the background that reminds them of cinnamon?

 Nearly everyone! And yet, we are assured by the maker himself, there is absolutely NO cinnamon in it! :D

I'd say 50% of the people that try SC taste cinnamon. But still, there's no cinnamon in SC. It's a really great liquid. The longer you have it the better it gets.

I see I've been beaten to the punch. That's what I get for being buried in work.

It appears that many of the new poster's here are just not getting it or even reading what this thread is about... This thread is about NET's... ie naturally extracted tobacco e-liquids... not just lab created fake tobacco flavored ones. It's also not about WTA which is a method to extract all of the alkaloids instead of just the nicotine which is only about 95% of the total alkaloids found in tobaccos... WTA isn't about flavoring per se at all...

I'm not apposed to having a bit of off topic chatter about these other e-liquids especially when possibly comparing them to a NET or making a hybrid that contains both a NET and other flavorings... I just think it would more polite if the new posters would at least take the time to see what the subject of the thread is about before posting their unrelated posts....

rant over ( PS... comments weren't directed at complete newbies who don't know anything about the differences of anything yet must less the e-liquids themselves, but the more experienced vaper's should try to at least explain the differences instead of just ignoring the posts completely. )

You might want to read the OP's words from the first page of this thread:

"Mr. Mann, thanks for kicking this off again. While Halo's Captain Jack is not a natural tobacco eliquid, it's all good because we're here to educate and share information. Your review was great."

Why worry if someone wants to share their excitement about any tobacco liquid? Lots of people, Mann included, have gotten interested in NETs here, and I don't think it's helpful to discourage posters from commenting about anything tobacco-related. Relax. You don't have to read it. Luce wasn't concerned about it. And that's good enough for me. Anybody else see the need to police this discussion?

We've kicked this dead horse enough but I'm with Jerms. If somebody wants to post about Bobas, I ain't answering.

Some knowledge of Latakia (not Latika, that's a ghetto name) would also help if you post about juices containing Latakia: Latakia (tobacco) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Just sayin'.

I have some chivalry from house of liquids on order, should be with me tomorrow, will post my thoughts about that closer to the time.

It's an extraordinary sounding juice, organic tobacco leaf soaked in PG /VG then extracted, steeped in an oak Scottish whiskey barrel for 30 days before bottling? I've never had an e-liquid that's been described or treated with such reverence before. Could be interesting!
