I had a similar burn out with Backwoods Brew RY4. Unicorn milk to be sure, and discontinued, and I am sitting on almost 60 ml...and burnt myself out on it. It happens. I ALMOST needed a break on Coventry, but I am back at it this morning.

So I had a splendid surprise this morning. Aced the rest of the Organic #1 and it was time to reload my labuenapipa which is strictly for no nonsense NET pipe blends

and I all of the sudden realized that through an extended tryst with Louisville, going mad over NETCOM, giving BGB an extended look, and getting deeper into GEJ that I had altogether avoided London for like 3 months. I was more excited about that juice than any ever, so I jumped on it right out of the mail and while excellent, it didnt floor me. Then I got into a steeped Loyisville and fell in love. So I had never tried a WELL STEEPED London and was sitting on a full bottle from May. IT...IS...GLORIOUS. A SOLID contender for heavyweight champion...maybe the #1 contender. Just absolutely fantastic. The King of English pipe blends. Exceptional.

Oops. I just realized that I recently praised London (I think) when I meant Louisville! Louisville is my fav from w2v. ANd it doesn't murder the coils...at least quickly. :p

Oh, and beautiful pipe, Mr. juice.

I have been very active in this thread for some time and I think this is the first time I heard Bronze or anyone else claim Dragon's Fire is their favorite juice. WOW. It is always interesting to me once you get past the heavyweights (Louisville, London, Bluegrass Burley, Organic #1, Apache, Devil Dog!...is VB in this class, ok...) what someone's "favorite" is. For me it remains Maple Burley, but that could change. Now I hear a guy I respect a ton in Bronze say Dragon;s Fire is his favorite e-juice. I gotta decide on my next vendor to try. Looks like it is between HHV, MOV, or QnJ. Tough call.

The description of Dragon Fire is pretty much...nondescript. No idea what to expect. What is the flavor profile on this juice?

Let me be so bold as to say I have probably vaped more Dragon's Fire than perhaps anyone on the planet. I could be wrong but I'd bet I'm not. That said, Dragon's Fire is near impossible to describe because there is not any easily-identifiable flavors in it and if one dare to suggest one, it would plant the wrong impression.

All that said, I'll give it my best. Dragon's Fire to me is like an alcohol-based chocolate chip cooking. There are a few different kinds of sweet. One is citrusy sweet. Another is sugary sweet. And another is a dull sweet. I find brown sugar and bittersweet chocolate to be in the dull sweet category. Kind of dark, kind of thick, has to meld in the tongue before you know it is sweet. That is Dragon's Fire. As for the alcohol-base...it's more a feel than a flavor. When vaping Dragon's Fire, I get the feel of evaporation similar to alcohol. This is why I have compared Dragon's Fire to Riesling (or other white wines).

Imaging taking a teaspoon and filling it with straight up Hershey's syrup from a bottle (the kind you squirt on ice ream). Spike it with just a teeny bit of pure vanilla extract. Scoop up a little and put it on your tongue. Then divide by two. :)

That's what Dragon's Fire is closest to.

It is odd to me how bad certain vendors are at certain things. Some have horrible sites either in design and/or user friendliness, some have horrible packaging, some have horrible customer service, some lack consistency almost as a rule, and some have shat descriptions. HHV pisses me off because their descriptions don't give you much of anything on many of the juices. That just chaps my backside. I think for that reason I have put them in the corner because it really, really bothers me that I have to be proactive outside of the vendor site to try and figure out what a juice will offer me. Damn that makes me chappy.

BJ, I am that way too. Give me a damn description! But I will defend HHV (and others) to an extent. Some of their flavors are just downright impossible to describe. Go to QnJ and look up their description for Enigma. He comes right out and says he can't. :)

I want to go on record as saying that I really, really enjoy Gollum from HHV. However, I am deathly afraid of getting more because the likelihood that it won't be the same is just too high (HHV, in my book, is not known for consistency, unless we're talking about issues with consistency). What to do, what to do????

To me it was more honey, but I've had only a drop compared to the ocean Bronze has had so he's evaluated it much much more.

Oh no! Chocolate AND Honey? The two top things I have found that I expected to go well with tobacco and that just failed for me. Just a funky thing happens that doesn't work for me. I now FEAR the dragon''s fire. But I will sample it for sure.

Meh... I'm not liking Vita Bella.. and NO im not jealous of Sophia Loren. Ok maybe a little. Mind you, I've only had it for five minutes, so maybe it will bloom someday.. but for the time being, I'm not impressed. It smells nice enough, vapes nice enough, but its really such a subtle flavor that I'm not sure if I can appreciate it. I'm having a really tough time trying to wrap my mind around the fact that some of you love this liquid AND ahlusion aromatics. These two are such opposite ends of the spectrum... Like no cohesiveness whatsoever. That's fine.. people can like what they like, just saying I don't get it.

Also in my order, pop that cherry. This one is also a bust.. no pun intended. Ok, maybe a little. But it's all cherries and very very sweet. Now, I like sweet liquids, but I think they over did it. Also, whatever tobacco they're using at the base of this must be pretty neutral bcz the cherry is front and center and it isn't a natural tasting one either.

Grasshopper.. this one I kinda like. If you've ever chewed a mint leaf, this is the flavor that comes forth in this liquid. It's not mentholated, not cool, cold or icy.. just natural mint. Its sweetened too, but in a way I haven't experienced before.. like you only get a hint of it on the exhale. Not picking up much cocoa or tobacco but hopeful that they will peek out with a steep.

This grasshopper makes me excited for net.com's hybridized stuff though.. which they haven't released yet but the website says they're working on it. Grasshopper is tobacco steeped with mint leaves, and the hybridized will steep tobacco with fruit. I'm really amped up to see what kind of results that will yield, and if grasshopper is any indicator, I think it should be fantastic.

Sharon...you cannot vape Vita Bella for five minutes and convince me you know what you're vaping. Now, I can agree with you about Ahlusion, but I have also vaped 14 different A+ flavors and for at least several hours over several days for each and every one of them. And yes, I let them all steep 4 - 16 weeks. So I feel I am justified in my opinion about A+. All I can say is you should go back to Vita Bella and Ahlusion and give them a fair shot. Many of these juices require an acquisition period and five minutes simply will not cut it. I'm afraid you will be bouncing around a whole lot with that short tryout period.

Haha, I've been having bad luck with honey too, but whatever the flavor of DF is it was pleasant. Not tobacco-y or wowie-zowie for me, but easy to vape.

Absolutely.. I will give it a chance.. and I am hopeful.. Just saying the heavens didn't open, or anything like that, yet. Which, yes, that was my expectation.. all your fault, btw. :)

Vita Bella transforms flavors more than any juice I have vaped. I just mentioned this again this morning. It has one flavor out of the mailbox. Another 2 months in and yet another 4 - 6 months out. I like the 4 - 6 month version. Others like it out of the box. To each their own. Some even say if they have to wait 6 months for a juice then they don't want to bother with it. I can understand that too. :)

I may be wrong, but I don't think GeJ batches their juices. I think the estimated bottles is based on how much of the tobacco extract they have, but the actual mixing with pg/vg and nic is to order. Someone please correct me if they know different.

I've thought of it as this way too Jerms. I'm pretty certain Nick runs out to his shop as soon as an order rolls in and mixes it up right away.

@BJ: I get anywhere from sweetened raisin bran cereal to a plum liqueur from Dragon's Fire... I don't get any chocolate at all.

But I am weird :blink::shock:

Oh freaking no!!! I avoid many Perique's because of the almost raisin like thing some get. I like a heavy "yeasty" perique like fresh rising dough or bread, but not freaking RAISIN.

So the holy yuck trinity for BJ...choco, honey, and raisin. RAISINETTES ARE THE DEVIL'S TURDLETTES.

Let me guess...DF has a slight ::criminy shudder:: coconut finish?

Nah, the coconut finish is mostly overpowered by the ripe banana.

You NEED to try DF now BJ!

no coconut -- no nuttiness of any kind, thankfully. Can't stand nutty or coconutty.

DF is basically Legend, which has a plum/raisin note, but with different extraction. Or vice versa.

If Stevia tastes like coconut, yes.
