So far I tried the Erin Moore. Interesting. Very true to the reviews of the original tobacco by analog pipers I have read. Performs like a beast with average TH for a Cavendish blend. Well balanced...seems like neither the fruit and floral or the tobacco is starring here. Personally, I want more of the tobacco. That said, this is a characteristic of the Erin Moore tobacco itself, not the extration process or the mix scarfy used. So what i am saying is, this seems like a very accurate juice portrayal of Erin Moore tobacco! Not sure it is for me long-term...the fruity and floral notes of it...but I am still vaping it, enjoying it, and it is a good quality juice for sure. I will finish it up happily. I can see some people really getting addicted to this one!

Spot on with your assessment. Not ever having actually smoked Erinmore myself, I have nothing to compare it to which in my opinion is a good thing - my impression of it is not clouded by any memories or assumptions of the original product. That being said, the flavor of this juice is very good. The tobacco is definitely not taking the lead, but then again it seems none of the fruity or floral notes are trying to take lead either; they are all content being supporting actors in this play. TH for me is quite sufficient, I don't find myself craving any extra there. This is very fine representation of a nice pipe tobacco. And the vapor I'm getting from it is a pleasant surprise. I just blew a cloud towards my papillion and he scurried off like the pansy he is.

Well, it's good to know how people really feel I guess. So yes, I'll be moving along. Take care all, I had fun.

OH NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! NOT "people," but one solitary nasty-mouth hothead!!! :grr::grr:

I happen to thoroughly enjoy your boring, long winded posts.

As do most, if not all, of us who daily visit this thread! :)

Anyways.. I will be taking a short ecf break, but I'll be back. Not mad at anyone or anything; but a break feels like a good idea. I understand that people may not like me or my posting style for their own reasons, and that's fine. I'm good, you're good, we're all good; and we're all vapers, so we rule by default.

Clearly some of us are not good at all; else you wouldn't have been treated so noxiously! :(

Don't be gone long, Jerms.

I appreciate you being here in this thread.

Ahem! JERMS! Darn you! Get your .... back in here or else I shall fling a supersonic coconut at your head.

What they said! :D :D :D

I wasn't aware we were allowed to leave. I thought it was an organized-crime type of thing.

La Cosa NETstra.

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

I MISS JERMS!!! :grr: :(  :(

I put down the Erinmore to give the honey-nut oolong tea with tobacco a run. Now, I'm not a big tea drinker. I'm a coffee guy. Whenever I drink tea it's usually the sweetened variety poured over ice, not the hot variety. And it's black tea for me; not green or oolong or any other varieties of tea that are available. Call me simple or old-fashioned, but I like plain old coffee (Green Mountain) and plain old tea (Lipton).

With that being said, I am giving this one it's fair shake and I am just not finding it agreeing with my particular palate. There's a distinct bitterness to it, not unlike what you would expect from a tea, and the honey and nut flavors are definitely in the background on it. To me the tobacco and the tea flavors are competing for attention, each one wanting to be noticed. The tobacco in it is very reminiscent of the smoky-leafy campfire tobacco that I detect in GeJ's RY4 - not an exact representation, but a close cousin. The TH again is very sufficient for me, I don't have any issue to take up with it in that regard. Vapor is very good and papillion-repelling as well. All in all, it's a good juice but just doesn't fit my flavor profile. That's certainly not a knock on Scarfy, I think she's produced a fine juice here and I am sure others will find it much to their liking.

Good to know, thanks for the honest feedback. I want pictures of your papillon:)

For everyone's info (because like a dork I forgot to include the information/tasting notes sheet) the Honey Nut Oolong with Tobacco juice is a combination of this tea and this tobacco. I wanted the almond of the tea to play off the walnut of the tobacco for a mixed-nuts sort of appeal.

Morning coffee vape is alternating swigs of Huntsman and Erinmore.

Dusty_D.

I just saw your post about asking everyone to drop the subject about the argument. I am a bit behind on the thread.

Forgive me.

Australia gave the world Olivia Newton John, Kylie Minogue, Wolverine, and Thor. There's nothing to forgive. :p

KC Masterpiece... Ugh you just keep naming things I despise!

Ugh. That's truly an affront to barbecue sauce. At the very least, I expect barbecue sauce to have a nice tanginess. Preferable, there's a spicy kick there too. Stuff like KC Masterpiece is like candy.

Also, I'm tempted to get a "Free Jerms" t-shirt.

And last up on the review que is the Dunhill Early Morning Pipe.

This one just might be my fave of the three. There is a nice, mellow smokiness to it that is uncomplicated and straight-forward. It is a subtle and light flavor overall, but not so subtle as to lose my interest; very smooth. This is a fine representation of a mild English tobacco and as the name suggests, I can certainly see myself thoroughly enjoying this over a nice cup of joe in the morning. The TH on it is a little lighter than Erinmore and Oolong, but that doesn't bother me seeing as the flavor and enjoyability of it is really the forefront of this juice. Absolutely great vapor from it as well. I am glad that this one was the 30 ml. bottle as I will be vaping this one heavily. Scarf, you really outdid yourself on this one; just a fantastic vape in my modest and humble opinion.

Again, I want to emphasize that tea in general is not really my....well, cup of tea. I am quite sure that others receiving the fruits of your labor will have a different opinion of it than I do. As for the other two, I enjoy both of them - particularly the DEM! That one is just fantastic!

ETA: Papillion pics shall be forthcoming ;)

Heh, KC "Masterpiece." Not. :p

My two decades in KCMO have left me a lifelong Gates and Arthur Bryant's fan -- I even just paid an armload to have 12 bottles of Gates Barbeque sauce shipped to me down here in Jurassic Park (I figure a few will become presents for others who've never tasted REAL barbeque! :D)

Mmmmmm, barbeque . . . that reminds me, I still have a few mls of Proudest Monkey (fire cured!) to vape; I ordered a 30ml of it a couple days ago, and that should be here by le weekend.:banana::banana:

The Asian grocery at out fresh food markets has an unexpectedly excellent section of imported American barbeque sauces and condiments. At $10 a bottle they are kind of luxurious. We've tried Sweet Baby Ray's, Rufus Teague, and Stubbs. I think the next one will be the Jack Daniel's brand.

When I get nostalgic for some of my native foods I shop here: Usafoods.com.au Every once in a while I order a big parcel of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, Frank's Red Hot Sauce, and cinnamon Jolly Ranchers:)

Devil Spit is awesome -- spiciness and tanginess! Personally, I blame McDonald's for the proliferation of crap barbecue sauce. Thanks to Chicken McNuggets, two generations of Americans think that barbecue sauce is a sweet and sugary treat. Also, watch this before you crave McNuggets.

Gee I have NO idea who those two could possibly be, .... All I know is that I stretched and contorted my own name every which way and still couldn't come up with a variation of either for a care package.

Bugger.
