Misspellings, typos, poor grammar in any advertisements seem to just shout ineptitude. A couple of NET vendors have mistakes on their websites that grind on me every time I go there. Not good for business for sure!
Taken from my oldie but goodie.

To vendors: Please use a spell check on your website. I know a lot of people don't care about misspelled words or typos, but to me, that sort of things tells me that you are not concerned with details. If you are not concerned with details, then how can you put out a product that relies so heavily on details? Your website is your store, your face, your name--present it as perfectly as possible, sweep up occasionally.
I have seen silly typos and misspelled words that have stayed up on vendors sites like they never have looked back at it once they put it up. I'm just sayin'! To err is human, to not care is sloppy and lazy.
On a similar note, one time I received a bottle from a very popular vendor that apparently placed the wrong label on the bottle, or put the juice in the wrong bottle. Instead of professionally correcting the problem, he took an ink pen and scribbled out the name and hand wrote the name of the juice that I ordered. Serioulsy? Yup! To me, that kind of disregard for tidiness would obviously permeate the rest of his business and I would not want to see other manifestations of his "oops" and "scribbles" showing up in my purchases, let alone my liquid.
Yes, Johni, I know EXACTLY what you are talking about! Though, one person I know has an excuse.
